  1. Don't want to harass you, I am sure like me you have a number of priorities but just wondering if you are any nearer in releasing this.
  2. <p>Downloaded the updated database and have booked a show as WBW. I really like the new characters and think they could be a really fun company to book as. Here is the results for WBW show I booked:</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="1CI9Qyt.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/1CI9Qyt.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  3. Haven't had a chance to download the new content yet but The Four Norsemen sound fantastic.
  4. <p>Here are the results for the last PPV of the year "Winter Brawl 2016"</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="bIPQxkC.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bIPQxkC.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Really happy with the grade for this PPV. I am really surprised by the grades for some of the matches as well, especially Patriarch and Oblivion. The grade for Washington/Christian was hampered by poor chemistry.</p><p> </p><p> Many of the matches are continuation of storylines or new storylines from events at last month's PPV. After Exodus' continued attacks on Rich E. Platinum the two met in the Main Event of this PPV. Platinum was led out to the ring pre-match by Jewel who is now back in the corner of Platinum. Rich E. Platinum won the match by DQ after Exodus went bezerk and was disqualified. After being disqualified, Exodus attacked the referee and continued his assault on Platinum leaving him laying unconscious in the middle of the ring.</p><p> </p><p> Washington/Christian, Big Ron/Mr. Pearson and Oblivion/Patriarch were all matches off shot from last month's PPV Main Event. Although, Patriarch and Oblivion have had a longer rivalry, I feel with Patriarch winning this match clean the issues between the two have been put to bed for the time being with both moving on too other things in the coming months.</p><p> </p><p> Justin Roxdale finally got that long awaited singles win over Mr. Flawless in a fantastic match. This defeat will mark the start of a long term storyline for Mr. Flawless leading towards Showcase of the Immortals. As the angle following the match suggests, Roxdale may now be in line to challenge Hollywood Monroe for the Television Title, after he retained against Chocolate Daddy with the help of Pimp Master T.</p><p> </p><p> Angel Izzard debuted last month as the mystery partner of the Adorn's. During that match, Izzard pinned and eliminated Derek Boardman from the match. The next night on Monday Night Superstars, Boardman interrupted Izzard's promo and the animosity escalated from there leading to this match at the PPV. After getting the clean pin Izzard will be looking to greater challenges in the coming months. </p><p> </p><p> That now completes two years of game time and I am really happy with how this save is going and I still find it thoroughly enjoyable. There are a couple of issues I have. I think I am still heavily relying on the main players of Christian, Platinum, Flawless, Patriarch and Saint's Demons but I am continuing to work on that. Danny Washington's run with the Word Title meant someone else other than these main people held the title. Things will have to change as Lawrence Christian and Exodus are on time decline and Mr. Flawless' skills are rapidly declining as well. The other problem is I have a large number of Main Eventers and Upper Midcarders. Out of the top twenty most over wrestlers in the USA, nineteen are my wrestlers (the other is Linzie Adorn). This might not sound much of a problem but it is hard getting everyone on shows. The pre-show of this PPV featured a tag title match and a tag match between four main eventers. This is the reason a lot of tag matches and multi-man matches have featured in the last few PPV's. One option would be to do a brand split, but I think booking lots of shows would make me bored (that is the reason I don't like playing the WWE in real world mods, to many shows to book). </p><p> </p><p> Heading into the new year I have a number of matches in mind for Showcase of the Immortals already and it will be a case of booking things leading towards those matches. I also have a number of new storylines in mind for the year and some turns for certain wrestlers, it should be another fun year.</p>
  5. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="MattL1222" data-cite="MattL1222" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42042" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Bump if that is okay</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Bulldozer Brannigan, CJ Hunter, Grayson Royce and Kyle Barker would all be good signings for the AWF. They would all be people that could make an immediate impact on the main roster. Kyle Baker is loyal to XFW so you would only be able to sign him on PPA deal. If your looking for developmental signings Sean Del Rey, Samoan Studd, Logan Prince or Black Vortex may be good options. Again some of them could be good enough to go straight onto the main roster.</p>
