1.
Some people might find it jarring, but honestly for mods like this, I prefer using renders and C-Verse conversion free pictures so as to make it clear who is a real fighter and who is generated, vs photos of real people.

Usually play with generated fighters on too with imported eras from the base DB, I feel it better simulates the fact that there were a ton of names lost to time in early MMA in the amature circuits, a lot of fighters who if they had won their first and only bout might have stayed around a lot longer and made a name for themselves or turned pro. You have to tool around with the settings a bunch though to prevent it from spamming dozens of fighters every month the first couple years though, or just resolve to only add them manually via the populate function.

The pipe dream would be for "local fighters" in the local shows to have a chance to create a generated fighter if the local wins, but that's neither here nor there for this discussion.

 2.
Just finished BlackJack Brawl for UWF, which ended several fueds, including Steve Austin defeating Cactus Jack for the mid carder belt, and a fued over who our interviewer is ending with Lou Albano & Col Red managing Sandman (still surfer sandman) and Angel of Death respectivly. Loser had to leave town, and as such AoD and Red were shown the door for real. Bischoff is also doing great in his role as our commentator, and maybe in this timeline he'll stay there.

DeBeers was also shown the door awhile back, as while I personally don't mind his gimmick of a south african racist, especially since he usually got jobbed to black guys, what I DID mind was the fact that he was a complete jerk backstage and starting fights, ironically with SD Jones, the man he was kayfabe fueding with because of racism, backing him up after they bonded over rollerskating. Jones too was shown the door, but that was because he was geriatric.

Currently at a rut for big fueds, I got La Parka and Don Muraco in a comedy fued, and am gonna start something with Orndorf, although he's still on the injury list from a botch several months back, so it would have to be fueled by his mic skills, or perhaps a stable v stable storyline.

Also every attempt to get Herb Abrams and Steve Ray to make up have failed, so Ray is still doomed to job for eternity, despite having everything I need to make a blue chipper out of. Despite being 2-1-24 he's "Very Happy" somehow.

Tag division is in a rut, need some more teams. Currently have Cactus Jack and La Parka in a team called The Chairmen because chairshots are awesome. Also Black Knight and perennial jobber Viking proved to have great chemistry, so I named them Sword and Board. But I only have 2 more teams besides them, so I've been using dark matches to see who on the roster can work together well.

And that's about it really.

 3.
Sigh... I hate you so much Herb.

http://i.imgur.com/Xh8mmUI.png

http://i.imgur.com/OOzcK8w.png

 4. http://i.imgur.com/dEfFJLl.png http://i.imgur.com/VNzDhUe.png http://i.imgur.com/WOkAUtQ.png I don't actually know what the hell to do with him once he comes back, granted he's refusing to extend his deal because UWF is too smalltime for him now, so I'll probably just job him and suck all his Pop into my midcarders I want to push longterm.
 5.
I think there's about to be a big talent exodus from TWA, and their head Booker is about to lead the charge. Jim Crockett Jr., our new owner following the death of Joel Goodhart is completely changing our product to something different to the pre-ECW hardcore style to some weird style that's popularity>performance, yet no gimmicks, no face/heel divide, has removed all the hardcore elements (most of my workers are high hardcore skill), attracted fans who are put off by risky things instead of entertained by it, etc.

I just need to find a company to jump ship to.

 6.
Rising Storm DB.

My attempt to rush TWA into Regional size before the industry crash caused by the 1992 steroid scandal is likely about to fail, and we're cutting back from a weekly hourly show to a monthly 2 hour event that just happens to be televised once this deal ends. Gotten some good pop out of it, but the early death of Joel Goodhart and takeover by Jim Crockett Jr. has left me in an odd position as Jim wants to change our hardcore product, but hasn't said to what yet. However, we did get in the NWA, so the regional battles aren't killing us as much as they should.

Currently have an early Cactus Jack and Steve Austin tag teaming, they were planed to feud with the Fantastics, but Tommy developed a painkiller addiciton, and as a PPA company, I couldn't send him to rehab and had to let him go. Balls Mahoney and RVD are doing a feud that's going okish, and I have the bad Crew against a trio I've named the Womanizers (Dino Casanova, Johnny Hotbody, and Larry Winters(. Somehow, the group of weird perverts is the babyfaces in this, but the crowd loves them.

The continued drug problem of Rogers, combined with a stint with Bill Watts as our Road Agent, has left locker morale in the toilet but it's slowly clawing back, and should come back once everyone stops being pissed about when I decided to bury Rogers first instead of firing him to suck his pop to up and comers, despite showing up high constantly.

 7. I'm the Tri-state Wrestling Alliance. I'm so small fry it doesn't even matter how good the big boys are doing! I'm too busy hoping (early) ECW doesn't stick a fork in me and say I'm done. Or any of the other half dozen non-allied Tri State based companies. I do have early Mick Foley and Steve Austin though.
 8.
Not often you see the AI put together one of these.

http://i.imgur.com/LkTuZk7.png

 9. Might be forming a new NWA soon. Right now, in mid 91' using the Rising Storm db, me (The TWA, precursor to ECW), All-Star Wrestling, and Texas Wrestling Federation have working agreements, and there are a few more I might do. If it all works out might try to bring them into something to replace the dying NWA with. Not sure on the name yet, might just re-use the C-Verse COTT name and belts for simplicites sake, dunno.
 10. The first to be claimed by the 90s. http://i.imgur.com/b2ZaeYp.png They didn't even make it to see the narratives that were supposed to kill them financially in July.
 11. Just started a new NYCW game. Had Frank turn Face after taking the belt, and brought in Knuckles and Harry Allen (and their tag partners, but they're just hangers on). Have Knuckles playing the part of someone whose disgusted with Frank having sent off Cage to USPW on good terms, as he views that as a betrayal of the free lifestyle of the local scene. Allen is on Frank's side. Not quite sure how i'll end this storyline though. Either way, they should be able to hold to fort down together while I find some younger talent to push to the top. Nabbed Quentin Queen and might be able to get something out of him in a year or two. Also buried Devastating Don to give Freedom Eagle a bit of a bump, after he caused trouble backstage with Ricky TUrner, and Fern got axed the first night because I sure as hell am not dealing with a manager with poor backstage ratings, they're expendable. Our second show went fairly well as well.
 12.

Sorry to go off topic but what are freestyle angles?

It's just the old create an angle tool (without the paragraph text), but redone so you can do it without going through 8 menus, and doesn't save the angle in the DB. Now its right on the booking screen.

Bottom Left

http://i.imgur.com/j53WVQH.png

http://i.imgur.com/VpQc510.png

Skin used

In my TNA save, guess who just pissed hot again after a show. F'ing Hardy Brothers.

 13. That still sounds far more stable than the previous TNA. Baby steps.
 14.
Vince McMahon died, and Shane's first act was to raid all of my talent.

Sigh.

Time to ring up Scott Steiner again I guess.

 15. Do any of a figureheads negatives matter before he's established? I'm doing a RoH game and am thinking of making Jay Lethal my Figurehead, but he's currently a heel. If I start that ball rolling (takes a year right?), is it ok as long as he's turned face sometime before he becomes established?
