My question is a simple one. Can a user avatar defend an alliance title in another fed? Asking for a friend

For matches involving high spots or wild brawl, do the workers actually need to be good at either? Asking for a friend. lol. I am in a game file that I don't want to botch and I am booking an important show but I am stumped for how to fit my wild brawl in the card. Suggestions? I always assumed that brawlers needed to be booked for wild brawls, spot monkeys for high spots, ect. ect.
