  1. - Technical difficulties and iron-clad contracts lol. GOAT intro.
    - Father of the Year! Good beatdown and promo.
    - Copeland (c) vs Matthews was solid. Started off slow and went too long after Buddy started spitting blood.
    - Joe vs Zay was solid. Couple of fun spots.
    - Nice to see Skye get a promo.
    - The Best Friends feud is escalating quickly. Don is a vulture. First scapegoat promo.
    - Jericho (c) vs Shibata was good and creative. Smart follow-up to the Bill storyline. Pucks > tacks.
    - Claudio vs Cage was good.
    - Mariah vs Deeb was my MOTN.
    - Cope is fine...
    - Kenny with full intro! As someone dealing with chronic health issues I have huge sympathy for him and can't blame him for not wanting to give up wrestling. It was also one of his best promos because he was keeping it real instead of hamming it up. Kenny/Okada face-off was awesome. The Elite are sick bastards.

    - White vs Dante was good. Belt rack lol.
    - Deonna works better as a heel.
    - Kyle vs Rocky was good.
    - Skye vs Willow (c) was my MOTN but the Triller feed ended before the last spot. Had to youtube it.

Solid 3 hours. Shame the crowd sounded half asleep.

    - BCG (c) vs Top Flight Action was solid. Pandemic callback was funny.

    - Fenix vs Beast Mortos was good.

    - Rush squash was OK.

    - Solid do-over promo from Deeb. Not-Lexy interviewer doing a decent job.

    - Anna vs Toni was good. Mariah & Nigel were entertaining as well.

    - Grizzled Young Vets vs Acclaimed was good but the wrong team won. Best Acclaimed match in a long time thanks to GYV. Castor needs to drop the juvenile sex jokes.

    - Claudio vs Swerve (c) was my MOTN.

    - Trent vs Chuck was good.

    - Rosa vs Deonna was good. Nice post-match scrap as well.

    - Big Bill squash was solid.

    - Shibata & Garcia vs STP was good.

  3. - OC getting his ass beat by Trent. Chuck finally said the S word on TV! Good Mox promo.
    - Swerve vs Fletcher was my MOTN.
    - Deonna's got beef with Toni, Mariah & Rosa. I think she's turning heel.
    - Mina vs Anna was solid. Enjoyed Mariah, Toni & Deeb getting involved.
    - Caprice singing Willow in ROH-style :) Things heating up between Willow & Mone. Statlander covertly stirring the pot.
    - Casino Gauntlet match was good. I got LU Aztec Warfare vibes when Penta came out. Massive pop for Ospreay. Unexpected direction for him.
    - New Jericho gimmick is funny. Already close to recruiting Big Bill. Dark Order should be taking notes.
    - Callis won't have a Family soon if he's not careful.
    - Mox (c) vs Hobbs was solid until Hobbs got hurt. Part-time DDT wrestler Takeshita going after the NJPW title is wild.
    - 3 hour block again after last week did strong ratings. Rampage looks stacked. Shibata lol.
    - Perry and the Elite destroying TK 😮 Shad cameo helped sell the angle.

Always enjoy Daily's Place shows. Record number of women's segments in the 1st hour. Shame about the audio issues.

  4. - Sydal vs Trent - Should have had a 3rd women's match in this spot. ***
    - OC & Shibata vs STP - *** 1/2
    - BCG (c) vs AssClaimed (c) - Terrible rap from Castor. Billy is booked too strong. Give Bowens a singles push. - ***

    - PAC vs Okada (c) - **** 1/2
    - HoB vs Kingston, Briscoe & Copeland - *** 3/4
    - Willow vs Julia (c) - Did well to work around Julia's injury. New Champ! ***
    - KOR vs Roddy (c) - ****
    - Jericho vs HOOK (c) - Went too long but FTW rules made it interesting. *** 1/4
    - Rosa vs Toni (c) - Longest women's PPV match in ages and Toni's best title defense. Loved Rosa dropping the face paint while Toni covered her face in white powder. - **** 1/4
    - Danielson vs Opreay - My MOTN and a MOTY Contender. Danielson's selling at the end was god-tier. - *****
    - Young Bucks vs FTR - Scapegoat! Tough spot after the last match but they put their bodies on the line to keep the crowd engaged. - **** 1/2
    - Swerve vs Joe (c) - Now it really is Swerve's house! - **** 1/4

Good PPV with several standout matches. Might have set a record for title changes.

My theory is that AEW's easier schedule is actually the reason for more injuries. Between WrestleMania 39 and WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes wrestled 129 matches. Sami Zayn clocked up 99 by my count and Finn Balor hit 96. Most of these cats in AEW are wrestling once a week or once every two weeks. I can well imagine that you get into the best possible ring shape by always being in there and taking bumps. You adjust to it and you get used to it and it's actually a problem when your body isn't going through the ringer as often as it used to be.

That should be mostly an issue for the women who are lucky if they get 10 minutes of action every fortnight. Also enhancement talent who only get bought in for occasional TV jobs. Top guys like Mox, Danielson, Swerve and OC are wrestling consistently and the lower card talent have the option of working the indies between TV appearances to stay sharp and earn more money.

