  1. Let me just say for anybody who hasn't yet read this epic I highly recommend setting to time aside to do just that. Best diary I have ever seen on these boards and i'm sure many would agree. Shawn Michaels vs. CM Punk I'll lean towards Punk here because he obviously has a much bigger future than Shawn and because of the 'passing of the torch' ppv not too long ago. Lioness Championship Jazz vs. Kong vs. AKINO vs. Meiko Satomura vs. Nathalie vs. Alexis You've got a great womens division going which I think would get a lot of people interested. Going with Kong simply because she scares me. Undisputed World Tag Team Championship The Dudley Boys vs. The Second Generation of Dudleys We want the secret! World Television Championship Match AJ Styles vs. Juventud Guerrera I think Juve will keep hold for now gaining some momentum after the whole demasking. Nate Hatred vs. The Hardcore Innovators I wouldn't be surprised to see Hatred do it, but it is two men and two of the most hardcore to ever hit the ring. I think they'll take this one and the feud will continue, Hatred will destroys their legends a little later down the line though. World Heavyweight Championship Chris Hero vs. Paul Burchill I love Rhino and really wanted him to do it at masters of pain. Tough one this because Hero has been so impressive recenty. I'll go with Burchill to keep hold here and Vito being involved somehow. Really looking forward to it buddy, so glad this is back.
  2. Damn! Grant out for the season. We're gonna need to bring someone in to share the carries with Brandon Jackson or else we'll have a non existent running game all season. Really not sure who's available though and I can't see us trying to trade for anybody.
  3. Although it would be better for your tackles to have longer arms, I don't see it as a burning issue. I think Bulaga is a very durable player and is eager to learn and work hard and to me that's more important. He also has a very solid and experienced tackle in Chad Clifton to learn from which will give him a great boost. In my opinion I don't think he'll be one of the top tackles in the league, but he's certainly going to be good enough to be a starter for many, many years. Looking at those stats though, especially Gross and Roos who are easily some of the best, it looks like with some hard work Bulaga could actually become a top tackle in the NFL. I guess we'll have to wait a few years and see.
  4. I think the emergence of Jermichael Finley at tight end will make our offence even better this year and also the promising signs towards the end of last season that out O line could actually block. I think lower end of the top five is fair. We have a better offence than the Cowboys and the Jets and I think this year we'll get the Vikings at least once. The Jets are a team I'm really not buying into. Getting rid of Jones was a big mistake and I don't think their running game will be anywhere near as effective. The biggest loss though was probably Faneca in the O line. I suppose if we ended up in a shootout against the Saints or the Colts I wouldn't like our chances. I've heard a lot of people think the Packers will be there or thereabouts, but to be honest I don't think we'll be able to get there this season. Ravens is a good shout, but I don't think they'll make it to the superbowl this time around. Maybe the Cowboys could do it for the NFC, but the Saints is a safe bet. The AFC is definitely the stronger division though with a load of contenders. The Lions have an outside chance. They have some good players now, especially on offence, but the defence for me still needs some work. The addition of Suh will obviously help them upfront, but their secondary is still laden with problems. Delmas looks to be turning into a good safety though. I am a little worried about our secondary, but the defence played well last year especially when you consider it was only their first year in the 3-4. I'm not sure how good Burnett can be at safety, but anybody is better in coverage than Bigby. Harris' best years are way behind him and he's just come off major surgery. It's certainly a worry. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another quarterback who could put up the numbers that Rodgers in the first seven games. He was getting beat up left, right and centre and part of that was because he held onto the ball too long, but he seemed to sort that out towards the end of the season. The Pack seem happy enough with the O line at the moment. We only gave up 9 sacks in the last 7 games (i think that was it) and we have two experienced tackles who are very good in pass protection. Bulaga will be groomed as the eventual replacement for Clifton and he looks ready to step up if we have any injury problems.
  5. I think the Lions could have a decent season this year. Don't get me wrong, they'll be nowhere near the playoffs, but I think they'll give a lot of teams a tough game and I'm not looking forward to playing them at Ford Field. I don't like all this Packers in the superbowl talk. I'm hoping the players don't expect things to come that easy, but with an offence like ours we should be able to at least outscore practically every team in the NFL. I can't wait to see how effective Rodgers is when he gets decent protection from Clifton and Tauscher all season. Our offensive line was actually very good towards the back end of last season.
  6. D-Von Dudley vs. Big Dick Dudley Jr. I Think they need some momentum back before the PPV. Lioness Championship Match Jazz vs. Alexis I'll throw a title change in there. Nate Hatred vs. Andrew Martin Got to feel for Martin facing the two most intense ECW stars in two shows. The Briscoe Brothers vs. Bubba Ray and "Banzai" Dudley Masters of Pain Qualifying Match Vito Thomaselli vs. AJ Styles Vito will be one of the main contenders in the tournament. Paul Burchill & Eddie Guerrero vs. Rhino & Chris Hero I'm not gonna be the one picking against Rhino, he looks too good at the moment.
  7. Hmmm, I think I'm getting a touch of deja vu. Did you post that show before? No matter, it's that good it deserves a second read anyway.
