To be honest I do agree with you for the most part, I myself dont belive in a "God" I think the whole concept of religion is flawed, the only problem I had with your first post is saying religion was going away and calling it a mental illness. Religion has been here for thousands of years and will be here after you and I both die. Religion is tied in with our culture, most of the population NEED religion. Some, and even most, people can not live without their religion, and they need to know other people are religious with them. I mean name the last American president that wasent religious. (I know your Finnish so if you dont know there has never been a President that wasent religious.) And then there is the mental illness thing, as close as religion gets to being a mental illness in your eyes does not mean you get to call the billions of people who are religious mentally ill. Where is your PhD? Are you a psychologist? Can you perscribe perscription medication for mental illnesses? If not then please do not call people mentally ill for what they belive, for all we knwo you could be the one who is mentally ill in this regard. It's very rude to go about calling people mentally ill for something they have every right to belive in just becuase you dont belive what they do. I agree with you that the way people view religion and spend money on it can be used in much better ways but I also belive that its people's right to belive in what ever religion they want and for whatever reason they want, even if thats just becuase its the religion their parents practiced, as long as someone lets me have my opinion on god, or lack of god, I can let them belive whatever they want.

Exactly, we can not count on T.Jack to win the division for us if Brett decides not to come back. If he does come back thaen atleast this year we still look good, but once he is gone for good things get pretty bleak, we are left with T.Jack at QB or a rookie with zero experinence, im really hoping Childress has talked to Brett and told him they are looking at a QB but only as a complete back-up. All McCoy or Clausen need to do if we draft them and we get Brett back is sit and watch Brett do his thing and once Brett reties for good than we play them. Your forgetting that the Florida team also had one of the best defenses in college football history, and besides Tebow also had a very, very good offense. Im not knocking Tebow, the guy was one of the best NCAA QB's of all time, im very concerned on how he translates to the NFL. He is not an accurate passer, and the strength advantage he held over defensive players is gone now becuase he is in the big leauges now. Like Stenn said, I hope the guy has a great carrer and that all of his doubters (me being one) can look back and realize how wrong we were, but I dont think that will be the case, I think we will look back and realize its a waste of a first round pick as far as talent goes. I mean props to McDaniels for completly revamping that Broncos team and brining some guys with great character, but Denver already has 2 QB's and an offense that does not run anything close to what Urban's gators ran.

Why do we need a new rb? Adrian is more then good enough, yea losing Chester to the bears sucks but we dont need Jahvid Best to take up Chester Taylors spot. And the lions still wont be good enough even with Best, yea he is fast, but he is coming off a HUGE concussion, and has always been injury prone (missed multiple games every season he played at Cal) The lions still have NO offensive line and he Best wont help them THAT much. And we have the 2nd pick in the 2nd round now and an extra 4th rounder from trading that spot to the lions so im really hopping we take McCoy now and than a guard or center to help out A.P.

I want to know why its "this situation and this situation alone" that we can assume that a third of the replay viewers are new viewers. Just becuase your housemate is an applied math major and has read a total of 1 thread on the topic does not mean he is a credible source. Unless your houemate follows trends in new timeslots vs. replays and the viewers of each (highly unlikely) then there is no way he could come up with this "1/3 are new viewers" hypothesis and be correct with it unless its just a lucky guess. Like Hugh said, there is no way to know what amount of the .9 were new viewers becuase there is absoulelty no way to get that kind of information, its all just guess work, which is exactly why we can not add the 1.5 and any part of the .9 together, thats just not how these things work.
