Fun little addition. I have added 503 new cities with coordinates and populations for teams to use upon relocation and whatever.

Every country attached to a continent (minus lame old Antarctica) should have at least one location available to use for a team. And then some small Islands like Fiji, Falkland Islands, Maldives, etc. A location needs at least 100k population for a team, so some locations were bumped up to that number if no cities in the country reached that minimum.

A few cities (mainly Poland) had symbols that Excel didn't like, so I just replaced them with regular letters.

    List of locations added: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kXOBfs9E6dyTrffy1mHTAXbXyRUKieXS/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=108287160030108477760&rtpof=true&sd=true

    Folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ei72Ue0HiLRC5tXTarlJowybm8DpZdJj?usp=share_link

Directions: Download and copy "Hometowns" folder to the program file folder where the .exe is and overwrite.

In my case, it's C:\Program Files (x86)\GDS\Fast Break Pro Basketball 3

End note: These new locations do not show up in already made save files. You have to start a new game in order to use them.

    Man, amazing again!!!!

    Thank you very much!!!!

I am really looking forward to the historic file update with the 22/23 season. As soon as you have some news, please, put here some information!!!

    Hello,

I am changing computers and wanted to move my FBB 2013 license over to my new computer. I was wondering how I do this. I'm told I have installed all of the licenses for the product (if I have to un-install it for my old computer, please let me know how I do this).

    Thank you.

I sent a message to them and received this answer:

Thank you for your request, I can confirm that I have been able to unlicense your game. Please note that we can only provide you with one unlicensing every six months unless the situation is exceptional. To help stay within this limit, please be aware that if you have planned computer changes (such as performing a reformat) you can use the following steps to manually unlicense your game yourself:

1.) Go to the shortcut you use to launch the game.  Right-click on it and select Properties.
2.) In the target box, at the end of the path, add a space, and then:  -unlicense
3.) Hit Apply and close the box.
4.) Launch the game, this should pop up the unlicense window.

If these steps do not work reply with the path from the target box of the shortcut you use to launch the game and I will give you a command that will work.

    Hope this helps.

  3. OK I lied. I have another update coming soon. Mainly, I wanted to look closer at how the more current rookies are progressing. Here are my notes:

comparing 2016-2021 draftees to 2002-2006, there are significantly more yellow-overall players in the more recent classes. I expect this is because more players actually get playing time due to pace/resting players. When you compare 2022, 2005, and 2002, the number of players who played 1500+ and 1000+ minutes on the season are fairly close. However, when comparing the 600+ and 300+ minute cutoffs, the numbers drastically differ:

    2022

    600+: 358 players

    300+: 426 players

    2005

    600+ 319 players

    300+: 370 players

    2002

    600+: 299 players

    300+: 340 players

And so I believe that reflects better on 9th-12th slot guys that are yellow in recent drafts that may be orange or out-of-the-league in older classes.

And then I feel the top of the drafts are a bit weak. When counting unique players with either an all-star or all-league designation (can be both), the older classes had an average of 3.5 all-stars and 1.75 all-league players per draft 5 years in to the draft, where most players should be nearing their prime. In comparison, the modern classes had an average of 2.1 all-stars and 1.3 all-leagues in those 5 years.

After 10 years, the all-star numbers were a bit closer but the all-league was still a big difference. Old class was an average of 5.8 all-stars per draft and 4.4 all-leagues. Whereas the modern classes had an average of 4.9 all-stars and 3 all-leagues.

This isn't a huge data sample, but it takes a while to sim and record so this at least gives something.

So I'll revisit the drafts and adjust potentials around. And that'll be the next and only update before the FA one. Cool.

    Hi There. How are you?

I have been talking to you on another forum. Man, incredible update!!

    Thank you very much.

When you have some news about it, please send a message, ok?

    Thanks
