When I import company records, the rosters are always empty. Is there a certain way to do it?

[Useless civilians]

I don't usually bother with them, so I might be missing something. I had an idea. Maybe the civilians presented could be relevant because they have hero or villian alts. I'm going to make a civ alts mod. I'm also curious to what happens if you friend a civ who goes villian.

Only difference I would recommend so far, your punisher is a wild card, and tries to murder people like Mary Jane Watson. I would recommend anti-hero, but I havent tested this yet.</p>
