In your entry for coaches, you mention having 'good' motivation and other skills referenced by 'good' or 'average'.
I couldn't see in the manual what each colour code meant. This is my assumptions and correct me if I'm wrong:
Blue - Excellent
Green - Good
Yellow - Above Average/Average
Orange - Average/Below Average
Red - Below Average/Poor
I'm not exactly sure.

Oh does it. Well that adds a different angle. Maybe my best player will not work as a primary receiver if he's doubles the whole time, but leaves my TE or other receivers in single coverage.

Thanks mate. I'll fire up the game a little later this afternoon and get some of those details to you. Figuring out a strong passing game will be good.

I try to take some of your tips from pass defence and apply them. Like looking if my opposition has a mismatch with any of my receivers. Like a receiver who is faster, bigger and can jump higher, then it will focus a majority of my plays as him being the primary receiver. But I haven't looked at that yet.

Recruiting for schemes would be brilliant.

I'd personally like some help on a good pass offense. LSU currently fields a top tier pocket passer but i'm struggling to get him effective.

First game of the season he threw 20-40 for 317 yards and a single TD.

This is indeed amazing. I can't wait to read you thoughts on an effective passing offense.
