If they are under developmental contracts they aren't loanable.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Thanks. Follow up question...does a worker need to be in development for a certain amount of time per month to receive the gains from it? Example, if I call up a worker, send them in a talent trade to another promotion, then send them back down to dev after they appear for that promotion, will they still improve their skills as if they never left?</p>
  4. If I'm in an alliance with another companies development company, can I take their wrestlers in a talent trade?

  6. Playing as the WWF, started in January 1985, currently in June 2001... WWF Heavyweight- Stone Cold Steve Austin Currently in his third reign with the belt. Defeated The Rock at Wrestlemania 17 for it. Is feuding with Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, and The Undertaker. WWF Intercontinental- The Great Muta Currently in his first reign, defeated Mark Henry for it last month, and still feuding with Henry for the title. WWF Light Heavyweight- Rey Mysterio Jr. Currently in his fourth reign, defeated Jeff Hardy for it. Had to do a quick change right after Jeff won the belt, due to both Hardys being suspended. Feuding with Dean Malenko. Thinking of retiring the title, as the LHW division just isn't there for me. WWF Women's- Trish Stratus In her first reign, beat Lita for it. Currently feuding with Takako Inoue. WWF Tag Team- Paul Wight and Kane This monster team is in their second reign, beating the Hardys in April for the titles. Currently feuding with Edge and Christian. WWF King of the Ring- Won by Kurt Angle last year. Currently booking this year's tournament, with a finals set of Edge and Chris Benoit. WWF Royal Rumble- Stone Cold Steve Austin won the Rumble for the third time in January. Champion Carnival- The Great Muta. Since taking over the tournament in 1995, Muta became the first Japanese to win it. Rick Rude Memorial Battle Royal- Rick Rude passed away in April 2000. As a way to honor him, the WWF is holding a battle royal every year at Wrestlemania. The first RRMBR was won by the debuting Eddie Guerrero this year. WWF Tag Team Classic- The 2000 TTC was won by the team of Triple H and Steven Regal, beating the Legion of Doom in the finals. Ms. WWF Bikini Contest- The tastefully done Ms. WWF Bikini contest is a tournament of bikini contests set during the month of December. The first version, held in 1999, was won by Stacy Keibler, used as a way to introduce her to the WWF. The 2000 contest was won by Trish Stratus. Probably won't keep the contest around for too long, maybe another two years, and replacing it with a Queen of the Ring tournament. Debating on what to do with the Light Heavyweight title. I can either retool it with some new wrestlers, but that would mean getting rid of some others to make room for it. Or, scrapping it, and just mixing the few that I currently have on my roster with everybody else. That is my most likely course, I'm just trying to decide on if I want to have another title or not. I've had a TV title in the past, but it didn't last very long.
  7. If I'm reading it right, usually when you're on a list, you can start typing on your keyboard to get to something. Example, if I'm looking for Chris Jericho on my roster, I can start typing his name on my keyboard to get to him. With the new list, that won't be possible.