  6. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Neighborhood Editor" data-cite="Neighborhood Editor" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42042" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><img alt="oZfZ0t0.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/oZfZ0t0.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p> So I started off with 2CW as BlueBoy recommended, getting the hang of it so far and thought I'd show my first Pay-Per-View event, Gold Rush.</p><p> </p><p> Few things, even thought I don't need them, the little stories in my head form as I go along, hence I got three new workers from america and put them in a stable, The American Union. It Consists of Bulldozer Brannigan as the leader, C.J Hunter, and Jack Dukinson, who with Hunter won the 2CW Tag Titles at the event. </p><p> </p><p> Other key points is to push Sean Del Rey into a program with Donny Diamond, expand the midcard a bit (need heels so bad its not even funny) maybe make a midcard title, this all probably leading into Mat Classic 14.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Really great show, glad your having fun as them. These recommendations where off the top of my head. If I had the data infront of me at the time I would of recommended Dynamite USA as well.</p><p> I have booked a few shows as CCW and they are really fun to book. The hardest thing to do is keep hold of your main eventers. Most games I have seen Donny Diamond is always snapped up by the NWA. The three workers you have signed are all great additions if he is still available you should try to sign Grayson Royce. He would be a good heel for the midcard.</p>
  7. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Neighborhood Editor" data-cite="Neighborhood Editor" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42042" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Really want to try and give Londonverse a shot, but I always seem to mess up when I book a large company (not sure if its being used to smaller requirements, not good at booking strategically, or I just suck), any recommendations for a good starting company for those that have played this a bit.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> CCW in Canada is a small company that's a lot of fun to book. It has a number of great wrestlers on the roster and the main eventers allow you to put on high graded shows for a smaller company. Also, although a national company CWE is a wrestling focused company where you could put on great shows without really having to put in to much planning.</p>
  8. <p>I had the day off today so have been playing this game and completed another month. Below is the results for "War Is Now" 2016:</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="kK3TlmH.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/kK3TlmH.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Really pleased with the results of this PPV especially as it featured all 5 vs 5 tag matches. In terms of storylines last month finished with Exodus attacking Platinum but Jewel inadvertently got in the way and was stretchered out. It was revealed on the next episode of Monday Night Superstars that Jewel had lost her baby. The father of Jewel's baby, Danny Washington showed no sympathy, stating it was a blessing in disguise and all their focus could be turned to Washington regaining the World Title. Exodus continued to hunt Platinum and his World Title and had the backup of his partner Oblivion. Rich E. Platinum was in desperate need of allies, he had one tentative ally in Lawrence Christian but had to make grovelling apologies to Patriarch and Bobby Justice. Platinum's team of five was completed by Big Ron Johnson who disgusted with Washington's reaction to Jewel losing the baby sought forgiveness from his previous employer. Platinum refused Johnson's original apology but when Johnson pushed Platinum from the ring and took a beating at the hands of The Saint's Demons the two where reunited. The Main Event of the PPV saw Exodus disqualified from the match leaving Danny Washington 2 on 1 against Platinum and Big Ron. The finish saw Jewel come out to the ring carrying a steel chair. Getting up on the ring apron brought the referee over allowing Rich E. Platinum to hit Washington with the chair that Jewel had dropped in the ring. After the match Jewel and Platinum are in the ring with each other but before anything can happen Exodus comes back out. Platinum gets Jewel out of the ring before Exodus destroys Platinum and Big Ron.</p><p> </p><p> Over the last month Mitchell Adorn and Maxwell Rogers had formed a stable named Legacy along with another man with a famous wrestling father, Brett Raines. The three had formed a team for the PPV along with Derek Boardman and Hollywood Monroe. The team they were to face was against men that they had all had problems with over the last few months in Philip and Mikey Adorn, Chocolate Daddy and Justin Roxdale. Legacy had made it extremely hard for Philip and his team to find a fifth member. Philip stated if no one inside the promotion wanted to team with them they would find a partner from outside the promotion. That partner would turn out to be the debuting Angel Izzard. A big coup signing for the AWF.