I thought Dynasty was a really strong show overall. One of those 8/10 AEW PPV's where half the matches really shine. Ospreay versus Danielson didn't pop me out my shoes but I did think it had some superb sequences. The main event was all about Swerve, Joe deserved a run and belongs in the lineage but I think we all knew he was something of a transitional champion. It was wonderful to see PAC in fine fettle and I pray he stays healthy -- he is very underrated as far as the great wrestlers of this generation go.

I do wonder what they do next. How long can they realistically keep Ospreay out of the title scene? It seems a given he should challenge at All In but I don't know who else should challenge Swerve at Double or Nothing. Yes, Hangman, but he's 0-1-2 against Swerve haha... Not exactly a super credible challenger even though the story is there and it's all very natural.

I'm stoked for Moxley versus Hobbs on Wednesday. It briefly crossed my mind how awesome it would be if Hobbs has a strong showing and earns himself a spot in the G1 this summer.

Ospreay should be #1 Contender so I say they pull the trigger at DoN. Callis Family get involved. Swerve a huge 1st title defense and it moves along Ospreay's story of splitting from DCF and trying to convince Kyle to leave with him. Swerve/Hangman and Swerve/Ospreay at 2 of All Out/Full Gear with Ospreay winning the title.

  7. - Copeland, Briscoe & Kingston vs Top Flight Action was good.
    - Hobbs squash was OK.
    - Gunn Club vs Acclaimed was solid.
    - Another gold Toni promo.
    - BCC vs DCF Bunkhouse Brawl was fun. Nigel's clam digger apology lol.
    - FU! Willow going to break a spooky bitch at Dynasty.
    - Skye vs Hirsch was solid.
    - Elite vs PAC & FTR was my MOTN.
    - Average Rampage. Emi did well to cover for Yuka's injury. Angelo/Ruby segment was heartwarming.

  8. - The NJPW Champ is here. Mone is ticked off.
    - Copeland & Willow vs Brody & Julia was solid. Not enough women's action but Julia's probably still recovering from injury. Mone backing down out of respect for Copeland was a nice touch.
    - Joe talking crap about Swerve.
    - Elite vs Garcia, Penta & PAC was good. Matthew with the play-by-play lol.
    - Jericho Vortex segment was funny. Just don't drag the feud out.
    - Mariah vs Deonna was solid. Rosa destroying Luther and giving Toni a makeover was great.
    - Cassidy vs Taylor was solid. Vicious Trent.
    - Ospreay vs Claudio was my MOTN. Giant swing counter popped me.
    - Swerve stomping all the security was cool. Joe looking strong before he loses at Dynasty.

  9. Collision:

    - I like when they show footage from other promotions. Good BCC promo.
    - HoB vs Dante, Sydal & Andretti was good. Darius out living the gimmick.
    - Toni lol. Backstage Taz.
    - Shibata vs Moriarty was good.
    - ROH women finally getting some shine in AEW.
    - Garcia vs Angelico was solid.
    - Great having PAC back. Book him as much as possible before his next forced hiatus.
    - Toni vs AZM was great. They deserved the big crowd reaction.
    - New record for number of women's promos on a single show. Loved Rosa's passionate promo.
    - BCC vs Don Callis Family was my MOTN.

    BOTB X:

    - Taylor vs HOOK (c) was good.
    - Roddy vs Rocky was good but should have been a title match. Leave Kyle alone!
    - Another women's division promo :)
    - Athena (c) vs Velvet was my MOTN. Aminata wih the save!

  10. - Swerve's house! Penta vs Copeland (c) was my MOTN. Nice to see Cope bust out new moves. Brody smash! Willow!
    - Jericho sounds so condescending lol. Could be interesting if they don't drag it out.
    - REAL FOOTAGE! Cry me a river. Good Dax passion promo.
    - Ospreay shooting. Another hype promo from him. More Julia videos please.
    - LionHook & Shibata vs STP was solid but the finish could have been better executed. Big win for Moriarty.
    - Okada squash was OK. Bastard! What idiots buy AEW tickets and chant for CM Skunk?
    - I wonder how Deonna will factor into the Toni/Rosa feud.
    - Anna vs Mariah was good. Mina! Now book them in a tag match at Dynasty.
    - Statlander or Skye attack on Mone?
    - Joe vs Dustin was good.

Fairly entertaining show for such a weak card.

After watching the video, I really struggle to understand what benefits AEW expected from putting it in the public domain.

Punk proven to be right about it, Jack Perry looked like a b**, what were they expecting outside of mockery?

Well the video was underwhelming because of the lack of audio and only 1 camera angle but Punk was not proven right. He failed to mention the sucker punches and downplayed the choke attempt. Still hasn't admitted he did anything wrong or acted unprofessionally either.

