1. Of the Top 10 matches in Cornellverse history, only one lucha match made the list: #8. Mr. Lucha vs. Sam Keith So one of my dream matches that I am dying to book is Matthew Keith vs. Mr. Lucha III in a lucha del apuesta, preferably for a Mexican promotion. Sadly, I've never been able to get them on the same roster at the same time. I could probably pull this off with South of the Border if Matt's contract were ever to come up, but I tend to shy away from companies with a roster of over 100 people.
 2. When I do play in the U.S., it's NYC. I feel the least constricted by it's product. That said, I have never played a game with a promotion of Cult size or above (at least, not for longer than a month). I'm thinking of giving that a try soon though.
 3. That fight was ridiculous and absolutely disgusting. I hear this is out of character for Garrett, which makes me wonder if there was some roid rage going on there. Me personally, I'very been a Chiefs fan sine the Joe Montana years. Thrilled to have Mahomes. Chiefs have needed a true franchise QB for a long time!
 4. I love all anime, but particularly anything with mecha. Robotech, Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny, GunBuster, GunSword, and Gundam 00. I also want to rewatch Neon Genesis Evangelion, which I love but have't watched in nearly 20 years. On the non-mecha front, I'll watch ANYTHING by Miyazaki. Got to see Totoro on the big screen in September, which was a real treat. My wife and I recently re-watched Great Teacher Onizuka, which feels very inappropriate in 2019. And she''s got me watching Maid Sama these days.
 5. So far, I'm loving the length of the show. A tight 1 hour show is a great way to consume wrestling. I'm still getting acclimated to the roster, but I am looking forward to the show each week,so I'll keep watching. What I'm not enjoying is the campy humor and Colt Cabana, which is kind of related. I just can't buy Colt''s move set. It''s too show-y, and his ankles-on-ankles, push up pin is too ridiculous to buy. I love old school NWA, which I thought is what we would be getting. But there is too much silliness, and I'm afraid it might get to be too much for me at some point. Finally, I wish there was a more concrete face/heel divide. It''s taking me out of the matches because I never know who I should be cheering for. Maybe that'll get easier once I get more invested in the roster. All that aside, I continue to look forward to the show each week, so I'll keep watching.
 6. CMLL... though I'm losing interest. The booking is incomprehensible these days. NWA Powerrr A lot of old school wrestling on YouTube. I love to watch Memphis, Portland, and the occassional 80s era WWF. I don't have the time on my hands I used to (to watch wrestling or play TEW) so I have become extremely picky. I still enjoy NJPW, but I'm lagging behind by about 2 years and I'm not sure I'll ever get caught up. I am hoping to catch some wrestling on the indie scene here in Toronto because I am told it''s great, but I've been here for over 10 years and have yet to get out to a show. Some day it'll happen.
 7. Never have gotten past the first month in any save with a company over Cult size in all my years of playing this game. But I've been watching some 2004-6 WWE. (some of my favourite stuff... I always feel nostalgic over this period.) Anyway, it put me in the mood to try, so I decided to start a SWF save. Dealt a tough hand to start. Skull DeBones is 8 years into terminal decline, and Jack Bruce isn't far off the mark at 5 years in decline. I thought I might have to bite the bullet and replace Jack as my figurehead, but the Economy is at F+ and the Industry is at E+. Not feeling like the economy is in good enough shape to take the hit of loosing a figurehead just now. May need to see how long Jack can go before he finally topples over into terminal decline. Hopefully things turn around sooner rather than later. I feel like USPW may be about to eat my lunch.
 8. This is going to sound odd coming from someone who owned this game from Day One, but... how do you meddle? I've never used this feature, but now that I am tempted to... I can't even find where to do it.
 9.
Rolling into December with OLLIE, new owner Phoenix appears to prefer his lucha with a little more Pure and Realism, and a little less Comedy and Modern, which has affected how much money I can bring in... but I'm not complaining, as I'm averaging slightly over $80,000 per month.

SOTBPW raided... of course... and took Hijo del Mephisto, Extraordinario Jr. and Amo Del Gato. So for now, I've managed to keep Gino and Mr. Lucha III. Doubt I'll make it to Cult without losing them, but I'm going to enjoy my luck for now.

But with the loss of so many heels, I turned Nicolas Lopez. Marcos Flores is champ, but on the verge of hitting 5 years of time decline, so my goal is to flip the title at our January season ender, Aniversario.

I brought in Ultimate Phoenix to feud with my other main event heel, Silver Tiger. He's 5 years into time decline too... but I love that B- pop.

And I finally got my announce team to the point of being respectable. Humberto and Ruiz have good chemistry, adequate experience, and Tortega continues to improve. I'm glad I stuck with them. They've started becoming a real positive to my matches.

 10.
I'm back with my favorite promotion, OLLIE, and having a great time. Having a lot greater success this time.

I'm in May 2016, and El Hijo Espada Roja just won the first Copa del Patron, my single-fall tournament. El Patron died the week before the big event, Gran Torneo, so I decided to name the title after him.

Most of the real fun stuff has been happening behind the scenes, giving me no end of headaches. First, Mystery Pink and Cosmic Rider started dating. Then, everyone in the back started loaning their car to Cosmic Rider who apparently just can't drive. At first, I was giving him Stern Warnings. But eventually, I decided to Fine him, which led to hostilities between him and I. Round about the FIFTH time he damaged someones rental, I finally got fed up and just Fired the guy because everyone backstage was pissed at him. This proved to be stupid. Now he hates me, Hellspawn 666 is angry because he felt that was overkill, and Mystery Pink got so pissed she gave me her notice.

In July, Joaquin Soler retired, and Phoenix I took over as owner... I was cruising towards my toughest Owner Goal, (build up to $1.25 million), when Phoenix came along and gave me an even easier set of goals (Don't fall below Regional, don't go in debt). Since there is no risk of either, it looks like the climb to Cult continues.

Meanwhile, Queen Amazon is letting herself go and is now Flabby. She followed a whole mess of people from across the industry who all seemed to let themselves go in the same month. This was balanced out, however, by two people getting themselves in better shape:

1. Purple Viper - Can wrestle and now has B- Star Quality... meet my next women's champ.

2. Champagne Lover - If I can ever get to the point of competing with SOTBPW, this is going to be a problem as the guy now has 100 SQ.

Also, in news from around the world, the Japanese tsunami has just hit, and apparently misery doesn't love company as Vicki Company and Mark Misery have now divorced.

 11. So is it better to have a Commentator with Good or better Charisma, or a Commentator with Average Charisma but Good chemistry with the Announcer?
 12. If today's "ask them" feature includes asking whether they'll drop their mask in a mask vs. mask match, then I am THRILLED! I love this idea.
 13.
Love the idea of pre-booking. I'll be turning that on.

I've always felt that if the object of the game was to put someone in the shoes of a real wrestling booker, then it needed to focus on the one thing wrestling bookers have always had to focus on: putting backsides in the seats!

 14. Love the new "luchas de apuestas" feature. Fingers crossed that we'll also get a feature that'll tell us at the outset of feud whether someone might be willing to drop their mask. Nothing worse than building up a feud to a "lucha de apuesta" and finding out the guy isn't likely to drop his mask. The way it is now, it is really hard to plan a feud that culminates in a lucha de apuesta.
