  1. I love how you book Team Canada and it makes me sad that I just can't use Storm outside of a threshold at the top of the card to separate the good and the bad... Good show. To echo TFC's statement, it's interesting to see the thought of Rey to have a mask/no mask as I've pondered it as well. Interesting you set it up on Worldwide as it gives you a nice little angle down the road.
  2. If anyone's a good replacement for Awesome, it's bizarro-Rhodes, even without the undertones. If Awesome returns, that'll be one dominant stable.... and Vampiro. Good show overall, I really can't wait to see heel Rey come out more. Rey definitely needs a good heel run and can pull it off.
  3. I'll be the one to say it -- when Sid powerbombs the hell out of Mark Johnson that'll be SO sweet.

  6. Well hit the major stuff. It doesn't have to be every detail, but set it up so I'm not lost as to why wcw world champion Christopher Daniels exists. Or whatever lol
  7. I would definitely be interested, especially if you can set up the past 19 years IG time for the reader, major events, etc.
  8. Gotta go with the Straight Edge Suckas, it's the team with the most to gain.
  9. What if you run events (even a weekly one) with tv showing them. It may hurt your ppv buy rates for a little bit there but it might be a workaround to the issue for now. And if you run in Japan it should still keep your overness up.
  10. <p>Satyr24 - You sure? It went away around the time Hogan came, so I've always assumed it was to look more like the WWF.</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="1428370553273.gif" data-src="https://static1.squarespace.com/static/522a2049e4b0a0ce717e990c/t/55233458e4b047e0ca46cbd1/1428370553273.gif" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> Another shot of the ramp for those who are curious.</p><p> </p><p> Anyways, loved this "B" PPV. There was just enough to hold on. Disappointed there was no reveal of who the new guy is, but set it up nicely for Superbrawl, leaving many options in the air for Clash of the Champions as well - Booker/Steiner, Booker/RVD, RVD/Rey, RVD/Booker. The highlight was Piper's Pit, just a great great segment to further build and explain the animosity to continue, as well as explain why Candido/TAKA would be with Bischoff.</p>
  11. Just caught back up (rough two weeks IRL) and I have to say the Team Canada/Insiders feud is really intriguing, especially all the mystery partners for the inevitable Nash return and triumph. I do have to wonder though, is this related to Nash not wanting to do the job?
  12. Kudos on AJW and forming a women's division out of the best parts. I like the idea of using the WWWA title as the centerpiece of the division. Having a women's brand in Japan with television in the states might be the best approach. We definitely are going to be approaching women's wrestling different...
  13. <p>Fan Scorecard:</p><p> </p><p> World Heavyweight Championship: Rob Van Dam {©}</p><p> -Steiner interferes.</p><p> </p><p> United States Heavyweight Championship: Rey Misterio Jr. {©}</p><p> Vampiro can't pull out matches like Rey can, so why change?</p><p> </p><p> World Tag Team Championship: True Heroes {©}</p><p> See above, although I think Knoble has been getting a deserved push.</p><p> </p><p> Cruiserweight Championship: TAKA {©}</p><p> No buildup, Kidman isn't an ally of Flair so TAKA retains for now.</p><p> </p><p> Sting </p><p> Like you said, they're both old. Sting is more over, so this is clearly a filler.</p><p> </p><p> Shane Douglas and Totally Buffed</p><p> I like this matchup and would like it in real life. Heels take the win because it's a multiman match.</p><p> </p><p> AJ Styles</p><p> PPV rubber match coming up?</p><p> </p><p> American Dragon</p><p> I don't like Shane Helms, so I'm biased.</p><p> </p><p> Doomsday </p><p> Lol.</p><p> </p><p> What will be match of the night? RVD/The Destroyer</p><p> </p><p> How many championships will change hands? 0</p><p> </p><p> Who is the free agent Arn Anderson is negotiating with? </p><p> Either someone available in game, which could be anyone, or January IRL which would lead to a member of the NWO. I don't see Hart bringing back Nash or Hogan, but Scott Hall is decently over and decently talented and should be done with his New Japan stuff.</p><p> </p><p> Who will be the next world heavyweight champion? Big Poppa Pump.</p><p> </p><p> General diary comments/questions/critiques: This pay per view seems like a filler, not that that's bad! Filler PPVs build up to the big ones, so I'm not criticizing it at all. Interesting you used Steiner once in the whole post PPV build, which is why I think BPP interferes. Glad you figured out your Power Trip problem, I'm not sure how I'll handle it. Maybe HHH will tear a quad <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  14. Pop in, turn Trips and change the titles. Kills two birds with one stone. Edit: Is HHH still IC champ? In my save he lost it to Dean Malenko. Edit 2: Are the tag titles set to only defend at events? Changing that may change if Austin/Trips defend them
  15. <p>I was wrong on Steiner keeping the belt somehow but I'm ok with that! That felt SUPER huge and it'll be great to see what's next for the main event scene, on all ends. Steiner has been SUPER STEINER for those WCW 2001 guys so...</p><p> </p><p> With that being said, Booker getting the win makes sense opposite Van Dam as it continues his quest. When Booker finally wins (yes he complains about losing but with how you written him, he needs to get his hands on it) it'll be great to see the manic retention go on.</p><p> </p><p> Finally - Bischoff is horrible. And great. It literally screams old WCW so much but it comes at a point where Bischoff has been off TV for so long that it is fresh, especially with Candido & TAKA and I can't wait to see the magic you write with Bischoff. Bischoff as RAW GM was beautiful so hopefully you can tap into the same Bischoff when you write his promos.</p>

