Limiting Marat's role for a while and moving Champion on to a short-term title feud with Joss Thompson (who lost his National title without being pinned to Greg Black, as I also turned THAT match into a triple threat <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />). </p><p> </p><p> As planned, Rick Law turned heel on Frehley to give Money the win, and has seen a huge boost in popularity, turning him into a true main event guy in USPW. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> That feud will continue with the obvious dynamic change. </p><p> </p><p> Pain Train and Tiffany both retained their titles. Turns out that Casey Valentine and T-Rex have excellent chemistry as a tag team and are putting on great match ratings (which I'd never expect for anything involving T-Rex!), so I'm tempted to give them a run with the titles as "CV-Rex".</p><p> </p><p> Schaffer and his partner/manager/bodyguard Ifrit have now rid USPW of James Justice and Tyson Baine (who enjoyed a 1-show long run as a face before his contract was done <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />), and have set their sights on Sean McFly. Planning to turn this into a 2v2 feud with McFly and Enygma teaming up. Schaffer is already a huge star so the goal now is to get Ifrit AKA Hell's Bouncer over as I think he's good enough to take Baine's spot in the main event as our monster heel. </p><p> </p><p> Some exciting signings have also happened this month as I've managed to steal Mighty Mo from TCW, as well as The Awesomeness (their contracts came up within 2 days of each other) and Spencer Spade from SWF. Rogue and Des Davids are also available, and while I'm definitely bringing Des back I'm not too sure about Rogue.</p>
  2. <p>Interesting big name transfers in my USPW game (July 2016):</p><p> </p><p> SWF out-bid what I was willing to pay to keep Liberty. Had him put over Trent Schaffer a couple times on his way out, and now Schaffer is a bonafide main eventer, so I'm happy. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> SOTBPW out-bid SWF for the SWF World champion Remo. I offered pretty much exactly what SOTB did (including CC, WM, HV), but Remo simply chose them over us. Fair enough. Wasn't too bothered because my main event probably would've started to feel too much like SWF if I got him. On the plus side, SWF losing Remo created a lot of distance between us in our National Battle. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> SWF signed TCW's world champion Aaron Andrews. I put in a token bid but wasn't willing to get in a bidding war for him. Just never found him too interesting, really. </p><p> </p><p> I'm about to let Tyson Baine walk when his contract is done, although nobody has offered him anything yet. Just trying to freshen up the roster. Don't like to hoard main event guys I no longer get excited about. </p><p> </p><p> Meanwhile Champagne Lover broke his freaking neck and is out for a year, giving me back the advantage (and a big one at that) in my Mexico National Battle with SOTBPW. I still plan to give Lover ALL OF MY MONIES as soon as his contract is up. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> I'm trying not to abuse the fact that I have so much more money than everyone else and be somewhat conservative with my contract offers, but Lover is a guy I'll make an exception for. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Approaching my first Independence Day Slam and here's how my card is shaking out:</p><p> </p><p> Nicky Champion vs. Marat Khoklov © for the USPW World title</p><p> </p><p> Enygma vs Trent Schafer w/ Ifrit (Hell's Bouncer) </p><p> </p><p> Steve Frehley vs. Rich Money</p><p> </p><p> Sean McFly vs. Jumbo Jackson* (Was originally going to be Tyson Baine but he'll be gone by then.) </p><p> </p><p> Running Wolf vs. Joss Thompson © for the USPW National title</p><p> </p><p> Natural Storm vs. The Pain Train © for the USPW Tag Team titles (Pain Train is Dusty Ducont and Killer Shark) </p><p> </p><p> Alicia Strong vs Tiffany Jade © for the USPW Women's title</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> Champion took the title off Frehley at my first PPV in January, then lost the strap to Marat in May. 3. <p>USPW July 2016 (before Independence Day Slam): </p><p> </p><p> USPW World: Marat Khoklov (def. Nicky Champion) </p><p> USPW National: Joss Thompson (def. Rick Law) </p><p> USPW Tag Team: The Pain Train (Dusty Ducont & Killer Shark) (def. Natural Storm, Knockout Express [Andre Jones & Bradford Peverell], and The Towers of Power) </p><p> USPW Women's: Tiffany Jade (def. Melody)</p><p> </p><p> I unified the National and Television titles and then retired the latter, because I didn't like having a third men's singles title to book for. </p><p> </p><p> Only title I plan on changing hands at IDS is having Nicky win the world title back.</p>
  4. REALLY digging the lighting of your most recent renders J Silver. Incredible stuff. Exactly in the style I like.
