  1. I cut these for my game, here they are if anyone wants them. You will have to rename some if you want them to match the data names. Download
  2. First time playing the mod, and just wanted to compliment you guys on how clean the data looks and how awesome the new SAMPP gif/sticker pack looks. A few things I've noticed: - Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander do not have a team set in game (and no experience) - Lana and Naomi do not have a team set (they seem to be a regular team on TV for now) - Natalya and Tamina do not have a team set (they too seem to be a regular team for now) - Flabby for William Regal seems a bit drastic, I'd say the poor guy has an average physique - Ivar is back in action (Remove his starting injury of ten months) EDIT: The SAMPP image for Monsta Mack is actually Dan Maff

I've debated on going back through the old EWR files and trying to "upscale" them.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I've found the EWR update useful in a number of ways so far.</p><p> </p><p> For one, they have a list of backstage workers like Referees, Road Agents, bookers, etc that are impossible to find by utilizing cagematch or wrestling data - especially for the smaller promotions. </p><p> </p><p> For smaller promotions like APW, Pro Wrestling IRON, and UPW where there really is no source for summarized results other than cagematch.net style "Wrestler A def. WrestlerB" it is really hard to decide how to set the face/heel alignment. While often flawed, the EWR datasets are good for looking at the roster and seeing where those dispositions are set. You can also discover managers that were employed and who they should be set to manage. Same for Stables, EWR has them all broken down my promotion with member lists and I haven't found anything online that does that quite as good. </p><p> </p><p> For obscure workers you can look at the EWR stats and think "OK this guy is a decent all rounder" or "This guy is a straight up spot monkey" and then set their stats in TEW to coincide with the way the mod is balanced. </p><p> </p><p> I've also been able to add movesets for obscure workers that didn't have them as there is nothing listed online, but EWR has their moves spelled out.</p>
  4. Fantastic work throughout here. Great job on these.
  5. You say that, but you wouldn’t believe how handy this February 2004 EWR data has been for a reference source haha
  6. You can do it by downloading the trial versions and doing it in the editor. I know this, because much of my Japan data was given to me by LUKIE and it was from TEW 2005 which needed to be converted to TEW 2010.
  7. He's running Pro Wrestling IRON at this time! (They're next to do on the list)
  8. No, it just creates an extra file that bloats the download and isn’t needed.
  9. Navaeh has also finished up with Impact for the time being. Jazz is also expected to be legit retired, giving a goodbye speech next episode.

  11. Where can one find this Modest Documentary? I became a fan of his after seeing him on Beyond the May way back in the day.
  12. Not trying to pick a fight, but I feel transparency is kind of important. Is there any reason why you have removed any credit of my name considering that this entire mod was based on my TEW 2016 Beta and I created the intro screens as well? You seem to credit multiple other board members and mod makers but my name has been scrubbed from the first post and within the database itself? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A few language errors: Edge shouldn’t speak French Al Snow shouldn’t speak French or Japanese Lita shouldn’t speak French Test shouldn’t speak French Brian Kendrick shouldn’t speak French (not sure on Japanese either) Chris Benoit shouldn’t speak French Chris Jericho shouldn’t speak French Christian Cage shouldn’t speak French Gail Kim shouldn’t be set to speak Japanese Kane shouldn’t be set to speak Spanish James Gibson (Jamie Noble) shouldn’t be set to speak Spanish James Maritato shouldn’t be set to speak Mediterranean Bradshaw shouldn’t be set to speak Spanish (maybe basic since he did work in Mexico for awhile) Johnny Stamboli shouldn’t speak Mediterranean Kimo (Rosey) shouldn’t speak Spanish Kurt Angle shouldn’t speak French Linda Miles shouldn’t speak Spanish Matt Bloom (A-Train) shouldn’t speak Japanese Matt Hardy shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Mick Foley shouldn’t speak French, Spanish or Mediterranean Pat Patterson shouldn’t speak Spanish Paul London shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Shane Helms shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Triple H shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Trish Stratus shouldn’t speak French Vince McMahon shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Tajiri shouldn’t speak French or Spanish (maybe basic Spanish) Abyss shouldn’t speak French or Spanish AJ Styles shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Chris Sabin shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Christopher Daniels shouldn’t speak Spanish Don Callis shouldn’t speak French Jeremy Borash shouldn’t speak French or Spanish Joe E. 13. Ultimate Pro Wrestling is now added to the completed list. This one took way longer than I'd planned and required a ton of research. All workers have been gone over for adjustments in skills, body types, styles, work histories, popularity, attributes... you name it and it has been reviewed. I've also added quite a few UPW workers that were missing from the database. Events, Stables, Tag Teams and Experience have all been reviewed and edited as well. Staying in SoCal, either PWG or APW are next...
  14. Might want to use the updated data under the name The Pipe Bomb Mod.

  16. I've made a lot of progress in the last three months, but I'm nowhere near a BETA or testing release yet. The more I dug into the data, and the more my understanding about how this version of the game works improved, the more I realized I wanted to do a real good job and overhaul everything. With that said, I HAVE made a ton of progress. - The new Sticker/Trading Card style pack continues to be built and improved upon. - HOF/HOI agers have been added to most current inductees. - All title histories have been changed from real world dates to the style that the game actually uses and puts out (ex. Wk 4, July 2003 - Wk 3, August 2003) - I've been sorting the game world by each stat (Brawling, Technical, Puro, etc) and making changes to them as I see fit to better balance the game world. - Chaotic Wrestling, Chikara Pro, Exodus Wrestling Alliance, Juggalo Championshit Wrestling, NWA No Limits, Ohio Valley Wrestling, Pro-Pain Pro Wrestling, NWA Total Nonstop Action and WWE are all pretty much complete at the moments (Company setting, Popularity, Product, Events, Titles & Lineage, Tag Teams and Tag Experience, Stables, Rosters, etc) - Every worker on those rosters has had their profile looked over, body types set, home regions, gimmicks, active regions, languages, birth dates, employment histories, stats, popularity, attributes, and more looked over and set. - Indy workers have had their popularity scaled for where they actually competed (The game's built in spillover will account for word of mouth popularity) - I've started the historical Power 500s according to past PWI results. - Yearly Awards have been set with a combination of PWI awards and Wrestling Observer Awards. - Lucha Xtreme Wrestling (NY) has been completely added. - Mask and Hair histories have been added for the luchadors I've encountered thus far. - This one was incredibly time consuming, and I'm glad its over: Every worker in the data has had their experience scaled by counting the number of confirmed matches up until the start date either on cagematch or wrestlingdata and multiplying that number by .2 - Numerous new workers have been added to the data to round out rosters and the indy scene. I'm sure I've forgotten some of what I've done, but that is about the short of it and where I'm at. In summation: it will be worth the wait and likely completely unrecognizable (in a good way) from the base data. Screenshots:
  17. Simmering tension relationships with The owner and Booker usually do the trick.
  18. That wouldn’t take much work, I’ll see what I can do!
  19. IIRC you need to mess with your default matches a s take it out of there and add the ones you want