Do it. Join us.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Seriously though, it's such a fun scenario to do and there's a ton of ways to go about it that even though there's similarities, there's much to move away from the night of champions.</p>
  17. <p>World Heavyweight Championship: Ugh... So there's seemingly no one new left for Scott to fight, unless someone gets fired from the other guys. But on the other hand, Steiner has done so well why screw it up now? However it's Starrcade... Sheesh. It's obvious<strong> RVD is going to win, but my pick is that Steiner retains.</strong> OR... Steiner turns face after Starrcade with the belt?! Bringing him new opponents. </p><p> </p><p> 2/3 Falls match for the United States Heavyweight Championship:Rey Misterio Jr. {©}</p><p> -Obvious choice is obvious.</p><p> </p><p> World Tag Team Championship: True Heroes</p><p> -Time to reward those who have done well</p><p> </p><p> Cruiserweight Championship: TAKA </p><p> -Same as above.</p><p> </p><p> Booker T</p><p> -Obviously Booker is being horrible backstage complaining about losing. That's always a bummer. Had it happen a few times now.</p>
  18. Great set of shows setting up the Granddaddy. I LOVE the spotlight segment, it highlights the important stuff and even if I skim a show, I still am going to know the major stuff. I really hope you're not done with Lawler / Corino now, Lawler can be a good mouth piece long term. Looking forward to Starrcade and to see how difference ours will be!
  19. <p>I hope Lawler does good work for you. He's had bad chemistry with everyone I've tried to put him up with, which has left me out of three potential storylines for Starrcade.</p><p> </p><p> Fan Scorecard:</p><p> </p><p> World Heavyweight Championship: "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner {©} - No reason to take the belt off of Steiner, even if it is the Icon.</p><p> </p><p> Stu Hart Classic Finals: Rob Van Dam - Booker might complain, but it'll boost RVD up and finalize the Booker turn, although a Booker win would do the same.</p><p> </p><p> United States Heavyweight Championship: Rey Misterio Jr. {©} - Duh.</p><p> </p><p> World Tag Team Championship: Natural Born Thrillers {©} - Don't think it's time yet.</p><p> </p><p> Cruiserweight Championship: Chavo Guerrero Jr. - Chavo is perfect, plus you get Chavo/Liger for starrcade if you choose to go that way</p><p> </p><p> Vampiro - Some type of interference maybe?</p><p> </p><p> "King of Old School" Steve Corino - No reason for Lawler to win here.</p><p> </p><p> Alex Wright and Ernest "The Cat" Miller - This is of course based on Wright needing a reason to choose Miller, he proved himself.</p><p> </p><p> Jamie Knoble - push him to the moon.</p><p> </p><p> What will be match of the night? I don't believe it's someone in the company, I think it's a WWF guy so let's go with... Eddie Guerrero.</p>

  21. Great show. Nice swerve with the Gremlin and kudos on picking The Franchise to win. Not too sure how I feel about Double J feuding with Morrus, although it gives him a rub that not many can give but definitely interested going forward.
  22. Sheesh. What a show. I almost had a perfect prediction, but that silly Knoble pick... how could I doubt Mike Awesome.
  23. <p>Steel Cage Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Scott Steiner - IF the first match went better, there'd be a third matchup planned but with no guarantee of that match being possible, I'm going safe and picking Steiner. </p><p> </p><p> United States Heavyweight Championship: Rey Misterio Jr - No chance Bret keeps it on Kanyon</p><p> </p><p> World Tag Team Championship: Natural Born Thrillers {©} - I don't think there's any reason to pull the trigger yet.</p><p> </p><p> Cruiserweight Championship: Jushin Thunder Liger {©} - This one is interesting because it can make a champion active weekly (Shane), or bring more prestige the belt (Liger). </p><p> </p><p> Winner receives the UFS World Championship prize: Sting - Giving us Sting vs. Scotty at Starrcade.</p><p> </p><p> Dustin Rhodes - Again, I don't see Bret being a risk taker.</p><p> </p><p> Steve Corino - Corino is older, time is now to pull trigger.</p><p> </p><p> True Heroes - More upside.