</p><p> </p><p> The other elimination tag match also featured the stable of Money & Influence (a stable of rich, snobby wrestlers) taking on JC Grunge, Subject to Prejudice and Packed With Added Flavour all men that Money & Influence had claimed to be superior to over the last month or so. We also had an all cruiserweight tag match with XYK's team taking on Leroy Synde's team and Lennox Fury leading a team against his rivals JJ Davis and Bulldozer Brannigan.</p><p> </p><p> Next month will obviously be the last PPV of the year and will complete two years of game time.</p>
  9. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Macca316" data-cite="Macca316" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="42042" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Love it.<p> </p><p> Digging your pregnancy angle, I would assume this is going to see Jewel lose the baby?</p><p> </p><p> I've not got such a risky angle, but one that I am quite enjoying the booking of which is after losing there Titles back to Standouts, Heyman E. Danger's Dangerous Alliance (Samoan Studd ((wrestling under the name Atamu Laki)) & CJ Hunter) were leapfrogged for a title shot by High Society, which did lead to a 3 way, however Heyman is currently sueing AWF for breach of contract as 2 months since losing the title they are yet to get a manditory 1 on 1 rematch.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I won't give away the direction that the pregnancy angle is heading, but it will shake things up for a few people. If played out in real life it would certainly be a sensitive subject. </p><p> I am also at the moment enjoying booking the Adorns and the storyline will be boosted by the addition of Mikey Adorn.</p><p> I really like the sound of your storyline with the tag titles and Heyman E Danger. I would also highly recommend promoting Mike Elwood. In my game his tag team with Lewis Elm are doing great and he has turned into a good worker. His top row stats in particular are very good.</p>
  10. <p>While I am posting things for the Londonverse here are the results for the October PPV "Justice 2016"</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="1NPIODn.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/1NPIODn.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> An A* rated PPV with four A* matches, I am really happy with this PPV.</p><p> </p><p> In terms of storylines and developments, The Millionaire's Club defeated Lennox Fury and Patriarch on a television show during the month when The Saint's Demons interfered costing Patriarch and Fury the titles. This setup the match between Patriarch and Oblivion which Patriarch won by DQ when Exodus attacked during the match. Exodus has become frustrated with the losing of matches and has become a loose cannon. His attack of Patriarch was so brutal that even Oblivion and St. Lazarus struggled to stop the attack. </p><p> Exodus would appear again at the end of the excellent title match. Exodus is concerned that he is no longer feared by the AWF roster and so targets Rich E. Platinum at the end of the PPV. Unfortunately, the pregnant (storyline wise) Jewel inadvertently gets in the way and her being taken out on a stretcher closes the PPV, much to people's concern.</p><p> Over the last month the Adorn's have continued to one up each other. Mitchell has been winning matches with his Legacy Lock and has boasted that he is the greatest submission wrestler in the world. Philip then started to win matches with submissions. The match at the PPV was a match that could only be won by submission. I recently signed Mikey Adorn and he made his debut at the PPV appearing in the crowd. Philip Adorn wins the match by submission and begins to walk up the ramp, when Mitchell notices Mikey Adorn applauding his brothers win, Mitchell snaps drags Mikey over the barrier and puts him in the Legacy Lock. Philip returns back down the ramp to run Mitchell off.</p><p> After winning the Television title, Hollywood Monroe declared that he was now above the Crusierweight title and he was vacating the title. I held a sixteen man grouped tournament held over the last couple of months to decide the next champion. The winners of the four groups were to meet in a ladder match for the title. Ollie Midnight and Seth Stevens finished tied in their group and met in a deciding match to determine the winner of their group but the match was a draw again due to interference so both men entered the final making it a fiveway ladder match. Leroy Snyde won the title then turned on XYK after the match. Both are of a similar popularity so it should make it a fairly even feud.</p><p> Next month sees the War Is Now PPV which will feature a number 5 on 5 tag elimination matches.</p>

