    All caught up! This is great, really liking the format, especially with incorporating the newsletter. The format is clean/succinct and easy to read.

    Personally I'd debut them at Battle of the Belts

     

    Maybe in a non-wrestling angle, like a simple confrontation? That could be good.

     

    Could have them lose to bullshit, Tully? Maybe? Then have them earn a rematch January 12th. Have the rematch on the 19th? Otherwise I'd just have them debut on the special.

     

    Good idea, but I don't want to rush it, so I might have them debut at Battle of the Belts and build up the match.

     

    Not really. DC would give you that but not Charlotte. North Carolina would be too far south. Google the Delmarva Peninsula and think of that as a guide. Delmarva is a portmanteau. Delaware, Maryland, Virginia. Heck, even in the case of Virginia, I wouldn't expect the Briscoes to get nearly the same homer response in Norfolk or Hampton as I would in a more northern city like Fredricksburg. Somewhere in between the two like Richmond might even be iffy. It's mostly that Delmarva area where I would expect Dem Boys to provide the local bounce.

    Might seem like an odd question, but how would you all go about bringing The Briscoes into AEW? I'm doing an AEW save (with December 2021 data) thinking of having them come in to feud with FTR.

     

    I recreated the results through Holiday Bash, so New Year's Smash will be my first show I book myself in this save. Part of me thinks it'd be cool to have them debut on the special New Year's Smash show to give it some extra buzz, but doing back to back debuts (O'Reilly and then The Briscoes) seems like a lot.

     

    Booking The Briscoes vs. FTR for Battle of the Belts makes sense but 1. doing so at this point would really undercut the build/there would only be a week to do it, and 2. the show already has two matches (Danielson/Page and Baker/Riho) that should get a good amount of time, so adding a third big bout doesn't make a lot of sense.

     

    So with that in mind, the next two short-term options would be Dynamite in North Carolina on January 12 and Dynamite in Washington DC on January 19. Which of these would make more sense? The Briscoes are from Delaware, so both would be rougly local-ish...?

    <p>Didn't expect a long-term injury to The Bunny to throw me off. I'm doing an AEW save and recreating the results so I can use this week's Dynamite as a jumping off point, and Bunny shattered her knee in a nothing match on Dark. Looking at the roster, we don't have many credible second-level heels in the women's division, other than Penelope Ford.</p><p> </p><p>

    Now I'm forced to evaluate my roster and build up new people, which is a welcome challenge, but there's no one inherently ready. (I consider Nyla Rose, Jade Cargill, even Serena Deeb to be at Bunny's level or above it, so they can't directly replace her.)</p>

    Anyone have any good ideas for rules for a Ring of Honor save, starting December 2021? Want to rebuild them but want to give myself some limits.

     

    Two easy ones:

     

    You have to let any major stars go when their contracts expire; anyone over 50 popularity. Likewise, you can't sign anyone over 50 popularity to a full-time deal, but you can bring in some wrestlers at that level for special appearances/one-offs etc.

     

    You can't sign anyone to exclusive deals; handshakes only.

    Just an update, going to try and get the December version out tonight. There will likely be more stuff I've missed than usual but hopefully nothing major and loads of new added workers to play around with. I'm still not entirely sure what to do with ROH but I'm leaning towards giving them a financial crash to try and force the issue after Final Battle. I will also be releasing a January update because it was always my favourite month to book with the Royal Rumble happening and I'm betting a lot of people feel the same, plus it gives me another chance to quickly get on top of any fixes you guys report.

     

    Thanks for all the well wishes with my cat, to my absolute astonishment he wandered back in the next night like nothing happened when I was certain he would have died out in the cold. I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow morning to have him put to sleep but he's enjoying his last few days and I'm just glad he showed up so I get to spoil him a bit before he goes.

     

    I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. Having to put an animal down is so hard. We all appreciate your work so much. Thinking of you during this difficult time.

I've been getting them since the beginning of the game and since they wouldn't negotiate for a new time slot, I figured I'd just let things run their course and then, when Spike kicked us off, I'd go back to running weekly PPV's like TNA originally did.</p><p> </p><p> However, following the latest episode of Impact (the one I just posted the card for) I reached medium size and now Spike are willing to negotiate. The only problem is that they aren't willing to offer me the late evening slot that I was hoping for, and instead the best slot they are willing to offer me is late night, which is kinda a sucky slot.</p><p> </p><p> So now I'm trying to figure out if I should just accept the late night slot and live with it for a while, or let them eventually kick me off and go with the weekly PPV's, which I would then have to do for a full year, I think, before I can negotiate with another network, if I'm not mistaken.</p><p> </p><p> I'd very much appreciate hearing your opinions on this <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I would say take the Spike deal, ride it out and try get a better deal at some point?</p><p> </p><p> PS, really enjoying so far.
