Enjoyed the show and the conclusion to the main event with the cash in tease. Definitely felt like I could be watching an episode of Impact there.

By 2020 he's supposed to have matured into a professional personality type. In 2016 he's listed as extremely conservative and extremely social and at only 24 probably a bit cocky having just won the COTT title. I fear I may have created a monster in this timeline.

Had an interesting dilemma pop up and thought why not open it up to the forum to decide what happens next in my game... Backstory: Playing a 2016 game as CZCW I brought in Ernest Youngman as an outside star with a view to winning the COTT World Title on his third appearance. He'd then play an ultra smug heel, running the gimmick of CZCW being below him, the roster being a bunch of punks etc. Fast forward a month and Youngman is the new COTT champion. Following the win he goes on the radio to out a large chunk of our roster as serial steroid and drug users (big scandal). My fault for re-hiring Remmy Skye and putting the CZCW title on him. Unsurprisingly it's pretty toxic backstage with Youngman now having hatred relationships with a good 7 / 8 workers. His time in CZCW is done but what to do with the COTT title? The Solution: Short answer is he needs to drop. I can't keep the title on him with that level of heat but I can't fire him & strip him of it because of the fall out. Figuring Donnie J is pretty well regarded, a positive influence and someone Youngman might trust to not go into business for himself, I have him call out Youngman to a match the following month. The plan is to promote having Youngman vs Donnie J with him dropping the title on his way out. To sweeten the deal I figure I'd throw an extra $5k at him to appear. So over to you... Does Youngman show? Does he take the cash and show up to drop the title or, fearing for his life, does he bail? How do you think this would play out in real life?

Not much more to say accept to echo the OPs original sentiments. Really kills the booking side for me at the moment. Drag and drop, button, anything to speed the process up a bit.

Not much further to add apart from saying this times a gagillion. Have to be honest I've not enjoyed the booking side because of the lack of this specific feature and have so far held off purchasing. Hopefully it'll be reintroduced soon as I'd love to get into this game.

<p>Another good show and looking forward to the PPV. Would definitely be a buy with that main event and Wolfe vs Hardy.</p><p> </p><p> Quite digging the Team 3D & Rhino angle at the moment and interested to see how it develops. Also Anderson better on the mike than Sting? I'm dubious...</p>

Gotta say that street fight was awesome fun. I'm definitely getting more into AEW during this whole lockdown lark.

Really hope this is looked at. Drag and drop would be a huge upgrade and it's weird that it's not in there already - it's pretty standard UX design nowadays. Another thing that might work could be using shift to select multiple segments to then move them up or down the card in batches? Or a button to move to top / move to middle / move to bottom? Anything has got to be better.

Less than 12 months prior he was on a par with Cena in terms of merch sales and arguably the hottest star in wrestling at that point. </p><p> </p><p> Hopefully this isn't the end of BL and he sticks around. Really he should have been positioned as one of TNA's biggest stars from the off. Man that TNA 2010 roster was just awesome. </p><p> </p><p> Also I'm kinda glad you passed on RVD. Felt his run at TNA was really poor and did nothing for me with his title reign representing a lot that was wrong with the Hogan / Bischoff booking.</p>

To me it makes it really hard to think of them as wrestlers and characters in a wrestling promotion. Realise its a personal taste thing but I don't play TEW to get the best grades, I play it so I can pretend I'm the booker of a wrestling promotion and book interesting feuds in my mind fans would want to see. The sole focus on numbers kinda takes that immersion away. I think I could deal with the change if we could get some of the loosers searches added back in on the find a wrestler screen (e.g. being able to search for good / decent fliers who are well known in the South East etc to come in for a short feud in my start up promotion). Of all the things that puts me off buy the game at the moment this is far and away the number one frustration.

<p>Gotta be honest, it's not feeling all that fun at the moment. </p><p> </p><p> The over reliance on detailed stats may appeal to some but I miss being able to search by talent in groups of not awful, good, great. Well known, draws etc.</p><p> </p><p> Some people might like the really granular numerical approach, I get it, but personally that's never been the attraction of this series. It's always been about creativity first. </p><p> </p><p> The roster screen which presents me instantly with 65 different numbers to try to digest in one go feels like a chore. Do we really need recent news as a section in there? I dunno, it just doesn't look like screen I wanna spend a lot of time looking at. </p><p> </p><p> I'll reserve final judgement once I've tried a few skins but this has definitely gone from a must buy to very much maybe / maybe. Bit gutted tbh.</p>

Jericho winning the world title on raw against HHH. Probably the match where I was most invested in the outcome and one of those out of nowhere moments that made Raw freaking awesome back in the day. Everything about the build to making it a spontaneous title match with Jericho shining on the mike, the apa reveal, Shane getting run out, the Earl Hebner / Triple H build and altercation culminating in the fast count that saw Jericho win the title as the crowd went crazy for it. While Austin & Rock always get the plaudits to me this is the one moment that showcases what the attitude era was about at its finest.

Lance Storm and Mike Awesome would be two that would spring to mind that I could totally see fitting into a four horseman type stable. Awesome particularly would benefit from being mentored by Flair to shake off some of his atrocious historical booking in WCW You've also got the likes of Palumbo, O'Haire & Jindrak who could fit into a group lead by Flair

Really excited about how this game developing. Just throwing this out there but it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if some AI bookers made the wrong call with getting TV time too early or jobbing out their stars too quickly / slowly. And of course some would be spot on with that.

First time I've been truly gripped by a WWE show from more or less start to finish in a while. Everything (excluding the Bayley title match) felt important and like it really mattered. Loved the mens royal rumble and the story with Brock, Edge's return, the Rollins bit etc all great entertainment.

<p>Two I'm curious about are Primus Allen and Marshall Dillon.</p><p> </p><p> Primus has been a long term diary favourite and yet still hasn't made it onto the main roster. Could see him having been signed by TCW or someone else and getting a mega push into the bonefied star that SWF let slip through their fingers.</p><p> </p><p> Dillon on the other has always jumped out as an interesting character that would feel right at home as a long term gate keeper of the SWF upper midcard.</p>

<p>Loving this change. I always find it weird that companies make so much money in year one it means they have no realistic chance of ever being caught or running into financial difficulties.</p><p> </p><p> WCW are an obvious real world example where they went from a $65m profit to a significant loss in the space of a year.</p><p> </p><p> Hopefully should make the game world a bit more dynamic...</p>

<p>It really is insane how much better NXT is to watch than the WWE main roster. Even the more meh matches still had me invested in the outcome. </p><p> </p><p> It'll be a sad day when Gargano is called up to the main roster as I just can't see him getting the same chance to shine he is at the moment.</p>
