This is a guess, but you might have the same problem I had in my first file: In options, there's a setting for Picture Requirement, which was set to "Yes." I had nothing in my database under "Free Pictures", which is where it grabs the pictures to assign to new graduates, so it didn't generate any graduates at all. Turning that off started generating workers as normal, with blank pictures.

 

I could have sworn there was a load of free pictures in there (in fact I ended up assigning one of those cvfp_xxxx pictures to my first graduate) but that seems to have done it, got my first graduate before the end of Jan, thank you.

 

Edit - I see it now, the pictures are in the directory but the real world mod I'm using doesn't have any free pictures assigned.

Am I missing something obvious with training facilities, I created one in the first year of the game, knowing it would take a year for my first graduates.

 

It's set as mostly male students with fluid graduation. And I got absolutely nothing. I did an upgrade in early 2021 and figured maybe it reset the counter so I waited.

 

Just started 2024 and still not a single graduate, in fact looking through the other facilties nobody has any alumni that weren't historic.

 

I've checked in the editor, graduation is definitely enabled.

 

Am I missing an obvious option somewhere that's hindering me or have I hit a bug?
