Realistically these things happen, whilst I'm sure it can be frustrating for you Nobby, getting even a few people to regularly be involved, make decisions, comment etc can be a tall order so whatever system you have should probably be ready for people to go missing. I think them essentially becoming AI/Nobby ran is the best option. In a perfect scenario he makes a return, if not the team can be replaced in the future (although part of me would find it funny if his team won the league).

I know you mentioned paying for travel expenses, I always make sure I ask any members of my roster who aren't currently living in the region I'm running most of my shows in to move. I'd argue a third ref is an unnecessary expense unless I'm missing some in game reason I'm not aware of? Love the last show, personally I think the real strength of your diaries are always how crammed they feel, with no filler. So whilst I'm sure you feel like you cut stuff which could be worth keeping in, I think it's fine leaving plenty untold personally. That's Dan DaLay right?! I'm glad that you've gone hard into portraying the DeColt's as young and fresh. There's clear space for them to develop into the characters we know from your previous diaries. George is perfect as well, it feels like he casts a long shadow and it will take a lot for the boys to step out and make it their generation. Eric will be a great foil (his gimmick has been really fun so far) but I'm mostly looking forward to seeing the younger heels make their impact. In terms of titles it's tough because until I feel like I really know the midcard, the 3 existing titles feels enough but I do also like the idea of a title being defended each show and can see how that might be challenging with just the 3. I think for a 3rd singles title it should be something pretty gimmicky,

It's a shame to hear that about the save, although I've only followed it sporadically your WCG have always stood out to me. Always a breeze to read and yet the promotion felt real, I couldn't imagine now a better format for c-verse puro. So RIP WCG. Good luck with your plans!

So happy to see TCW get redone which is testament the improvements made, I don't know whether that's the AI improving or your side of things, I imagine both. As the original TCW you posted were still great but these are just next level. I feel like there's an embarrassment of riches now as there's just too many companies that excite me.
