Which not a single thing you mentioned seems to fit into the realistic aspect.</p>
  3. Yeah, that's the real issue here. It can only be edited before a game starts but once it's underway, there's no possibility to change it. This is such a step backwards and I really struggle to understand why this decision was taken (and it's not the only one).

Because it removes completely unrealistic abilities. I love the change. People cant cheese the game and force people into the business.

  4. As much as I agree 96% with you on this, and I am usually very old school in my thinking, I actually think this could make a good story "once in a lifetime". Do it once, never again.

A very surprising team somehow win the titles (by cheating, manager interference, whatever), when I say surprising, I mean someone like the Beverly Brothers from the early 90's. They get cocky and set an open challenge. The latest "beast" takes them up on it, but due to the dis-advantage, he sets a "no-one at ringside" rule or a cage match. He wins it, either by pure domination of being a beast or the other team have some mis-communication.

I think the angle could only last a month or two (maybe the tag team win the first match with manager interference again).

In the spirit of Kayfabe, I'm usually against this kind of thing, but as I said, done once, and done short, and done RIGHT, it might make a cool little angle.

This could possibly be useful for the following: Cement your singles guy as an absolute beast - Set up a storyline of your tag team splitting up following the mis-communication.

I think it's harsh to say there is NEVER a good reason for this, as in the words of Bruce Prichard - It's gives us something new / different to show the audience.

The way I look at it. Is even if a team gets the titles in a fluke they still managed to keep up with the champs in a match enough to pull a win out. Which means a singles guy has easily beaten the fluke champs but this also means this guy can beat the previous champs since the singles guy beat them. Which now means this singles guy can beat any team on his own. Add in even a moderately half decent worker and you make it seem like this is the greatest team ever. I forgot where this quote came.from but I live by "A great tag team should beat 2 great singles wrestlers in a tag match".

Unless you play as the dev. I wouldnt suggest hiring more than 2-3 active vets TBH. I have my Owner(Chess Maniac) and Booker(Frankie Boy) as my only Vets. Both are pushed strong by the AI but it makes sense. You want the experience at the top to help train the top guys. Anything over 2-3 is overkill imo.</p>
  6. How do I release someone?

How do I activate an Inactive unit?

    1. Go to the workers profile. Click the left or right arrow on the popularity tab. You should see their contract info.

    2. Assuming you mean a tag team? If so you can go to Office > Creative > Teams

Or at the bottom you can make Teams one of your shortcuts. I believe it may be a default. You go to the team and pick your desired role(Individuals, Unit, Perm Unit)

  7. Someone i was talking to gave me this idea for a new name for Killer Shark. I immediately realized the name split up(Sharknado) was Shark and Nado. Tornado. Which got me to thinking of a Troy Tornado and Killer Shark tag team.

Im not gonna use it but any of you who dont split Killer Shark off on his own and feel like Sinner Society sucks than take this name.

  8. Im TCW and signed Gino about 2 months ago and im working to get him over(about 65 pop) and he proceeds to offer this. Aldous is around 45 pop and im trying to build him. Im unsure how to go about it since Gino needs wins too. I can probably do this and just rebuild Gino after I get Aldous over from this. Finally someone thats not named T-Bone being offered

T-Bone Bright must be the most charming man in the world because everyone wants to put him over asap. I don't have enough events for T-Bone Bright to be put over in. The thing is, he's not even good enough to deserve to be put over that hard but I cant resist the easy push! Also someone tell Joshua Taylor he's not gonna win a title if he's putting average dudes over. Jeez.

Ive had 3 guys offer to put him over. Its nuts how many people have helped get him over. Doc Hammond, Josh Taylor and currently Freddy Huggins(turned face so this wont work)

  11. Hard disagree. It much better, but still way too strong. I refuse to use them at all, it's not even remotely close to balanced. Once you set up a broadcaster with anything above medium you literally can't lose money. It's impossible.

Agreed. This game makes it impossible to lose when you have a broadcaster. It shouldnt be something you easier obtain. This isnt like real life where any company can start a youtube channel. All broadcasters will improve pop and rather easily. It should be too high than too low.

  12. Is there a reason why my singles titles arent being defended on any of my child companies shows? I have them running 4 tapings at once and neither my Main or Minor singles titles are being defended at all. Meanwhile, my tag titles are defended once during the recordings. All 3 have an Often on TV frequency and Often on Events.

Just looked and neither singles title has been defended on PPVs either despite often frequency. I copied the TCW company. I assigned champions after the 2nd set of tapings didn't include a singles title match and still not defended. I even changed the AI booking style from Old School Western to basic Singles and Tag to see if that would help and still nothing.

  13. Just ran my first Malice in Wonderland which I always used to treat as my Wrestlemania as TCW but clearly it isn't. So I booked accordingly protecting my Total Mayhem Main Event.

I am really happy with the results so far.

Why Benny over Gauge? Just from the storyline bio written Gauge should easily dominate Benson without needing a DQ finish. Curious where you are taking this story.

  14. Really depends on how big the broadcaster is honestly. I look at Medium as current level AEW in terms of ratings(even if TCW gets 3x the vewis AEW does). So i look at it as a company like ROH would be small(not sure what their TV ratings are) So they have a TV show but not many watch id imagine so I would say given the size of the broadcaster its entirely fair. Maybe dont go above your company size when getting a broadcaster? So if you are small dont get above a small coverage broadcaster
