[Developmental Features Missing]

You all aren't getting what the real issues are.

 

You get literally ZERO feedback from developmental now.

 

Will this worker improve any at all? Guess

 

Will this worker be mad at being sent down solely because of the size of the fed or because development is a waste of time? Guess (My converted mod has a lot of 40-something pops with a small dev fed so that's all they complained about was the size of the fed except for the one that had 20ish pop)

 

How much will the worker improve? Guess

 

Will they be happy being signed and sent to development? Guess

 

Will someone work as a trainer, or is that even a thing anymore? No idea

 

With zero info now, developmental feds are just money pits you hope produce something, maybe. They're just wastes of time imho. Best case scenario is your worker(s) develop like they did before. Every other case is you've made someone mad for no reason and wasted a month of their contract (because they didn't improve when you have the previous month to judge against), but again, they might have improved by 0.9 but there aren't decimals anymore.

 

We need some info. If you don't want to return it to 2016 where we had probably a little too much info, fine, but we need some info. A weekly email from the booker or a trainer when they think they're ready (the wrestlers are not necessarily trustworthy voices). Something. Anything.

 

Not defining a role for sending someone to developmental is annoying, you can't send people to work as trainers.
