1. I feel like there isn't a way to do this, but haven't played this game in a minute so figured I'd ask just in case... Is there any way to edit a fighter to end their hiatus, or do I just have to wait it out? Figured I could set up an org and do a better job than the PFL (which doesn't seem too hard right now), and of course Kevin Lee goes on hiatus after going 1-0. Pretty much my only marquee signing who won their opening round matchup as well so far (things didn't go quite as well for Thomas Almeida or Rashad Evans).
 2. I might be being dumb here, but I've downloaded this one, and it is only game files, and no picture folder. Is that correct, or am I missing something here? Cheers.7 EDIT - Ignore me sorry. I figured it out.
 3. It depends on who you are asking really. If they are too old, or have had too many fights, or aren't well known enough - I don't think that they will. Unsure on the age, because I've had 40-year-olds come back, so that might be the top end of the age scale. And I believe high level regional is the minimum popularity needed. You can't set anyone to active in the editor, but you can edit the above factors, before going back into the game, and asking them to come out of retirement using the "talk to" feature. From there, you could edit them back to their original stats if you so desired.
 4. So I took over as CEO of the UFC, replacing Dana. About a year in, Ari Emmanuel dies, leaving the owner position vacant. That is, until Dana White took over. Guy just can't stay away.
 5. Just wanted to jump in and say that I am really enjoying following along with this diary, awesome job! Brett Johns is a really good fighter, and a super nice guy too, so really pleased to see how your latest show ended. Hopefully he can do something similar in real life eventually.
 6.
I'll be honest, I've not got any stories for you, but I can tick a couple of those off.

I've got:

- Witness a Cobra Choke

- Witness a judging robbery

With the chokes, just taken a look at my longest running game, there has been seven. One by Billy Russell, and six by regens.

Think I would have witnessed it at GAMMA 133, 206, and 232 in that game.

Don't have the others, or a handful of others, as it happens. Bit of a surprise, as I've played it a tonne since launch day, and never uninstalled.

 7.
Not a game question per se, but advice on how to modify a real world mod if possible.

I'd quite like to run NXT UK, but can't due to its nature as a feeder. What's the best way to get around this - split it from the WWE completely and run it as a standalone?

 8.
What dictates the recommended push - ability or popularity? I've hired a couple of people who appear to be quite good, and the game recommends them be openers or enhancement talent.

If I'm trying to sign people to walk in higher up the card, what should I be looking out for in a worker?

 9. What is the ideal length of time for a storyline? I know it probably varies, but I am five months in as a small company, so have run five shows. At what point do you think I can start thinking about wrapping this one up and moving on to another one?
 10. Just picked up the demo of this after watching the Rumble. Started off with High Impact Wrestling in the UK (set them to active and went with that). Only picked up free agents, and ran a small show with only around 10 workers. Still lost an awful lot of money though. Anyone got any advice as to how to survive and make money as a small company by any chance?
 11.

Is there a way to pop in an out of companies? I mostly just simulate and let the game develop on its own, but I would like to pop into companies randomly and change things or perhaps be involved in certain events. Is there a way to do this?

No reason why not. In options, you can add a new player, just do that, join whichever company you want. Do what you want and stay for as long as you want, then resign and remove that player from the game world.

I'm also fairly sure that messing with the files as that other chap suggested can do a bit of damage, so I wouldn't recommend it. I don't think you can turn a save into a database.

 12.
Started a new BCF game a short while ago, up to 2005 already. Picked up Seth O'Breen after GAMMA cut him. Figured I'd give him one fight before a title shot, as Tim Oldacres was already booked against Gregory O'Hara.

Ron Chuckle choked him out inside one round.

This game never gets old with things like this happening. Oldacres vs Chuckle up next, when I expected O'Breen vs O'Hara.

 13.
Any way of speeding up the team processing? Every first Saturday of each month takes around 7-8 minutes to advance through, and it only seems to be taking longer. I'm guessing that it is because more and more teams are opening up.

Any way of stopping this from happening?

Reached July 2020 and my game is still going really well, this is just pretty much my only issue with it unfortunately.

 14. Could move them up or down a weight class, either as a two division champ (extra time between title flights in the original weight class gives time to build up new contenders), or just leave the original weight class completely.

His corner go to work on it.

(Rd 2 - 05:00) There's the bell for the start of the round!

(Rd 2 - 04:52) Jimenez lands two left hands and then hits a nice straight right that lands hard.

(Rd 2 - 04:42) Cyr backs off until pressed against the cage, dazed but alert enough to know to retreat and cover up! Wild.

 16.

So has anyone seen James Foster beat Rav Kapur?

Yeah, but only just. He lost his title to Rav, but as he was such a dominant champion, I gave him an instant rematch. He got knocked down, but recovered and submitted Rav from the bottom.

He then got dominated by Norman Pike, before scoring a submission late on.

Finally lost his title to Ekberg, and lost the rematch too, before retiring.

Ekberg defended the title for a couple of times, before losing to a body shot by Rav Kapur. First defence, Rav lost to Fujimoto (sp?), who then retained his title by taking a split decision over Ekberg.

Also got Aleksander Ivanov, the NZ guy from BCF, Elzo Alves Moura, Murilo Satinho, Lee Chavis, Sam Hoynes, Pai Cheng and Harv Dennis buzzing around the top 10. Probably my strongest division at this time - late 2008.

 17. I mean, it literally isn't. You're asking them what their plans are, there is no element of asking them to retire in that feature.
 18.
Playing as GAMMA, but Lenny McFadden fought Niko Soldo for BCF's LHW title in my game. McFadden wins by TKO, but fails a drugs test for PEDs. What's more, Soldo ALSO failed a drugs test, for recreational drugs.

Have never seen a double drugs test failure before, amazing.

 19. Can it tell if a free picture has been assigned? For example, if I auto populate, then assign them free pictures myself, the next time I auto populate, those pictures won't come up?
 20. When you have a whole bunch of companies set to open randomly, why do OMEGA always open first?
 21.
Is it possible to have 10-10 rounds in this?

I only ask because I had a judge score a fight 29-29, with no point deductions anywhere.

 22. Had a quick look through the editor to see what’s new etc. Am I right in thinking that there’s no new fighters set to debut after January 2002? Will it purely be regens, rather than newgens, from the off?
