    It would be nice if the buttons would change their background when you hover over them (and maybe even to a third when you click them). Not really needed but it would make the game feel more responsive. There are probably more important things to tackle but if it's an easy change it would be nice to have.

    From what I can see the tables are part of the background images, so they can be changed. Overall the game seems to be WAY more skin-friendly than 2016 was. Short edit for comparison: TEW2020 has ~450 images in the skins folder, TEW2016 had ~750. The amount of buttons has been reduced from ~270 to 9.

    Cash Strapped: Worker will take any contract regardless of company size and will work the dates that make them the most money. It's similar to mercenary, but more tied to short term monetary gain over long term career prospects. Might even be a temporary trait if those are a thing in 2020.

    That slider is new in 2016, if you convert a mod from 2013 is uses the average of mic / char to fill it.

    I converted your last 2013 Mod and deleted every Location except the ones that either - have at least "Good" reputation - are a wrestling hotbed - have a capacity of at least 50.000 would that help?

    Maybe make Pivotshare a Mediagroup and make seperate subscription Broadcasters for each Area? Would not be the most realistic way of doing it but may be a good way to balance it?

    Sadly the new Randomly Generated Promotions-Feature means that Effganic 1920 is broken. There are more random Promotons without a Company Logo than Promotions included in the Mod.

    For the Moment i would suggest that you don't store any psd Templates for your Loading Screens in the "loading" Folder of your Skins, the Game just stops when trying to load it. That will probably be fixed in an early update, i guess.

    You have to change the Start Date to Jan 2016 (it is under "Database Info in the Editor). I think there will be some easy fixable errors as a result of that.

    The Mod is not out yet for TEW2016. What he would have used is the 2013 Mod coverted to 2016 (install 2013 Mod as usual and run it through the converter in the TEW2016 Editor)
