It'll work 100% with Fleisch's latest November update, I'll check it with Who and Mildly_Amusing's mods before I release it but it should be mainly correct with them.
There's your answer, Stennick and Oyaji. It'll work with Fleisch right away, and other mods who use pic packs with "FirstName LastName.jpg".
