The former, because there's a lot of incorrect and flat out broken mechanics in the original DB due to it still being carried over from at LEAST TEW 2010, and touched occasionally, but not in whole.

It was Firefox's fault, and I think it's specific to my personal setup, I just used Edge and it worked. I guess that's what happens when you're a power user and super customize your PC lol.

Only because they're a former Soviet state, really. I mean, they're in UEFA because of that. Continents are just human borders anyway and cultures vary between there being anywhere between 4 and 7 of them... so yeah.
