  2. Two quick questions I can't seem to find.... 1. When searching for workers who do I filter by people available for work (as compared to someone under contract) 2. When searching for workers, where do I see how well they can play a face/heel?
  3. I've been doing QA in software for over 10 years, and I can't agree more with this statement. I often tell my team that QA is much like being an offensive lineman. YOu're doing the grunt work and the only time you're going to get noticed is when people find things they don't like. I'm been on projects where my team has found literally hundreds of defects that have caused crashes, funny user experiences, and all sorts of nonsense. Then when the product shipped got taken through to task (i think that's the saying) because the client found a handful of UI defects they didn't like. I have no idea what Adam's testing team found, nor does anyone else here, but as someone who has been in the industry for a while, believe me when I say if the main thing people are complaining about is UI then you guys did a heck of a job!
  4. Looks fantastic, man. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
  5. I also love the starting position of SWF. It's like a cross between WCW in the late 90s (after they fell from the top but didn't completely go into garbage mode) and WWE post Attitude era where they were trying to find themselves again. It's a fun time to get started in.
  6. Christian Faith and Freddie Garcia seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. Am I missing something? Are they under a different name? I know Faith left the business in 2016 but I thought he would still be searchable.
  7. Perhaps he comes back but as a part-timer under the new name Hobby Lobby... And that's my dad joke of the evening.
  8. Not sure if it's "my favorite" moment, but the moment that got me hooked on wrestling without a doubt was Wrestlemania X Razor Vs. Shawn.
  9. Same. I always end up having Primus and Spade together in some way. In one save Primus is Spade's bodyguard. In another, I did a shield style group with Primus, Spade, and Justin Sensitive.
  10. Awful match aside, that red filter was god awful and made it almost not watchable to me. Major LOL at the “AEW” chants. I think I may finally be done with WWE.
  11. So I started a new game using the default C-Verse data and it's May 2016. I've seen no less than 15 news stories about workers who are "going downhill" and getting flabby. Has anyone else this story this excessively? I can't go more than 1 or 2 days without seeing a new worker who has packed on the pounds.
  12. I really liked this match between AJ and Nakamura (probably my favorite of the 3). That said, the match quickly ranks at the bottom of the 3 when you factor in the finish. I'm not usually one to complain about a non-finish but come on seriously, after everything those 2 went through neither can get back up after getting kicked in the junk? I feel like WWE is booking themselves into a corner with how this feud is playing out and keeping the belt on AJ, but maybe I'm not seeing the biggest picture.
  13. I hate to break it to Braun but he didn't win the GRR. hornswoggle was never eliminated!!! He went through the ropes to the outside then got dropkicked off the apron or whatever. I don't know if he botched it or if it's another thing the announce team messed up, but he never went over the top rope.
  14. With the exception of the opening match. The crowd has been pretty dead so far.
  15. I can't seem to find very many real world mods anymore in the mod section. What's everyone using to play their real-world mods these days?
  16. Am I the only one who has listened to the Lil Dicky "Freaky Friday" song a million times and thought to myself that WWE should totally run a similar angle with say, John Cena and Heath Slater? It would be awesome. Slater (Who is "Cena") would come out and try to give AA to somone but not be strong enough to get them off the ground. There's a lot of comedy they could do that would be fun for a month or so.
  17. So after listening to the Freaky Friday song by Lil Dicky about 100 times, I decided that could be a fun wrestling angle to do. My thinking is Jack Bruce starts to complain about his fame and how he can't go anywhere without pictures being taken and it being all over the news etc. He eventually "switches places" with a lower card worker (I'm thinking Lower - Midcard or below) I just don't know who that person should be. Ideally I'm thinking someone with a lot of charisma who just isn't over yet. Maybe they are "too small"? I'm not sure, anyway, anyone here have any suggestions?
  18. Watching Raw on Hulu (so it's only 90 minutes) and it took 35 minutes to get to the first match!!! What is this WCW?
  19. I feel like this article ummerized the PPV almost perfectly. https://uproxx.com/prowrestling/wwe-elimination-chamber-best-and-worst-of-2018/
  20. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Hard_Times" data-cite="Hard_Times" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41303" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>... what do you guys end up doing with the Young Bumfs? I want to push them both as singles, I think, but I'm never sure on what to do their characters as singles wrestlers.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I had them lead my tag division and help build up a few new teams (and grab the tag title a couple more times). Then a string of unfortunate losses causes Zimmy to turn on Randy and propel them into singles competition. That storyline actually became fire for me and the hottest feud in the game. They both ended up walking away with 'A' pop across the board.</p>
  21. <p>What does everyone do with Valiant? I've seen a lot of people say they have made him their next figurehead so that was my plan with my latest save. </p><p> </p><p> I gave him a pretty hard push Having him split a pair of victories with Brandon James and then winning the blow-off match to really bump his momentum and overness. From there he continued to win match after match until his momentum was sky high. At this point his overness was right around a B and I still had a few more months until Supreme Challenge. So he entered into a feud with Skull Debones and got a pair of clean victories to bump his overness to between an A and a B+.</p><p> </p><p> It was then time for the final act and finish getting him over the hump so to speak. At this point it's now July, Valiant is on fire and Remo is still my champ and just destroying everyone in his path (think Brock Lesner) to include Jack Bruce. At Supreme Challenge Valiant goes over Remo cleanly in a B+ main event and at this point, I feel like I'm doing a great job in my hunt to make him my next figurehead.</p><p> </p><p> I check out my "Franchise Players" and noticed Valiant isn't even on the list. Bruce is still my number 1, followed by Remo, Gilmore, and Skull. Not to be discouraged I enter Valiant into a series of 3way/4way matches with Gilmore, Bruce, and Remo. Valiant comes out on top cleanly every time and getting decent grades. After a few months of this, I check my "Franchise Players" again, to see Valiant is still only 5th! His overness is at an A* and he's defeated everyone ahead of him, but he's just not gaining any traction. To top it all off once I have him in programs with wrestlers not in my top 5 he's only putting on mediocre matches and despite his wins he's overness has actually dropped to a B+. </p><p> </p><p> About this time Nicky Champion becomes available and I pick him up, just to find that he has already replaced Valiant in the number 5 spot. I haven't completely given up on him just yet, but I did end up having him drop the title, to Eric Eisen of all people. He's still in my main event scene, but I'm starting to think being figurehead just isn't in the cards for him.</p>
  22. My only real complaint, other than Brock going over (but we all knew that was going to happen), was the amount of time the women spent outside the ring during the rumble. Don't get me wrong I know the men do it too, but it fell REALLY excessive. There were multiple points in the match where only 2 women were in the ring even though at least 5 were still in the match. Even though it would've had the same effect, I much rather they lay low in the corner.
  23. Does rehab time differ based on any type of criteria? I just sent one of my best workers to rehab for Soft Drug use thinking it would be 30 days and I see he's out for over 7 months :/
  24. I agree, I'm really liking this "edgier" Cena. This was the best promo I've seen from him in years and Styles plays the Villian so well. He made it very easy for me to actually cheer for Cena, which is also something I haven't done in years.
  25. Really? That surprises me. Every game I start as SWF he tends to rule my midcard and more often than not work his way into my world title picture.
