[Editing version 1.62 with OpenOffice 4.1.6]

I found the thread on using OpenOffice. It seems to have worked, but of course the "new database" is created with the extension .odb instead of .dat

 

How do I put the new edited file in place of the old "pstats.dat" file??

I downloaded and successfully installed Schlittys 2018 0.5 mod. I have tried editing the pstats file using OpenOffice version 4.1.6, and I cannot seem to get it to work. Can anyone help me out?

 

If it helps, I'm not trying to edit a lot. I just wanted to put 2 divisions in the Big12, plus have each Power5 conference have 14 teams. If anyone knows an easy way to do that, I'd appreciate it.
