Well I have a wild update. As soon as the real life calendar turned to March 1...the issue solved itself! Interestingly, my issues began at the beginning of February. I have no idea if this is a huge coincidence or what (although I was playing the game with the same problems just a few hours ago and even left the game on). I didn't even update anything in Windows. Hopefully it stays this way but saving is now instantaneous again. Thanks for your assistance attempts fgtr3. Maybe if there are future patches there is something to look at in regards to this? Hopefully I don't have to revisit this, so perhaps this can be closed.

I appreciate you answering at all. I'm just frustrated as there are really no games like FBB out there, you know? I could look into this. I don't have another drive installed though, but I am wondering if even folder location could be a thing? One of my guesses is that a recent Windows 10 update maybe messed with writing settings in certain spots? One of my plans is to roll back my previous laptiop to see if that does anything. I also could compress my files and send them to someone to test?

I posted a video on youtube of what it's like. This is an example of it nearly taking two minutes to save. As I said before, before this started happening saving was a near instant process. Note: The save screen isn't lined up correctly as they are actually two different windows in OBS (which I used to make the video).

Is there a way perhaps to change the default folder where saves go?

My old computer was a complete mess so I figured it was the computer. I was quite surprised the same issue happens on a brand new computer (that's been restarted correctly plenty of times). My thinking is it may have to do with a recent Windows 10 update? That's the only thing that I assume would be similar for both computers.

Just began a brand new game with a fictional player pool and while faster, it still took nearly a minute. Before all this happened it was pretty much instant (I used to save after literally every game). It tends to slow down when saving players and saving records.

I can check later today. The change in save time happened suddenly. Before the 1983 All-Star Game it was fine, then suddenly have the 1983 All-Star Game it was not (and still I think it is strange that it would effect older files). And I've played this game with longer histories before.

Hello, Randomly my game takes anywhere from 1-3 minutes to save when before it was nearly instant. I'm someone who likes to save after every single game (even every day suddenly becomes a slog). Also, previous files that I don't use anymore but still have now have the same issue (I'm running a NBA league from 1979 and would save a copy of every season's end.) This has now happened across two computers, so I don't think it was my computer that was the issue (the computer I am on is brand new). Both on Windows 10. I just paid for a second license as I really wanted to continue this project, but this saving issue is messing me up big time. I really hope I can get some help or ideas to fix as I have no idea what could be causing this. Loading and everything else in the game still works fine. Thank you.

Hello, I am changing computers and wanted to move my FBB 2013 license over to my new computer. I was wondering how I do this. I'm told I have installed all of the licenses for the product (if I have to un-install it for my old computer, please let me know how I do this). Thank you.

I fired up the game for the first time in years. I for the life of me can't recall how to have teams logos appear in-game. Any assistance with this would be great, I'm sure it's a pathway or image sizing thing I just don't remeber. This is for Fast Break Basketball 3