  8. CM Punk vs. Yoshihiro Tajiri Punk needs to take this because he's a legitimate contender for the tournament in my eyes. Lioness Pack Match Jazz & Kong vs. Alexis & Nathalie Just a guess. Although I'm not really too interested in a women's division, I do admire you building one and think your doing a very good job with it. Bubba Ray Dudley vs. Big Dick Dudley Jr. Could go either way so I'll go with the ECW legend on this occasion having lost the tag match. "The Prototype" Andrew Martin vs. Rhino Rhino has been destroying everything and I mean everything so there's no way that Martin con contend with him. Paul Burchill & Vito Thomaselli vs .Monsters Inc. Burchill's the Champ and Monsters Inc. aren't really doing much at the minute apart from interfering.
  9. You weren't the only one. Truly awesome to have this back, Nevermore. If I could only pick one diary on these boards to read then this would be it without a doubt.
  10. Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Hero I wish you could think of something for Eddie to do instead of jobbing. Put your amazing creative mind to work! I do like what your doing with Hero though, your new breed of main eventers is starting to come along. ECW Lioness Championship Match AKINO vs. Alexis© It's good to see your trying to build a strong women's division in ECW. Nate Hatred vs. Tommy Dreamer I'm wondering how long it will be before Hatred actually loses. Not that I want him to lose though, I love him destroying the whole roster. ECW Undisputed Tag Team Title Match Thomaselli-Thomaselli '08 vs. Slyk & Dick© Nice defence for the Champions to help them get more over. Masters of Pain Qualifier The Great Sasuke vs. Rob Van Dam Great match this one. Number One Contendership Match Rhino vs. Vito Thomaselli I think Burchill win have quite a long title reign, but I'd like to see Rhino with the strap at some point. You've built him so well.
  11. T'riffic stuff as always Nevermore. Have you managed to find time to put shows up more commonly then? The banter between Gertner and Hudson is great and always fun to read inbetween segements. I like that your implementing the new each show. I love see Sandman and Sabu caning the hell out of people. Nate Hatred is on fire! Double Decapitator! I really can't see him being stopped. I think if he continues on his path of destroying legends though he'll run into Douglas meaning a feud with Burchill could be on the cards. RVD/Michaels no.2? Yes please. Rhino always been a favourite of mine so I love to see him goring the hell out of anybody in sight. I was hoping he'd take the Masters of Pain crown, but if he's going after the title then that ain't gonna happen. I guess I'll have to wait and see...
  12. I hope you get it together soon Nevermore. I was really looking forward to the new era and of course still am. Congrats on yet another milestone. (I'm sure it will reach 100,000 views by the end of the night at least).
  13. ECW Undisputed Tag Team Championship Match Thomaselli - Thomaselli '08 vs. The Dudley Boyz© Maybe there could be an interference from STD, but with the enforcers about I'm not too sure. I'll still with the Champs here. ECW Lioness Title Match AKINO vs. Alexis© The Nest keeps some momentum going. ECW World Television Title Match Eddie Guerrero vs. Juventud Guerrera© Unfortunately we haven't seen Eddie for a while and the only reason why we're seeing him now is to job to a future star. "The Prototype" Andrew Martin vs. Balls Mahoney I didn't like 'Test' too much, but I have to say that your persona if looking good. I think he has an extreme future. Masters of Pain Qualifyong Match Cactus Jack vs. Mark Calaway Calaway is probably a bigger star in your company, but he after his program with Rhino has finished I don't think theres much else out there for him and Cactus could so with the momentum during this feud with Hatred. Paul Burchill & Vito Thomaselli vs. Raven's Nest Burchill and Vito get the win, but after the match I see a heel turn for Vito ready for his title match.
  14. Awesome. I can't wait for the next pay per view when i'm sure we'll get to see this 'CoDE' at its best. I guess Masters of Pain is the next PPV then? Really looking forward to seeing who will be in the final of that. I can vaguely remember Foley winning it last time around. It's good to see The Sandman and Sabu will be making appearences now and again aswell. You've played this game so long and built up so much history that you now have with them what WWE have with people like Austin nowadays. It's going to feel weird having a face champion in here, but i'm sure I'll get used to it. I like the idea already of Burchill just taking on all comers in fair matches. I was a big fan of Raven in this diary though and thought the way you booked him to keep hold of his belt was genius. He always had a trick up his sleeve. I'm glad that the nest is still around without Raven, Punk should hopefully make a good leader for them. Maybe a new member could be introduced soon aswell. How long before Hatred gets himself into the title picture? I think thats when he'll finally be beaten.
  15. AJ Styles vs. Rey Mysterio Jr. Styles must have some future, that man is brilliant. "Prototype" Andrew Martin vs. Masato Tanaka Never really rated 'Test' so i'll go for Tanaka here. I don't think you'll have every younger star win. Chris Hero vs. Tommy Dreamer It's gotta be, however much of a legend Dreamer is. Dick Dudley Jr. vs. Slyk Tayshaun Dudley Slyk gains some revenge. The Great Sasuke vs. Juventud Guerrera© Juvis come too far to lose the belt on his first defence. CM Punk vs. Paul Burchill He won't lose his first match even if it is non title.
