  1. Star Quality is still a big thing as it plays into pop caps and as mentioned above merch and angles and ect it gives alot of bonuses of various sizes.

  7. I like it but 2 months is a limit on how much you can really see the mechanics of it over time. Its like alot of things it will take time to understand it fully but i can see it being better in the long run.
  8. Some great points on here just to answer this one as i happened to do it by accident I'm not initially sure what Promises are. I read the handbook but they don't offer much information. I thought maybe it would be if you talked to a worker and said "I'd like you to increase your size", but I did this, it was successful, but it wasn't added to the Promises section. I got a promise to show up when i asked someone to put another worker over and it said its good for 1 show and disappears after a month if not used in my case. and on this one Another company made a contract offer for one of my workers. I loaded up his profile from the email I received and I couldn't find a way to see how long his contract was as the Negotiation button wouldn't work because he wasn't in the final month of his contract. I then loaded up the Contract screen and it said he had 2 years, 11 months and 3 weeks remaining. I then moved on the next couple of days and my worker had been signed by this other company and his contract expiry changed to 28 days. This could potentially be an issue due to having to change the database from May 2001 to January 2002, but even still, there were nearly 3 years remaining on the contract. Contracts now have to be iron clad i believe to stop poaching being possible even under written deals.
  9. I think there's exclusive and non exclusive written deals now check to see what kind of deal they have? Otherwise raise it in the tech help forum as it might be a bug. Sorry thats a very on the fence answer but hopefully it helps.
  10. I like the change in Australia where pop isn't always the same across the board means as DIW i cannot sign a bunch of zen people and instantly make my show ratings much higher as they all need building up in DIW's main area.
  11. If DIW is about i'll play as them otherwise i'll just create a fed in australia. I can see ZEN and DIW being very pillaged if they're still about i wonder if APW and RAW will be around the same size now or has RAW totally taken over australia......
  12. Best way to do it would be like the manager note x helped x through the interview/segment so a good backstage interviewer would give a small bonus to the segment based on whatever calculations.
  13. I Hope DIW still exists in some form its the only fed i play i enjoy the aussie scene even if its a horrible area to get to the higher company levels.