It was interesting for me to see as I haven't really paid much attention to these of late. I am surprised that Chocolate Daddy is number two in the franchise players as Patriarch, Platinum and Lawrence Christian all are 100 popularity. The NBT and hot prospects lists are a bit worrying as one is my user character and the others are all tag team wrestlers. </p><p> </p><p> <img alt="Wkzwxkc.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Wkzwxkc.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="uAWfID4.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/uAWfID4.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> <img alt="OmCBIjn.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/OmCBIjn.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

I really love the mod and would like to see more people posting show results and commenting in this forum. I love the characters in the AWF and I feel an ease in producing shows for them.</p><p> It really is interesting to see how different people play the game and reading people's diaries often inspires me to use people in a different way. Shame about Grayson Royce but Lucian Von Flue is a really great person to put the title on.</p><p> </p><p> Another great show from you. I have had the same problems with the cruiserweight title where the champion has constantly been head and shoulders above the competition. Filling the void of XYK leaving, Ollie Midnight and Ben Logan have been good performers for me.</p>
  13. <p>Haven't posted in this Londonverse thread for quite some time. It's great to see that there will be some more new promotions and the renders look great as usual. </p><p> As I am about a year and a half into my AWF game it's really interesting to see what Macca has done with the AWF in his game. As one of my competition entrants I love that Grayson Royce is the Television title holder as in my game he is firmly stuck in the midcard. I have also felt that the two Showcase of the Immortals that I have run fell a bit short of what could of been graded. Perhaps with a Legendary PPV everything has to be spot on for an A* grade.</p><p> </p><p> Since I haven't posted any results in a while here is the card for "Showdown 2016"</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="qbRmJcP.png?1" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/qbRmJcP.png?1" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Really pleased with the final grade of the PPV. I like to try and put on matches that reflect the name of the PPV. With the name of the PPV being Showdown I went with a fatal fourway main event between four men that have had ongoing battles for most the year in some form or another between them. Although Big Ron and Mr. Pearson attempted to interfere on behalf of Danny Washington it is Rich E. Platinum that walks out as the new World Champion starting his fifth reign as champion.</p><p> The warring brothers Philip and Mitchell Adorn had another excellent match and fresh from winning the Television title last month, Hollywood Monroe faced off against Chocolate Daddy in another great match.</p><p> In another Showdown themed match Patriarch and Lennox Fury had a chance to get their hands on Saint's Demons promptly winning the tag team titles before being decimated by the Demons and JJ Davis and Bulldozer Brannigan who they had also had problems with over the last month or so.</p><p> Subject To Prejudice debuted recently with a number of rap skits which hadn't gone down well with our other rapping tag team Streetlife. They face off in a match that surprised me with the grade it got. S2P have really been performing well and could quickly be in line for a push towards the tag titles.</p>
  14. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="willr0ck" data-cite="willr0ck" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43093" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div> And yes, I can totally book a show for you guys. I will either post a screen cap or record it if I get a chance. It might take me a week or two though as I'm travelling for work the next two weeks so I might not get a chance to play the game until I get back, but I can definitely do that. That was a great suggestion.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I'll look forward to that but there is certainly no rush, only when you have the time. I think getting to see the mod in the flesh will wet people's appetite for the mod even more so.</p>
  15. <p>I like the look of the storylines for the promotion. Looking forward to booking five star matches between Mr. Flawless and Isaac Execution that have fans chanting "Fight Forever." </p><p> </p><p> As for the champions, I probably could have predicted the title holders mainly because they feel like the right people to hold the titles, although you haven't mentioned who holds the tag titles.</p><p> </p><p> Good on Frank Flanaghan, although that does make him a big fish in a very small pond.</p><p> </p><p> This next request is a little bit cheeky. I am loving these roster reveals but do you think it is possible to take one of the main three promotions and book a show and post a screen print of the show, so we can see first hand what is possible booking a show in this mod. Not a big deal if you don't feel like that is something you want to do.</p>
