Similar to CreeperGav's "Yet to Debut" mod, the intent of this mod will be to give India a much larger pool of workers. Submissions will be accepted based on the template in post #2, and I will create an original render based on each submission. Workers can be active or yet-to-debut (if you choose). I will post a database as well as pictures once we reach a reasonable amount of completed submissions, and then possibly do occasional updates as other submissions come in. From time to time, I may close submissions to catch up on renders for the workers. SUBMISSIONS ARE CLOSED (AT LEAST UNTIL AFTER THE UPDATE).........................CURRENT WORKERS: 97 (3 Pending) My current plan is to most likely release this shortly after the full game releases. I would like to include as many workers as possible (and will likely continue small updates after release if people continue with submissions).

Thanks! Spent most of my free time today actually playing the game, so only 2 new rerenders (not even USPW) today........ Carl Batch, Haley Buck (Hired both of them in an SWF save and was thus motivated to rerender them) @ Blackman - I will most likely end up doing all of the USPW women, just don't want people chasing me with torches and pitchforks over a couple of them (pretty sure you know which ones I'm referring to).

So far,"Dev. Trainers" are not in the game as they were in TEW 1026 (also gone are Dev. aims). I haven't tested to see how workers will react, but you have the ability to send anyone to development, so it may me worth a try to hire a vet or two and send them to Saisho from the complete contract screen. Probably looking for the Japanese version of Ben Williams or Bob Casey.....they would need to have low enough pop to not be upset at being in developmental.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way Gloria turned out....definitely wanted to make her look a bit closer to her age in the game. I think there are about 9 USPW women left that I'm going to try and come up with something for (though a couple are iconic renders, and I may just leave them be) and then see what project I want to tackle next.
