  1. I could do pics per request but I'd have to discuss some sort of payment since it'd be commission work.
  2. For hair you'll have to search Daz and renderosity for hair that fits M4/H4. They're probably on sale now compared to when they were new items. When you're using the Elite textures (Sol, Rob, Lee) you have to select M4 and then go back to the My Daz Library and find them in that rather than Poser Library. It loads them with the Daz shaders.
  3. Make sure to select each eye, then go to parameters and select "Point At" and select your camera. It also helps if you use the Sol Elite, Rob Elite and Lee Elite textures after you purchase them.
  4. I just used the latest version. You can find tutorials all over youtube and other sites to help you get started.
  5. Render at that size (as supplied with the camera) then scale everything to 300x400, drag the PNG over an existing thunderverse worker to line up.
  6. You put the files in my zip anywhere and just load them into Daz after you load Michael 4. I don't know how you're set up so you'll have to search where your library is at and that's where you put hair and stuff that you purchase.
  7. Ok, with permission here is a Starter Kit for anyone wanting to do Daz Studio renders in the ThunderVerse style. Included is a pose preset, female pose preset, lighting preset, camera preset. The ThunderVerse used Michael 4 from Daz, so once you load him into your scene, go to File > Merge and select the files as wanted to create your scene. Once you load the camera make sure you switch to the ThunderVerse camera. Happy rendering to all. https://www.mediafire.com/file/upxei08nsrsfm1e/ThunderVerseStarterKit.zip/

Was this done in Poser or Daz?</p>

Using an HDRI environment will definitely slow it down when using the CPU.</p><p> </p><p> Look on DeviantArt for second-circle's lights. They're free, and after you get them make sure you use the "Dome Off" function.</p><p> </p><p> Or if you prefer other lights, go to render settings>environment>dome off.</p><p> </p><p> That should make things somewhat faster without an NVIDIA GPU.</p><p> </p><p> If you're really into rendering, you can pick up an older Alienware 14 with an NVIDIA graphics card, which is what I use. They're around $300-$400 on ebay.</p>

I've found the most success with the following kit: <a href="https://www.daz3d.com/li-incandescent--portrait-lighting-for-iray" rel="external nofollow">https://www.daz3d.com/li-incandescent--portrait-lighting-for-iray</a></p><p> </p><p> You don't need any light setup at all other than which HDRI you want to use under the Environment Lighting folder. (you will want to place an UberEnvironment light in the scene so you can see what you're doing and it will automatically turn the headlamp on the camera off. Iray doesn't pick up UE lighting so you'll just get the effect from the HDRI). There are some settings you need to tweak in Render Settings after but if you ever go this route, hit me up and I'll post them.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Good shout on that lighting set. I really like that one, but for me, on my ancient machine, it renders A LOT slower than others. One I prefer is called Fast Production Lights. The PA at Daz has given some examples of which lights/settings were used in the promo images and I've been tinkering with that.</p><p> </p><p> For anyone rendering wrestling related images, if you have a DeviantArt search "Daz Wrestling" and you can find a person who has created some nice Genesis 3/8 items, and even for Genesis 2 and Genesis. They cost a little, I think 2500 points is $20. 100 points per item usually.</p><p> </p><p> Also when using iRay, you can set any HDRI in "render settings". Some UberEnvironment are actually an HDRI and can be used if changed in said settings. Using an HDRI with a few spotlights/RIM lights can give a great effect in iRay. If you're using a Genesis 3 or 8 figure, use the Normal Map On function that comes with them and set translucency to low (the newer models come with that option to just double-click). </p><p> </p><p> Great work as always, glad to see you back willr0ck! If anyone wants to talk Daz or iRay, feel free to PM me.</p>

  13. In Daz Parameters, select your camera and turn the Headlamp to "Off" and then render. It may take away the brightness you're getting.