  16. <p>Really love all the renders and the title belts, especially the trios tournament trophies. The roster looks great and this seems like it will be a fun promotion to book.</p><p> </p><p> Couple of questions. Again who are the champions and what are the starting storylines, if you have given that thought yet? More importantly, where is Fightin' Frank Flanaghan?</p>
  17. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="willr0ck" data-cite="willr0ck" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43093" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><p> Oh and there are plenty of midcard and lower guys that are lightweights. I would say there are at least 13-14 total guys that can compete for the cruiserweight title. Also, most of the developmental guys are lightweight so you can bring up guys from developmental for short stints to compete and get some experience on Shooting Stars. Shooting Stars is only an hour long show so there are more than enough options.</p><p> </p><p> As far as HellFire and Lady Death, HellFire's pimp hand is strong, he can't be held down by just one chick! (kidding)</p><p> </p><p> I will probably do SENE, GEW's developmental when I am done with AOA as I will go crazy doing the three biggest companies back to back to back but I will do AACW after SENE. SENE is small sized so I can knock that one out fairly quickly.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I don't know why, but when it comes to Hellfire and Lady Death, I can just see this gothic wedding ceremony angle complete with Lady Death in black wedding dress and perhaps Soul Taker interrupting the wedding and destroying Hellfire.</p><p> Your right, 13-14 cruiserweights plus guys making appearances from developmental should be plenty to keep an hours show ticking over and it seems on a par with what WWE does with 205 live.</p><p> I completely agree with the other comments about the AOA No Limits Belt. I would go as far as saying it's one of the best I have seen.</p><p> My interest in AACW is really based on liking the look of the Austin Berry character but I have enjoyed all the promotion reviews so far. You should definitely do what makes it easier for you. I can only imagine the amount of work it takes to go into creating these mods and I am sure everyone would agree how grateful we are to people like yourself, London and the Thunderverse team for putting the time and effort in.</p>
  18. <p>Again out of curiosity, who are the cruiserweight and woman's champions? </p><p> Really love all the renders and could definitely see a macabre relationship between Lady Death and Hellfire. If I was going to be overly critical eight cruiserweights and a few other guys who qualify for the division doesn't seem enough to fill a weekly tv show as you would quickly run out of fresh matches. Although that could obviously be sorted with a few signings and promoting workers from developmental. </p><p> As I say really enjoying this mod and can't wait to give it a go. I know you said AOA would be the next promotion reviewed but would be keen to see AACW after that if possible.</p>
  19. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="willr0ck" data-cite="willr0ck" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="43093" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Thanks, glad you like them! Below are the current champs and the starting storylines I've worked out for GEW so far.<p> </p><p> <strong>Starting Storylines:</strong></p><p> </p><p> Hustlin' In A World Gone To S.H.I.T. - Jimmy Hustle vs S.H.I.T. (Millenium, Riddle & Wilkins)</p><p> One Last Trip To Hell - SoulTaker vs HellFire</p><p> You seek Justus, I seek Judgement - Fireflyclan vs Hounds Of Justus</p><p> Tag Team Turmoil - Team GOAT vs Native Son vs Chi-Town SCUM[/center]</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Thanks for your reply. I guess great minds think alike as I was thinking I would feud The Hounds of Justus with The Fireflys and SoulTaker feuding with Hellfire (either that or Big Alpha). Although, I was thinking Jimmy Hustle feuding with Dylan Jude and the company Authority Figures.</p><p> Once again really like this promotion and this would probably be the promotion I would play my first game as depending on how AACW and the pure wrestling company shape up.</p>
  20. Have to agree, GEW looks great with loads of amazing characters and possible feuds are already running through my mind just on first glance. Just wondering if you can post who are the current champions and any starting storylines, if you have thought that far ahead. Looking forward to seeing the women and cruiserweights as well and they have a development company.
