1. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm trying to make my own worker cuts and I'm having trouble getting the dimensions just right. The part of the worker pics which are not transparent, I believe they are 105x105 pixels, right? But then how big is the thin black border around each photo? standard border for a 150x150 pic calls for the actual photo to be 142x142, if I resize down to 105x105 the border is too thick, so I've tried 144x144, but when I resize that it's too thin (143 and 145 result in offset borders)! I'm sure with trial and error I'll get it perfect eventually, but it would be super helpful if you could tell me how you create worker pics in those precise dimensions and exactly how the black border is sized. Thanks and I love this pic pack, it looks great with the custom backgrounds.
 2. Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find it anywhere! In my company product I've got 'Major matches will be penalised if they don't have an associated storyline'. What constitutes a 'major match' in this context? What is the highest level of pushes I can get away with and not get this penalty?
 3. Tweak it to 'The Mayfair Set'? That was the name of a doc by Adam Curtis about the British upper class. The Young Etonians, The Bullingdon Club, The 1%, Sugar Daddies, The Gentry, The Landed Gentry, The Aristocracy, New Money, Nouveau Riche, The House of Lords, The Upper Crust, The Silver Spoons, The Kensington Club, The Rotary Club, To the Manor Born, Another Class, The Countryside Alliance.

 5.
Worker Skill Changes Over Time?

I can't find an answer to this anywhere, I'm importing workers from a current day mod into one I've converted from 2013, most will be 'yet to debut', so I need to roll back their stats to debut levels or earlier in their career. I'm not really sure which stats move and by how much in the course of a few years or a whole career, anyone done this before who could offer any pointers? If not I guess I'll sim a few years and do a comparison, but I feel like someone did that already at some point, I just can't find it.

I was leaning towards some kind of War Games set up, but stacking the cages gives them a mountain to climb to reach the prize... I like it!

 7. Hi, I'm booking a company owned by Randy Savage in 2001, the next event is Cup of Coffee in the Big Time, where I need to have some kind of match where the winner gets a title shot. I want to do something along the lines of MITB, Elimination Chamber or the Royal Rumble but put a fresh twist on it. Any ideas? (Incidentally:o, you can watch me book this on YouTube here: )
 8.
Hi, I see there's no hype thread for TEW 2016 dynasties, so I hope I'm okay to plug my YouTube series here instead. Ive just started uploading, and I've got two series on the go so far...

The first is a modern day series for Ring of Honor, with Jim Cornette in charge! With TNA/Impact/Global Force in the doldrums, and WWE losing viewers, can Cornette make ROH the next big thing in wrestling? Let's find out:

Also, I've got a fun series going, set in 2001. Now that the McMahons have monopolised the wrestling business in the western world, who can possibly challenge them? Enter one Macho Man Randy Savage, seemingly blackballed from the WWE, Savage has put his personal fortune on the line and formed World Professional Wrestling (WPW). Can Savage steer his ship of fools to glory? Or will they be smashed on the rocks of mediocrity? Ooooooooh Yeeeeeah:

I hope you enjoy!

However, even at doing 5 belts for each show plus storylines, I find that I need to up the stakes a little more in order to keep things constantly evolving and constantly interesting.

So, I want a belt similar to the NEVER Openweight because I have a lot of great brawlers and technicians who are just not getting the matches they deserve and with both of my TV shows being bumped to 3 hours a piece, there is plenty of space for my action. But I have two problems at the moment.

1. I have no idea where to start for the name of a brawler belt. I'm tired of doing TMWP "insert belt name" (Tiger Mask Wrestling Promotions. I'm Tiger Mask btw) and want some advice on naming belts so that they can have cool names like the DG belts.

2. Cesaro/Claudio is on the time decline early sadly but I want to put this belt on him simply because during his time in the promotion he hasn't done much rather than be a constant good wrestler. Should I put the belt on him just as a thank you or should I try and push some of the younger guys like Eita or O'Rielly?

1. If you want to name your belts along a theme like DG, why not 'The ____ of the Tiger' ? You could have Eye of the Tiger, Soul of the Tiger, Rage of the Tiger, etc. Lots of possibilities with that one. I like the Rage one for a brawler belt.

2. Don't know who your champ is at the moment but giving Cesaro the belt might be a good way to transition it to one of your younger guys.

I'm looking for actual teams that I can use, not just 2 wrestlers thrown together, so in other words I'm looking for 8 teams that have some experience teaming together.

I can find the womens wrestlers, cruiserweights, and mens singles wrestlers, but I'm having trouble coming up with 8 teams that are available. Any help?

I guess the next rung down from those teams already mentioned would be teams like:

The Super Smash Bros.

The RockNES Monsters

The Irish Airborne (Crist brothers)

Ray Rosas and Peter Avalon

The Hooligans (Cutter brothers)

Devastation Corporation (CHIKARA)

The Spectral Envoy (CHIKARA)

BLKOUT (CZW)

African American Wolves

The Bravado Brothers

Juicy Product

Tremendous Investigations Inc.

Beaver Boys

Mostly not as well known but hopefully won't be working for TNA/ROH, and depending on your mod they might be over enough to be useful. Hope it helps.

Lost Roddy Piper a few months ago and am currently looking for a new "talk show" host. Any ideas on who to use? And what to call it?

Well you could always use Jesse Ventura's Body Shop talk show. I think Heenan would be good too, maybe 'Family Affairs' a play on the Heenan Family? Billy Graham could probably do it, but I think I'd go for The Genius, Lanny Poffo, you could get a lot of mileage out of his Intellectual Superior gimmick and his poetry making people angry and leading to feuds. Some names that spring to mind: Smart Talk, Glory and Renown, Poetry in Motion, An Audience With The Genius, Inside The Genius Studio.