As far as I'm concerned, AEW gained nothing by airing this footage. The Bucks showed this to do... What? Show what we already know? It didn't show Jack Perry in a good light at all, if anything he looked like a complete loser, getting pushed, punched and choked out by Punk. The footage didn't contain audio, so it can still be misleading and we don't know if Perry offended Punk by saying anything to him right there. Punk meanwhile won't suffer for this, as he already has. (technically). Punk's not AEW's problem anymore, which was why I never liked this idea in the first place. Punk may be a jerk in this footage but it doesn't tell the whole story like people wanted to believe. Perry meanwhile suffers even more. Not only is he still under suspension from AEW, but this footage doesn't help his case neither. If this was an attempt to bring him back, this failed.
In my opinion, the time to show this footage should've been around Survivor Series. It could've, in theory, drum up interest that maybe Punk was still in AEW. Maybe cause doubt for those who thought he'd never go back to WWE and maybe even WWE could've been like "Oh no, lets not deal with this." Tonight? It was far too late, and pointless. Nobody gains anything from it. Bucks look dumb for showing it, Perry looks stupid in the end, Punk isn't in AEW, and Joe is the only one in the footage who doesn't look out of place. All in all, this was a bad idea for AEW to do.

I have the opposite view. Perry showed maturity by not being the aggressor or stupidly risking his job by turning it into a fist-fight. That's the type of people AEW need backstage not immature hotheads. I'm not a violent person and would only ever hit someone in extreme self-defense to avoid serious injury or death.

Couldn't Tony get anyone else other than the heel authority figures to discuss this footage? I think either way (at least) some fans will assume this is an angle.

If nothing else, AEW shouldn't have the young bucks in their heel authority figure gimmick outfits for the promotional material.

Wasn't Danielson on the disciplinary committee? Why not have him present the footage?

    (I hope this isn't an on-screen angle).

Seem to me the point is to bring Perry into the Elite fold. He's even been using Bucks moves in NJPW. Taking a shot at Punk after his interview is icing on the cake for TK, The Bucks & Hangman.

  14. ROH Supercard of Honor:

Contender for best TK-era ROH PPV. 4 women's matches made it stand out from AEW PPV's. Stardom talent got over in their showcase match. Appreciated the continuity with Mariah, Wardlow and AssClaimed cameos. BCG vs Archer/Suzuki/Zayne was a nice surprise. Mark & Billie winning titles was the right call. Athena still the Forever Champ. A cpouple of matches went too long. Stream quality was a bit poor... Honor Club needs an overhaul.

Props to Billie Starkz & Trish Adora who worked 5 & 6 matches respectively in the last week.

    Collision:

    - FTR vs Top Flight was good. Wish TF had won.
    - PAC vs Jobber was an OK squash. Another big match set up for Dynasty.
    - LionHook vs STP was solid. Ogogo is still employed? I like Shibata being added to this storyline.
    - HoB vs Daniels, Sydal & Keith was solid. Brawl!
    - Adora vs Yuka was good. Already setting up a story wtih Deeb.
    - Claudio vs Butcher was solid.
    - Enjoyed all the promos on this show.
    - Penta vs Komander was good.

  15. - Lots of hate for the opening segment online but Copeland has the right attitude. Tribalism sucks. Just enjoy wrestling.

    - Ospreay vs Hobbs was my MOTN.

    - Danielson vs Archer was good.

    - Don't mind this Jericho stuff if it leads to Hook character development but Jericho could use a long hiatus. Taylor is an underrated promo.

    - Jay vs Billy was too one-sided and too long.

    - Willow over with the crowd. Heel move from Mone interrupting her.

    - Young Bucks vs Best Friends was good. Sue rocking the tracksuit. Trent 😮

    - Mariah vs Rosa was good.

    - Contract signing was fun but the Diddy reference was unnecessary.

  16. - Ospreay vs Shibata was great.
    - Loved the Danielson, Takeshita, Swerve & Copeland videos.
    - EVPs vs Private Party was good.
    - Tony Hawk is All Elite! Jericho as a mentor to Hook works for me.
    - Willow vs Jay vs Statlander vs Blue was very good.
    - Mankiewicz & Timeless Toni corporate synergy.
    - Best Friends vs The Kingdom was solid.
    - Swerve vs Takeshita was my MOTN. Joe not impressed.

My favorite show of the year so far. Crowd was hot.

  17. - Still presenting Mercedes like a big deal. Nice to open the show with a women's segment and follow up with another in the 1st hour.
    - Okada vs Kingston (c) was good but needed a bit longer to make the finish more exciting. Bastard!
    - HOOK vs Jericho was a good extended squash. I want Hook/Takeshita in a german suplex battle.
    - Wardlow in the doghouse. Ospreay's promo segments are pure hype. Big match for next week.
    - Toni & Mariah vs Deonna & Rosa was solid but unsurprisingly too short.
    - Swerve vs Butcher was a solid squash. Another big match set.
    - Copeland vs Christian (c) I Quit was my Dynamite MOTN. Street Fight was my Rampage MOTN.

Kris Statlander ended Jade Cargill's 2 & 1/2 year undefeated streak and the longest AEW title reign.

You wouldn't know it from how she's been booked the past month or so.

It's called storyline and character development. They are even teasing her and Willow both turning heel. Stat had a good title run last year... now it's time for her to do some work lower down the card.