  21. Really liking the previews of the promotions, the character renders look great as do the title belts. Would it be possible to preview GEW next as I really liked the look of the wrestlers you have already previewed especially The Fireflys.
  22. <p>Below is the results of our big Summer PPV "Summer Spectacular 2016"</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/Lyyw9yD.jpg?1</span></p><p> </p><p> I said in my last update I wanted to mirror the WWE making SummerSlam a bigger PPV almost on a par with WrestleMania. So my Summer Spectacular would almost be on a par with Showcase of the Immortals. On paper the matches here were better than the card for SOTI and the card certainly delivered better in the ring than SOTI. </p><p> </p><p> Our Main Event featured Lawrence Christian defending his World Title against Mr. Flawless. Flawless won a title shot when he became King of the Ring at the last PPV. Stating that he wanted to cash in that title shot at this PPV, Flawless was made to wrestle Rich E. Platinum to decide who would face Christian at the PPV. Flawless won the match with a helping hand from Danny Washington. I decided to have Mr. Flawless in the Main Event as his matches have started to have the match note that his physical ability is declining and some of his skills are starting to fall at a slow but steady rate. Fortunately, not his top line wrestling skills and he and Lawrence Christian were able to have a fantastic match but it maybe that he starts to move down the card and has feuds with upper midcarders and low main event level wrestlers and Hollywood Monroe, Mitchell Adorn or Maxwell Rogers are moved up into his space. </p><p> </p><p> Danny Washington and Rich E. Platinum have had a heated rivalry for a number of months now so there match at the PPV was a given. Washington costing Platinum the number one contendership as mentioned above and numerous attacks by Washington and his henchmen, Big Ron and Mr. Pearson only heightened the feud. Again another amazing match that Washington won with the outside distraction of Big Ron and Mr. Pearson.</p><p> </p><p> Bulldozer Brannigan has targeted Lennox Fury ever since Fury defeated him in a qualifying round of the King of the Ring tournament. He has interfered in matches causing Fury to lose and has attacked him backstage and post match. Fed up of the attacks Fury challenged Bulldozer to a match at the PPV. Despite coming out of the PPV with the win, post match Fury was again attacked by Bulldozer and the debuting JJ Davis. Will the former enemies turned friends continue to make Lennox Fury's life a misery? Will he be able to count on his allies Patriarch and Hulkenberg who have had their hands full with The Saint's Demons this past month?</p><p> </p><p> The feud between the Adorn brothers has continued to escalate with Mitchell Adorn picking up the win this time out. Due to the controversial method of the win I am sure another match will be needed to sort out this feud, especially given the amazing match they had.</p><p> </p><p> Subject to Prejudice were a team I signed a number of months ago and they have been wrestling down in development. They have both grown to popularity in the mid-seventies so I wanted to call them up. They debuted at the PPV with a small rap performance. We already have a heel tag team with a rap gimmick in Streetlife (D-Mac & B-Loved Menace) so it will be interesting to see what they make of the rap performance by Subject to Prejudice.</p><p> </p><p> Hollywood Monroe won the Television Title in a six man match. An extreme egomaniac he now holds two titles will he look to add a third perhaps the tag titles along with his partner Pimp Master T or perhaps even the World Title. Regardless Hollywood Monroe is definitely a man to watch in the coming months.</p><p> </p><p> The big show of the Summer certainly delivered and sets us on the way towards the end of the year with new feuds and gives a new twist to existing feuds.</p>
