So yeah, it's been a long and laborious task as expected. However, the pace has been picking up considerably in the last couple of weeks so I'm hoping I'll be able to release the first draft in a month or two. It won't be tested though as I usually do this publicly anyway rather than sending to individual people so it'll be somewhere between official release/beta release. I know it's been a long wait (and it's going to be an even longer wait for Shifting Sands for those of you still wondering) but updating from TEW16 to TEW20 has been pretty extensive; I honestly don't know how anyone has got anything released any quicker. xD

Can't wait and appreciate your efforts on this!

  2. Update!

Found some smaller errors, like tours were set for NJPW, but somehow it was clicked on seasons.

I am adding enough workers for each company to not look amateurish. Next Beta release will have that.

It seems the amount of workers you need to run a show varies per game set. I ran some tests and AWA, with the same roster size, would sometimes run TV week 1 and sometimes wouldn't.

Thank you for this, the best time in wrestling!

  3. Just want to give a big thanks to Adam, and whomever is in charge of updating the UI. I will certainly be buying this game day 1, even if the new season of Apex is starting on Tuesday and I probably won't play anything else for a couple weeks lol.

I agree. the new layout is so much cleaner. Props to Adam and team for taking the feedback to heart. The new additions are amazing and the engine is even tighter than past releases, which is saying something. Looking forward to buying this and getting 100's of hours out of it.

    Well done Adam

  4. i LOVE the talk to workers features, and how before you double click they give you information relevant to the question you're bout to ask, and how now its easier to put guys over by asking, and it makes my roleplay as a great talker and leader more viable.

I like the change from push to perception, as that makes more sense to me

    .

Far and away my two favorite features, they really bring the game alive.

And much respect to you for this post, that thread got a bit out of hand, but I know you were coming from an area of passion for the game. You didn't have to apologize and most people would not have. Tip of the hat to you sir!

  5. As I continue to play around with the game I don't actually mind the UI. It is vastly different from '16 but it doesn't really bother me that much, after some time playing with it. My only complaint is that I can't see the worker's profile when I am booking an angle. It seems I have to go to the roster screen and then view the worker.

Yes, I agree with this. It would be great if you could View Profile on the Angle screen, especially when using Freestyle Angle.

100% agree, the more I move around and get familiar with everything, I actually don't mind the UI changes at all. But, it would be really nice to be able to click on a workers profile from the angle screen in pre-booking like you could in 16 to determine what to base the angle on and whether or not to script a promo without the need to bring up the roster screen.

Other than that I am really impressed with the new additions and the multitude of options. Especially when talking to workers, well done on this feature!
