  1. Shocked this hasn't gotten more love this time around. I don't play real world mods but this is fantastic, one of the best pic packs I've ever seen.
  2. In my AWF save he was caught in a bidding war between myself and PWI. I offered 60% of merch sales and a huge signing bonus, a day later he died falling out an open window. I suspect Allman but I got nothing to take to the police.
  3. The more I play around in 2020, the more I suspect this is a game issue and not a modding one. In my few tests with the C-Verse several companies gained pop much faster than felt organic. I agree though, New Japan getting into the low 90s would put them at their late 1990s stage which is way too high. Even nowadays I'd place them maybe in the mid 70s. How do industry levels effect pop gains in 2020? Maybe lowering that can slow their growth a bit?
  4. Wow that Ringside Collectibles banner hitting hard with the nostalgia. These are beautifully hideous.

It was more of a general stability test than outright results. Things are pretty stable over the period of time, which is great to see. A big element is that there isn't much for new workers coming in, so the game world is kinda static in that regard. <p> </p><p> So for companies dying, we lost AAW, Wrestling New Classic, Dragon Gate USA, The Crash, OTT and Freedoms. </p><p> </p><p> <strong>Wrestler of the Year 2013</strong>: CM Punk</p><p> <strong>Wrestler of the Year 2014</strong>: Shinsuke Nakamura</p><p> <strong>Wrestler of the Year 2015</strong>: Kota Ibushi</p><p> <strong>Wrestler of the Year 2016</strong>: Hiromu Takashi</p><p> <strong>Wrestler of the Year 2017</strong>: Kota Ibushi</p><p> <strong>Wrestler of the Year 2019</strong>: Tajiri Ishimori</p></div></blockquote>Love Ishimori finally becoming a top guy. Was he still with NOAH or did NJPW sign him away?

  7. Great stuff, Idolized. Super helpful. Any chance of a new upload with the updated UI?
  8. That's...immensely disappointing. The least we could get is an option to have them "frozen," telling the AI to not disband or touch the members for X months/weeks. This way essential ones are fine for a long while and the AI can tinker with the less important groups.

  10. Likewise. I was skeptical after reading about it in the dev journal but it's definitely won me over. This doesn't rule out bigger number grade graphics coming back instead of tiny white text, right...? Right? 😐
  11. Hope this doesn’t get lost in the flood, that’s actually a really nice professional looking font. Glad that the UI is getting tweaked. Not getting too excited but I really hope that large grade graphics are back for matches and events. It’s so deflating to have them just be tiny white text thrown onto the screen...
  12. LOL goddamn. He's absolutely right though, that's easily one of the most aggravating things I read people doing on here all the time. ------------------------------------ Thanks to Kam's skin I was able to finally play the game for a while. Most of the issues have been covered extensively but some that are really bothering me... The lack of colorful grade graphics are especially felt with match + show ratings. Condensing so much in this game to straight up text and numbers has dulled the impact significantly of getting high ratings. I somehow scored an 85 match between career midcarders: if this was 2016 the giant green 85 would've leap off the screen; in 2020 I shrugged and it felt oddly empty. Not being able to use the arrow keys or mouse wheel while scrolling through worker pics is torture. Having 4 worker slots when viewing an old match is a really odd choice. A regular 1 vs. 1 match will always have 2 empty slots with the promotion logo, shoving the actual competitors all the way to the left. It makes it look like the layout isn't finished on that screen. I might be in the minority but I am not a fan of having to input stats manually instead of the slider. It'll sound trivial but the sliders always helped me visualize things better and made it feel less like robotically punching numbers into a spreadsheet...
  13. As far as I can tell there's no way to check in the editor how someone will be perceived when setting their overness? Or am I passing right over it?
  14. Rumor has it he's got that sweet Johnny Ace deal with Nagata's wife. 👀👌
  15. According to Adam's most recent dev journal post... That was a week before my post and I wasn't sure Adam was able to scour the entire thread to pick the ones he wants, then code them in amongst all the other things on his agenda. Appreciate the sarcasm though.
  16. Hope it's not too late to suggest some... These are purely cosmetic but could add a little personality and uniqueness to some workers. I'm Not Your Brother, Brother: When a worker makes a social media post or the user is talking to them, they tend to refer to others as brother. Works well if you, say, float the idea of the worker putting another over and they refuse. "No, putting over Aaron Andrews doesn't work for me, brother." I'm Not Your Daddy, Daddy: When a worker makes a social media post or the user is talking to them, they tend to refer to others as daddy. I'm Not Your Bro, Bro: When a worker makes a social media post or the user is talking to them, they tend to refer to others as bro. These are more practical. An Idiot Abroad: This worker finds it difficult to learn new languages and so they pick them up at a significantly reduced speed. Well Traveled: Learning new languages comes easier to this worker and they pick them up at a faster rate. Can't Tell Me Nothing: No matter how much time they spend abroad, this worker flat out refuses to learn a new language.
  17. Boxer: This worker will accept occasional boxing fights until they become too old or physically broken to do so. Will be eligible for some popularity boosts. Former Boxer: The worker will no longer accept boxing fights and will not become active in the sport again. Martial Artist: This worker will accept occasional martial art matches until they become too old or physically broken to do so. Will be eligible for some popularity boosts. Former Martial Artist: The worker will no longer accept martial art matches and will not become active in the sport again. These are just cosmetic changes from the MMA fighter attributes but are necessary for historical mods. Martial Artist would be a catch-all term for all non-MMA sports like judo, karate, kickboxing, etc. Nationalist: This worker is much less likely to select those not from their own nation to win major championships or become a figurehead when acting as an owner. As a wrestler they have an increased chance of refusing to put them over. (Note: this was conceived specifically with Japanese promotions in mind.) Forever!: This worker cannot ride off into the sunset, they will continue to come out of retirement until they become too old or broken down. Ageless: This worker has an increased chance of hitting time decline at an older age so long as their decline is set at random. Shooter: This worker is more likely to 'shoot' on those they have a negative relationship with during matches. Exit Stage Left: This worker is content leaving it all behind and has an increased chance of leaving the business upon their in-ring retirement. Heavy Handed: This worker is notoriously stiff and has an increased chance of generating negative backstage interactions stemming from it.