  23. <p>Back in the swing of the game with another month finished. Here are the results of "Battleground 2016"</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/qNHrVTr.jpg?1</span></p><p> </p><p> Delighted with the results of the PPV everything seemed to come together nicely. Aside from the Main Event the rest of the card were either matches in the King of the Ring tournament or matches arising from events within the tournament.</p><p> </p><p> Over the last few months, the four participants of the Main Event have had quite the storied rivalry, with Big Ron and Danny Washington handing out numerous post match beatings to Platinum and Christian. At the end of the last PPV we saw Lawrence Christian hesitate in making the save for Rich E. Platinum which resulted in Platinum being powerbombed through a ringside announcers table. In the weeks leading up to this PPV we have seen both Platinum and Christian hesitate in making the save for the other resulting in further punishment from Big Ron and Washington. That was until one episode of Monday Night Superstars when after the Main Event of Patriarch vs. Danny Washington, Big Ron and Washington continued to attack Patriarch. Lawrence Christian came out to help Patriarch, as Ron and Washington still had the edge, Platinum made his way out running off the heels. Richard Sutherland then made the Main Event for this PPV saying they better find a way to co-exist as they would team together at the PPV.</p><p> Finding a way to trust each other was obviously more difficult for Lawrence Christian as he had to team with the man that spent six months of creating obstacles to prevent him challenging for his title. They got the chance to team together in the Monday Night Superstars before the PPV teaming against The Saint's Demons in an awesome match (A*/99) winning by DQ. The match at the PPV was another awesome match, their bad chemistry as opponents obviously didn't affect this match. After the match Platinum and Christian are attacked by a mysterious figure whose powerful moves leave Platinum and Christian down. </p><p> The new man in Danny Washington's corner is VIP, who in the AWF is currently known as Mr. Pearson, another henchman for Washington who is acquiring new enemies every week.</p><p> </p><p> The month leading up to this PPV featured the sixteen man tournament to crown a new King of the Ring. The PPV featured the two semi finals and the final. As there was a lot of interference and botched interference during the tournament, a lot of existing rivalries and new rivalries were fought out at the PPV.</p><p> </p><p> In the first semi final Mr. Flawless defeated JC Grunge after a distraction from Maxwell Rogers who Grunge had defeated in the quarter final and Philip Adorn defeated Hollywood Monroe. The tournament culminated with the final of Mr. Flawless and Philip Adorn with Flawless retaining his title again with outside interference. In the first round Philip defeated his brother Mitchell with a quick rollup seconds before the fifteen minute time limit. Mitchell interfered in the final handing Mr. Flawless the win and the title of King of the Ring and a title shot.</p><p> </p><p> Chocolate Daddy vs Pimp Master T was the result of Master T distracting Chocolate Daddy during his first round match with Hollywood Monroe, Mitchell Adorn interfered in Justin Roxdale's match against Mr. Flawless in the first round setting up the match between them at the PPV and Bulldozer Brannigan interfered in the Tag Title match at this PPV due to Lennox Fury defeating him in the first round of the tournament, so it has been quite a chaotic month.</p><p> </p><p> Next month sees the Summer Spectacular PPV which I will treat as the WWE has tried to treat SummerSlam as the WrestleMania of the summer. There are going to be some great matches with the card perhaps on paper a greater event than "Showcase of the Immortals."</p>
  24. <p>Not posted an AWF update for a few months but moafnsteel's AWF diary has inspired me to get back into playing TEW so here are the results of June 2016's "Heatwave PPV"</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/xGfKx2r.jpg?1</span></p><p> </p><p> I'm happy with the final show grade considering that the workers in the top two matches have bad chemistry when working with each other. I knew that going into the PPV as they were both rematches from the previous month's PPV but it made sense storyline wise to have the matches feature. While those matches were a touch disappointing, to have a 99 and 100 rated match on the card certainly means I can't be too disappointed with the overall show.</p><p> </p><p> Storyline wise this month the storylines for the top two matches have dovetailed with all four men having various interactions with each other. Rich E. Platinum wants to get his hands on Danny Washington but had unfinished business with Big Ron especially since the two came to blows in an attempt to keep Platinum from getting his hands on Washington. After interfering in the Main Event of the last PPV, Lawrence Christian told Rich E. Platinum to keep out of his business and there was the obvious fall out between Christian and Washington.