The problem is your female wrestlers aren't popular enough yet. The solution is to make them more popular, with angles and strong booking and patience.
Bad segments aren't a bad thing. Not every segment on a show needs to be good. Most of the time I just make sure I have a good main event, and the rest can be garbage designed to get future main event talent over. Put your women in the midcard. Consistently. Let them have 'bad' sgements. Over time, the women you book strongly will get over. Bad segments become passable. Passable segments become good parts of the show.
B shows don't matter anyway, so I don't see what the problem would be if all matches were in the 20-40 range.
Well the bad segments are an issue when I have broadcast demands that are almost unobtainable to begin with

If you speak to certain wrestlers they will put lower pop people over if you ask them to.

Set the females to be the managers of some of your top male workers. Their pop will go up really quick.
I have this at the moment as now im with MLW they expect no female matches but that is something I want to change eventually.

I wanted to start with Impact, I like Impact and they have the best Female division in wrestling right now (other than Io and Shida but that's for another place) anyway.
I set it all up and go to TV Impact and no matter what I try the ratings always suck, like 30s, 20s, luck to see a 40 rating. Eventually I changed Xplosion my B show to a Female only show run by Gail Kim but it didn't work out so I stopped and went to MLW (As they don't run a Female division).
But my problem now is I'd like to run a small Female division at MLW but I'm worried it will just kill the shows again? Any tips?

Tom Lawlor and his Team Filthy went into 'legend killer' mode and was running his mouth from when Bischoff arrived, so what did Eric do? He hired... GOLD BERG</p><p> </p><p>
Goldberg arrived and freight-trained his way through Team Filthy ending in a 1 vs 4 at SuperFight which Goldberg dominated, Who's Next?</p><p> </p><p>
Jacob Fatu is still champ, Low-ki went on a decent run against him wanting the title back but Fatu holds on after SuperFight. This fued ended on 52. </p><p> </p><p>
I only had Zeda Zhang on the roster so I brough in SuperSexy from mexico and Thunder Rosa, tried Zhang vs Rosa on a TV match and the fans when crazy saying they came to see MEN! got a 23 rating so my wom,en's division is on hold right now.</p>

2 small questions!
If I closed down ROH on the editor.. will their roster just become free agents? I might take over them though and keep them alive
last - I always play the game with all locations, UK/Euro/Aus, what difference would it make if I did just US? How does the game world react. I know the promotions wont be there but is it advised or no?
