In all honesty, I'd love to know how to make a developmental company be stable. Mainly: How many PPA guys should it have in what roles? And how can I stop the AI hoovering out the talent, leaving the dev to fill its ranks with PPA guys?

Its a shame really that my Middle Ages add-on that was nearly done disappeared in a hard drive crash, it really was coming on nicely

You're best off asking TheEnforcer, he rendered the pic, I did the masked alt for it, but it sure was tricky
