  1. I'm pretty sure angles under four minutes or minor angles have no impact on crowd management
  2. http://greydogsoftware.com/cornellverse/ That's the "official" site of the Cornellverse. Obiviously, it hasn't been updated for years, but if you're completely new to the universe, it's probably really helpful as well.
  3. Yes, you can get a boost to your attendance if you pre-book a particularly strong card. It will tell you on the pre-booking screen. You might have avoided the penalty with four minutes or less. Check the "angles" section in the handbook for how long angles can run for depeding on the categories they are rated on.
  4. That only helps if they are set as "on screen" in the angle. Hype video angles are usually set up so that the workers are "off screen".
  5. If the worker prioritizes the other company, he won't work the other show because otherwise he wouldn't have been available to work your show. If the worker prioritzes your company over the other, he might still work the other show.
  6. Maybe I'm missing something, but doesn't the current system already allow exactly these kinds of tv specials? Right now, you can have any event be broadcast on any broadcaster you have a deal for events with. Curious as to what the difference would be.
  7. No, there isn't, neither in the demo nor in the full game. Filtering by "rated on" is one of those things that was inexplicably taken out of the game for TEW2020. I'd just go with freestyle angles.
  8. Per the handbook, perception is based on the popularity in the promotion's home region and any other region where the popularity isn't more than six pop points less than the home region. So, it could be that the wrestlers aren't as popular in Kansai as in the other regions, which would change their perception to well known.
  9. None of them do, so I guess I'll try for my next show. It's just that I remember reading somewhere that it's not a good idea because both broadcasters would "steal" each other's viewers and so would actually lower the viewership numbers. I searched and I couldn't find anything about it, though.
  10. I have two broadcasters with overlapping coverage. If I select both broadcasters when I run a show, will the viewership for these regions simply add up? I feel like this would be a bit too cheap to be true. But surely, there can't be a disadvantage of broadcasting a show on two broadcasters who (partly) cover the same regions, can there?
  11. Yeah, I guess you could look at it like that. And it's not that I don't like the challenge of my champions being poached by bigger promotions. I just found it weird that the AI immediately vacated the belt when it's usually intelligent enough to have the champion lose the belt to someone else before they leave. At least with non-alliance titles.
  12. Playing as CZCW in the default database, our COTT World Heavyweight champion got signed to an exclusive written deal by TCW. Said wrestler has "per show" deals with OLLIE (handshake) and me (written). Those deals end after both companies' next shows. In fact, there are four shows left in total with OLLIE and CZCW where the champion could be booked to lose the title. However, for some reason the AI decided to vacate the belt and I was wondering why that is. I'm inclined to post this in the tech support section, but perhaps somebody has a good explanation on why this happens.
  13. Yes, this would be really helpful. I'd also like to filter out touring shows, as well.