</p><p> Danny Washington goaded Lawrence Christian into a rematch at this PPV taunting Christian that a man of such of honour must be unhappy at the way in which he won the title last month. Christian agreed and the match was set for this PPV. With the Main Event set, it left Rich E. Platinum to face Big Ron. Towards the end of the Main Event, Platinum again came out looking to cause the distraction. Washington was distracted enough for Christian to hit his finishing move and just as it looked that Christian was going to pick up a win with interference from Platinum, Washington kicked out at 2 3/4. Big Ron then came out to neutralize the threat of Platinum and after a few more minutes of action in the ring Christian hits "Break the Faith" and wins the match. A post match brawl breaks out after the match which culminates with Big Ron putting Rich E. Platinum through the announcers table but Lawrence Christian hesitates could he have made the save? What direction will the soap opera between these men head next month?</p><p> </p><p> Last month at "Showcase of the Immortals" we witnessed the debut of Mitchell Adorn. After receiving an extremely warm reception the cheers quickly turned to boos when Mitchell attacked his brother Philip. This month we learnt the reason for this attack was that as much as he loves his brother he has let down the Adorn name. He entered an historical family feud with Maxwell Rogers and where Rogers honoured his family name, Mitchell feels Philip tarnished the Adorn name and where he asked for a career defining moment against Mr. Flawless at the biggest wrestling event he lost in that as well. Mitchell says he is here to show the world the true meaning of being an Adorn. This month the attacks and taunts from Mitchell and Mr. Flawless continued against Philip until he was backed up by his friend Justin Roxdale. A tag team match was made for this PPV and what a match it was. It has been voted match of the year so far in the half year awards.</p><p> </p><p> The Saint's Demons have continued their dominance over the AWF. After making the save last month for Patriarch and Hulkenberg, their wrath has been directed towards Lennox Fury. After being attacked by and facing the Demon's in singles matches, Fury made the challenge of a tag title match along with his partner Patriarch. The post match saw a brawl breakout with The Demon's quickly establishing dominance until other wrestlers who have been on their receiving end like Hulkenberg, Packed with Flavour, Kyle Barker cam out to make the save. The lights went out and when they came back on The Saint's Demons had vanished.</p><p> </p><p> I had signed Ian Stout from Dynamite USA and he made his debut at this PPV as the blueblooded Ian Farnsworth-Stout III. He was introduced as the friend of Morgan Money who was showing him around backstage where they kept bumping into wrestlers who Stout kept turning his nose up at. With the final segment seeing him being blasted by a fire extinguisher when a potion in Cory Dex's laboratory exploded. I see him as a William Regal type comedy character backstage (Regal when he was with Tajiri) and a bad arse in the ring. Should be a decent addition to the roster.</p><p> </p><p> Next month sees the sixteen man King of the Ring tournament start culminating with the semi finals and final at the PPV. Last year saw Mr. Flawless crowned King of the Ring can he retain that title?</p><p> </p><p> Once I remembered what my plans were for the storylines I really enjoyed booking this and hopefully it won't be too long before I post an update again. I will have to split my spare time equally between TEW and Football Manager.</p>
  25. Haven't been on these forums for a few weeks so really great to hear about the two new promotions, they sound brilliant (especially West Berlin Wrestling) and intrigued to find out what type of promotion the third one is. I have always loved Football Manager but have become seriously addicted to Football Manager 2017, so I haven't touched TEW for months now but reading the first Londonverse diary has inspired me to get back into my AWF game. Thank you for your continued efforts on this amazing mod, London.
