Funny thing After getting Gut punch at tail end of last year. (**** covid)
Monday last week. I had some down time at work. So I put in a few hours on this. Everyday Since I have done at least 45 minutes each day.
I am still needing to clean up title histories, and Former Employments. However that being said, I played a month as one of the smaller promotions (no TV deal), and nothing crazy happens. Wasnt like in the fall where I had a small company get a PPV deal and was doing .5 buys.
Now Its alive again, looking in next month or two to have a beta for testing

How is this mod playing? Anyone have any long term saves?
As SanFran I tend to take over NWA basiclly. Ray Stevens World, Pat US Jr, and Peter Mavia and Partner X is generally after 4 months and hold the titles.
But 2016 this was the only mod i played. some of the little trust but yea this was it. but i only put in about 100 hours in 2016.

Roy: No I have plans, to take on Sam Muchnick's power and STLW by
using you to become the best Heel NWA Champion in the History.
Jay: You know they rarely use Heels for long term Champions. Always
to put over the new Face, the new American Dream.
Roy: We will grow into TV, Heel make the best TV. Soon work rate will
be secondary talent. If you as a Heel keep the fans coming to see who
can beat you, and you do something to cause the win on your part. The
fans will hate you and come back next week to see if the next face can
finally beat you. Be ready Thursday first set of New Years tv tapings.
That day I will start your growth. Already have your first Feud planned.

~Mammoth amazing Territory Daze mod~
The sole purpose is to recreate a old run I had where Jay York
becomes the top wrestler in the world. Feuds where won against
every top star in the early 70s. Race, Funks, Patterson, Stevens.
Jay York with help from his Manager Freddie Blassie, became top
of the Power 500 and NWA World Champion.
Rules
No edits, out side of retiring the Wrestling Bears.
Roster no Larger then 30 with use of Local talent for Jobbers.
Wont rush out to Hire Future Legends
In the end it is ALL about Jay York! All is design to build Jay.

Just a update on this project. So as it goes in testing you find some things. In running 6 months to a year our just about every promotion has a national tv deal. which causing crazy overness bumps.
trying to tweek styles of promotions and overnesses.

nYw, While this current promotion was re-birthed in 1997, has ties that go all the way back to 1946 as a Post war bomb and early TV. This current promotion was founded by Alex Hunter (was the Announcer for the older Tri State) promotion. In 2015 Alex Hunter passed away after a short battle with Cancer, his estate sold to New York City billionaire hedge fund manager Nicolas Dudley. While Dudley has more then enough money to fix errors, He has been known to throw good money after bad. The only thing outside of nearly unlimited funding, is Booker The Judge. One of the best minds in the business, who until he was hired was the booker for Jimmy Hansen and MWPW.</p><p> </p><p>

Over the last 10 years Joe Carlson personal Brain child has become a Corporate Giant with its hands in all facets of Entertainment. In Late 2019 Joe Carlson sold the last of his control interest to former Movie Studio executive Gregory Welborn, Who first action was firing long time booker Odin, and name Amy Fielding booker. They also removed all edgy content and changed the name of developmental promotion to just FAKE (Formerly Fantastic Ass Kicking Entertainment). 2019 Was roughest ever for GCW, with Founder and Backstage leader leaving (Joe Carlson), it also saw Bloody August where 20 top talents give notice due to style changes (Notably former Champions Alex Jackson and Matt Pepper)</p><p> </p><p>

Started as a board founded Fantasy World Mod for the Original TEW (Total Extreme Warfare) However Once TEW shifted to Greydog it seemed that most help fell aside and it became a one man project (outside of YBDynamo expansion pack). It Was last fully playable on '08 and there was a Beta floating around for 2010.
Personally I played maybe 50 hours (most of that was on the 1970 Mod) of TEW2013 and didn't even buy 2016. However I rediscovered my TEW love with 2020. In part to shelter in place order in my state.
But out of the Ashes comes WldOfDRKFRE! The Return
Why am I announcing this now? In Theory it is playable. Bios, and Work History remain to be worked on.
Do you need any input? In time I will seek a few helpers for Beta before release. But for now Logos and Banners could use a more update feel. Also There are no Renders for the mod. So if someone can point to a few pack or something along those lines.
IT is a WIP and no full Timetable is set. I hope before Labor day to have the first set of data out.

in Total Extreme Wrestling 2020 Mods

Change of Idea. Sorta
So in working on everything, I was notice a issue. The history. There is no real history to anything.
I wasn't showing that Kristoph Kahn and Hugo Jackson had a solid run in Japan as a gaijin tag team in Alpha Japan? There a history note in the Tag Title history.
What does that mean? Where is Darkfire ADD taking this? Announcing a plan to get to 2021 via 6 small updates.
Starting with Drkfre-65 (Playable 1965 run aiming to get to the real life Rock and Wrestling Era 84ish spanning 20 years)
84-96 (Covering what would be the in real life WWF Rock and Wrestling Era, aiming to give a fall of the last of the territories, and birth of the cable wrestling)
1996-2006 (dawn of the internet age)
2007 to 2010 (covering where I was going in TEW2010 version of the data)
2010 to 2016 (covering main stories of major deaths that change pro wrestling in America, causing a splits and new promotions and Alex Jackson *Hugo son* growth to the Top Wrestler in the world)
2016-2021 (the chaos of GCW move to PG, Cutting talents, rebirths of gimmicks, last runs of legends)
2021 (Where it all ends up).
When will the see the Light of Day. Well 1965 once I get logos (15 feds) done and tweeks. Its done. Aiming to have about 500 playable wrestlers. Plays super fast. That is why it goes the longest span.
Once that is out. I will move on to the next stage, using the prior database as the foundation to the next. We will finally be able to play as Alabama Wrestling Legend and current owner Maxx Payne as a wrestler before the career injuries due to the car crash. See how Matt Pepper comes out of Nowhere before suddenly becoming Joe Carlson main star from 1997 to 2002 GCW.
Look for 1965 in the next week or two.
