<p>I'm thinking about starting another SWF game, but I don't want to play as Jerry or Eric for my user character. </p><p> </p><p>

Specifically my user character is going to be the booker. </p><p> </p><p>

Realistically would Eric and Jerry have a family feud over him getting demoted? If so would he stay with the company or immediately quit?</p>

i did this one awhile back, has a mix of blonde and brown. if you like it i can update it, I experimented with him over the years never finding anything i loved

 

I found this in the TEW Render mega. I was mainly using this to match Valiant's bio and because his hair in this render is actually blonde.

Does anyone switch SWF in the default database to be Attitude Era?

 

They're basically USPW-light right now and I think their roster is more similar to RAW/WCW in 97.

 

I'm thinking about using the editor and changing the product.

 

I change it to Ruthless Aggression.

 

SWF from 2010-2018 was essentially Attitude Era. Ruthless Aggression would seem to be the next transition, mirroring WWE in real-life in the '00s.

If you have time I would like:

 

1. SWF World Heavyweight

 

Essentially make it a close replica of the WWE Championship in the Attitude era. Replace the "World Wrestling Entertainment" with "World Heavyweight" and put SWF in place of the WWE logo.

 

 

 

2. TCW World Heavyweight

 

 

I'm not sure if you made a replica of the WCW Big Gold belt in the past, but essentially make the belt a close replica of this:

 

 

3. TCW United States

 

 

More of a throwback to NWA US Title. I would like a close replica of this title.

I'm trying but I hate the meat of their roster so much.

 

Their future stars are not interesting. Basically rookies who shouldn't be in the big leagues yet.

They have way too many T-Rex's and Jumbo Jacksons.

 

Really outside of the main event that roster makes me want to throw up.

 

Yeah most of these guys should be in a developmental company.

 

I haven't played a long term game yet but I can't see USPW staying number 1 unless they start raiding every companies top stars.

Running QAW in 2021, I'm the #1 company in the world since USPW fell to Medium in February of 2021 and they're still bleeding popularity. I raided their women's division (and signed the non-tendered Baby Jamie), taking away Alicia Strong, Raven, Miss American Pie, Faith McGee, The Bombshells, Wendy Anderson, Gorgon, Elizabeth Cartier, Jaime Quine, Sara Marie York, and Belle Bryden (who now runs my development territory) and we're currently in the midst of a bidding war for Melody (their current women's champion). They've replaced those losses with Estrella Blanca, Shiori Jippensha, Lady Lotus, and Toku Kijmuta. But, they've also managed to land Sean McFly (at a 50% markup due to a bidding war), Valiant, Spencer Spade, and El Leon. So they're not hurting for talent. The problem is the same as it's always been: the AI just flat out doesn't know how to book. Now they're at risk of losing Frehley, being caught in a bidding war against CWA (not a threat, they have no money), SWF (Frehley hates <strong><em>Richard</em></strong> Eisen, not Jerry), TCW, EILL, and BHOTWG. (If I was an a-hole, I'd make him available in the UK and 21CW would join the mix but I'm not THAT bad.)</p><p> </p><p> In the hands of a human player, this wouldn't be much of an issue. But the AI seems incapable of booking what should be a roster that borders on cheating. Also, the AI just doesn't actively seek out improvements to its roster. Darryl Devine has been a free agent for almost a year now and he'd fit right in back in USPW but they haven't gone after him. He's got a troublesome back but he's still got the skills to work with those people fresh up from developmental or new signees.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Who is the booker for USPW? I noticed Rich Money is not that great of a booker compared to what is listed in one of the narratives at the start of 2020.</p>

Are sex appeal angles are limited on what rating they will receive? I started a women's division in SWF and I'm trying to get over the majority of women wrestlers so their matches don't tank.

I noticed East Meets West will require important matches to be lengthy.</p><p> </p><p>

Is there a baseline requirement for how long matches will need to be to avoid any penalties?</p>

So I'm imagining that the Cornellverse is coming to life for many now that some time has passed since the release.

 

One thing that does it for a lot of us is the product. Obviously the structure of products is/was a contentious point but the first new batch definitely helps.

 

As yet, the default database has not had any changes from release (that I am aware of). So both USPW and SWF have Family Friendly Pro Wrestling, DIW, GSW & PSW all have Extreme Hardcore, OLLIE & CILL have Classic Lucha Libre. The obvious one is FCW becoming Puerto Rican Hardcore, which seems to be an obvious match. I'm sure that there are more too.

 

With the large amount of products that were added the other week, have you or would you make any changes to the default company's products?

The obvious one for me is SWF getting the Attitude product, though I'm not sure if there is an Eye Candy requirement with that.

 

I would also give the hardcore & lucha companies a unique product each. CWA definitely need a better product.

 

SWF in TEW2016 was basically using an Attitude product. Jerry Eisen in TEW2016 preferred Pure Entertainment so the current Classic Sports Entertainment makes sense or possibly PG Entertainment.

 

Ruthless Aggression could also work but in my test saves Jerry is against the change because he thinks its too big of a change from the core product, Classic Sports Entertainment.

It might depend on the method you have set for area battles, which directly influences if they can win the war monthly and not lose popularity that way.

 

If it’s rated on best show they might be in even more trouble once TCW comes back to Big size.

 

I have area battles set to combined.

 

So far in one of my saves it looks like TCW is going to overtake SWF. SWF aren't using Rocky Golden to his full potential either.

I have a few saves in which I have played up to around 6 months. In each of them SWF drops to medium with the A.I. booker.

 

In saves longer than one year or two do they ever recover and catch USPW or do they continue to struggle with Eric Eisen as the booker? Do they misuse talent?

The main reason I'm leaning towards this decision is because SWF and USPW products are very similar to each other. Basically to give SWF a way to distinguish itself from USPW.</p><p> </p><p>

The bad news is it would take 1 year for the change to go into effect and popularity gains for the company would be stagnant.</p>