  8. <p>Playing as the WWF, started in January 1985, just started January 2000.</p><p> </p><p> WWF Heavyweight-</p><p> Booker T</p><p> </p><p> WWF Intercontinental-</p><p> Mr. Wrestling III (Steve Corino)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team-</p><p> The Rock and Mankind</p><p> </p><p> WWF Women's-</p><p> Chyna</p><p> </p><p> WWF Light Heavyweight-</p><p> Essa Rios</p><p> </p><p> Champion Carnival-</p><p> Owen Hart (1999 winner)</p><p> </p><p> King of the Ring-</p><p> Owen Hart (1999 winner)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team Classic-</p><p> The Undertaker and Kane (1999 winners)</p><p> </p><p> Ms. WWF Bikini-</p><p> Stacy Keibler (1999 winner)</p>
  9. <p>WWF, started in January 1985, currently in September 1999</p><p> </p><p> WWF Heavyweight: The Undertaker</p><p> Beat Stone Cold Steve Austin at Fully Loaded, set to defend against Owen Hart at Unforgiven.</p><p> </p><p> WWF Intercontinental: Steven Regal</p><p> Beat Dean Malenko at Fully Loaded, set to defend in a 5 way match against Val Venis, Billy Gunn, Arn Anderson, and Chris Benoit at Unforgiven.</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team: The Dudley Boys</p><p> Beat The Hardy Boys at King of the Ring, set to defend against The Impact Players at Unforgiven.</p><p> </p><p> WWF Womens: Manami Toyota</p><p> Beat Yumi Fukawa at Over the Edge, will defend against Chyna at Unforgiven</p><p> </p><p> WWF Light Heavyweight: Rey Mysterio Jr.</p><p> Beat Shane Helms on a Raw after King of the Ring, will defend in a four way against Helms, Jerry Lynn, and Shinjiro Otani at Unforgiven</p><p> </p><p> WWF King of the Ring: Owen Hart</p><p> Owen defeated Val Venis in the finals.</p><p> </p><p> WWF Royal Rumble: Vince McMahon</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team Classic: The Brothers of Destruction</p><p> The BoD beat The Dudley Boys in the finals.</p><p> </p><p> Champion Carnival: Owen Hart</p><p> Owen defeated Ricky Steamboat in the finals.</p><p> </p><p> Owen has had quite the year so far. Winning both the King of the Ring and the Champion Carnival. And now is getting a shot at the Heavyweight title.</p>
  10. <p>WWF, currently in April 1999, started January 1985...</p><p> </p><p> WWF Heavyweight-Stone Cold Steve Austin</p><p> WWF Intercontinental- Booker T</p><p> WWF Tag Team- The Acolytes</p><p> WWF Light Heavyweight- Shinjiro Otani</p><p> WWF Women's- Yumi Fukawa</p><p> </p><p> WWF Royal Rumble 1999- Stone Cold Steve Austin</p><p> WWF King of the Ring 1998- Ken Shamrock (Extremely sad, as Shamrock would pass away a few months later.)</p><p> WWF Tag Team Classic 1998- The Legion of Doom</p><p> The Champion Carnival 1998- Booker T</p>
  11. <p>Playing as the WWF, currently in April 1998, started in January 1985.</p><p> </p><p> WWF Heavyweight-</p><p> Stone Cold Steve Austin</p><p> </p><p> WWF Intercontinental-</p><p> The Rock</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team-</p><p> Steve Corino and Chris Candido</p><p> </p><p> WWF Woman's-</p><p> Sable</p><p> </p><p> WWF Light Heavyweight-</p><p> Chris Jericho</p><p> </p><p> Royal Rumble-</p><p> Stone Cold Steve Austin</p><p> </p><p> King of the Ring-</p><p> Hunter Hearst Helmsley (1997 winner)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team Classic-</p><p> Steve Corino and Chris Candido (1997 winners)</p><p> </p><p> Grand Champion Carnival-</p><p> Booker T</p>
  12. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="James Casey" data-cite="James Casey" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41194" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Is there any negative relationship with an existing member promotion in the alliance? Do they fail on any of the membership criteria?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Yep, turns out they do have a negative relationship with one of the other promotions. I'm guessing there is no way I can change this, short of ending my relationship as parent company of one of them, taking them over, and hoping they agree to end the negative relationship?</p>
  13. How can I get one of my child companies to join my alliance? I've tried at least 10 different owners, most with "open" for their feelings on pacts, some with normal but my invite to join the alliance is always rejected. What am I missing?
  14. <p>WWF, started in January 1985, currently in April 1997</p><p> </p><p> WWF Heavyweight-</p><p> The Undertaker (3rd reign)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Intercontinental-</p><p> Rocky Maivia (1st reign)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Tag Team-</p><p> The Dudley Boys (1st reign)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Women's-</p><p> Jaguar Yokota (5th reign)</p><p> </p><p> WWF Light Heavyweight-</p><p> Dean Malenko (2nd reign)</p>
  15. My only other suggestions then would be to either shake it up by doing something you've yet to do (I did a year long title reign with a heel Jaguar Yokota that ended with her being upset by a rookie coming in and beating her) or by scrapping it for a few years until some newer workers come along that you might want to use again.
