My luck finally ended though and I can't get back after years of dodging death on Overflow error 6

TL;DR: One way to possible see if you can recover your save from perpetual crashes is to turn off finances for a period of time, to see if it'll let you advance the game. I've done this before and it often works, sometimes when starting new leagues or futzing with salary caps, there are problems I find with leagues moving forward. This has worked for me more than once. I've found over the ages of playing this game most of the db errors can be solved by 1) saving often before you have a crash (I will save every day during the free agency period to make sure I don't lose a save) and 2) seeing if you can fix a math problem. One other alternative is after you add new leagues or do a bunch of tinkering, to save an alternate version of your league so that if you do end up crashing a lot, you're able to get back to your last save point Just some .02 from another player of this long dead, but wonderful game.

This is a very old game and it was cumbersome even back in the day to generate real rosters for it. So you're not going to find any, unfortunately because the time effort it'd take to do it isn't worth it for how few people still play it.

I cannot hire my own staff in-game when I play AD. Being the HC is easy, just turn them into a human in the editor and assign them where you want them to go. For assistants, I have more success editing the coaches I want OR you can just offer the people you want A LOT more money but that's also harder to do unless you know how to rig the game to give your program control of your whole recruiting budget (which still only works for a big money program) So picking your assistants -- all 3 almost impossible -- maybe 1, but otherwise...that's it. Being a coach is easy though.

Here's a link to my github repo with all of the files I have for both FBCB and FBB3. The FBB3 files are in a folder. I found all of my custom files last night on my old laptop and uploading them now.

I might have them on my old computer somewhere I jsut realized. I'm going to see if they're on there, because I don't have them either but hoped I'd posted them here and hadn't. I put all of my mods on Github now though. If I can find these, I'll post them.

It's fun even with fictional ones. Just a great game.
