I may set up an alliance but not the NXT titles being alliance titles.

You could consider including Evolve or Progress (or both) and setting the max to limit after those. I'm still kinda begginer to TEW series and I never had a long game so I never faced the situation : when you have to suspend someone because of a failed drug test, a backstage incident, or whatever, does the suspension begins immediately after you click the "Suspend" button ? Or do you have time to prepare a storyline in order to justify the worker's TV absence ? Thanks <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The suspension begins immediately after the event at which the incident occurs ends. It at least gives you the opportunity to job the worker and then possibly an injury angle, etc.

The basic idea is, male and female titles are given equal, main event status, men's and women's divisions are equally important, existing side by side, but on the same show.
Using the product definition "women's division" feels unsatisfactory as it doesn't allow the women to be separated into main eventers, midcarders, openers and so on, but "integrated" implies intergender matches, right? And that's not what I had in mind eijer.

So how would you go about setting up this company?

You can set it as intergender and just book matches the way you want them. It actually helps because you should be able to set women's matches to go longer than 10 minutes (in previous versions of the game, women's division matches were penalized if longer). You would only potentially run into a problem if you used the auto-booker.
