  1. Playing a real world mod from launch, I'm now up to 2021. The longest I've ever played a single TEW world
  2. I'm currently halfway through 2020 (which is the longest I've ever gotten into a TEW game, yay) and my promotion is Global and the #1. I've been pillaging WWE for years, deliberately nabbing their figureheads at any given opportunity. I have AJ Styles, John Cena, Bray Wyatt, Kevin Oweens, Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Enzo & Cass, Kofi Kingston, and probably more I'm forgetting. WWE have had a real tough time of it but are still #2, maintaining a steady National size. Xavier Woods died in 2016 suddenly, while Kofi and Big E went on to great heights as the Tag Team champions. At Wrestlemania 32, the AI had Kofi win the World Heavyweight championship, which he held for about 2 years. Go Kofi. Big E came up for renewal around 2018 and I tried to sign him, as did a national Ring of Honor and NJPW. In order to keep Big E, WWE offered him creative control! Big E then dominated the United States title for a long while. Seth Rollins got signed by New Japan when they were having a good month, and also signed Sheamus, who is just about the most over wrestler in the whole world somehow It's been a strange game, but I love it
  3. Crisis averted I've managed to get my worker in question up to B+ and about 30 days before the owner goal deadline. I hadn't quite noticed, but my top 3 workers have been at A popularity for a few months. I checked the editor, and my worker with the goal was about 0.5 away from B+ overness, so I think it was just slow going. I had her win one of my Main Event titles, and only my last show she beat one of the A overness workers clean in a title defence, and boom, she's now B+ Thanks to everyone who made suggestions

Probably the best thing to do at this point, assuming she has B- charisma, is to have her dominate people with high selling in 5 minute or shorter matches. Rather than relying on ratings, showcase her as being particularly strong and her popularity is more likely to go up faster. People cheer for stars at least as much as they cheer for exciting matches, whether it's wrestling or MMA. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> It's certainly an idea I hadn't considered <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

Having her beat a bunch of D or even C popularity people is not going to help her get to a B+ popularity. If she's your highest popularity wrestler, you'll have to build someone else up to be close to her, probably at least B- if not actually a B.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> B+ is my absolute highest worker, and this is at Global. The worker in question is regularly facing and beating other Main Eventers who are B</p>

If I can't even get my figurehead and top worker to B+, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to manage with any other workers.</p><p> </p><p> The product in question says "..rated more on performance than popularity". I have an Owner Goal due in 45 days to get one worker up to B+ popularity, and no matter how many A matches she puts on with Enormous broadcasting, her overness doesn't budge past B</p>
  7. Absolutely. I'm about two and a half years into my game, and she's been out for a good half of it, so the rest of the roster's popularity has grown hugely while she's been out. Similarly one of my Upper Midcarders has just returned from maternity leave, and now she's a Lower Midcarder. Ah well!

How does that work?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> That RVD..</p><p> </p><p> I've got a worker who's currently coming to the end of her second stint in rehab.. and her morale is understandably very low. She'll be fun to deal with when she gets back!</p>
  9. <p>I'm currently Feb 2018 in my game, and this is probably the longest TEW game I've done, so I must thank Adam for making it such an easy one to play.</p><p> </p><p> My promotion is Global and the absolute #1. WWE have fallen to Cult again last month after going head-to-head with me. TNA and ROH are both Cult. My fed is an all-women promotion, so every time I try to sign a worker to a written deal, I've had WWE and ROH trying to compete, and 90% of the time they sign with me.</p><p> </p><p> What's got interesting in my game is that TNA have started being the ones to really raid my talent. The last few times I've tried signing someone, WWE and ROH's offers aren't even considered, and TNA have offered waaaaay over the odds to the point where my owner won't let me compete. So far it's just some midcarders I've lost, but it'll be interesting to see how this plays out in 3 or 4 years time when some big contracts come up for renewal. Will TNA sink themselves under the weight of these contracts? Will they even be open in 3 years time? We'll see!</p>

I think it gets very difficult to gain overness when you're that high up unless you're beating people more popular/very nearly as popular as you, or using the dominate note.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> That's a good call. She's at B, beating people who are B-. So that does kinda make sense. It's understandable that it's hard to get people THAT over, but yet WWE at Cult have gotten workers they've stolen from me up to B+ with no problem, lol..</p>
  11. <p>I seem to have hit a worker overness cap, and I'm wondering if it's my product settings.</p><p> </p><p> I'm currently at International, very close to hitting Global. 12. <p>In my game in October 2017, WWE were down to Cult after my promotion rose to National. Seth Rollin's contract came up, and there began a bidding war between WWE (Cult), ROH (Cult), Dragon's Gate (Cult) and NJPW (National). Seth jumped ship to NJPW, and a week later they fell to Cult.</p><p> </p><p> An amusing thing I've noticed is that every time I try to sign one of my workers to a written deal, WWE without fail will try to sign them. I had one worker, Mackenzee keep turning up high on pain killers. I went through each stage of reprimand, a slap, a stern warning, a fine. I wanted to send this girl to rehab, but she was on a written deal. It occurred to me that signing her would mean she could go to rehab, but more likely is that WWE will try to sign her, and then they can deal with her poor behaviour, while I don't upset her friends still on my roster. A perfect finish! Except now she's doing really well in WWE..</p>

Many thanks!</p>
