New Update | So it's finally here, Beta 3! Please be aware that I don't consider this viable for a long playthrough as there's still much to be done, I'm releasing this now in case people want to take a look at the progress so far, give their opinions and possibly help me make it even better by pointing out names I missed (especially those that are unemployed). Also if you have played the other versions of this database, you might notice that a lot of workers have had severe downgrades to their abilities. This is part of the balancing "project" I've been wanting to do with this mod so you might not get the same ratings you once got, I understand this might be a turn-off for some people but it is how I like to play so that was the idea behind the balancing. British, European, Mexican and Australian companies have not been touched in this update so chances are their workers are going to be really unbalanced compared to American and Japanese workers so keep that in mind. Only NJPW and NOAH have been 100% (well, let's say 95% as I'm still missing some workers for NJPW that I haven't found enough data on) updated as I'm slowly making my way through the rest of the companies and Joshi companies have not been touched since they have initially added to the game. You might also notice that your User Characters are sporting a different background to the rest of the Picture Pack. I've been looking at the picture pack I was making and decided that maybe it was a bit too WWE-centred with the Red and Blue counterparts so I've been toying around with a more neutral background that can be used with any worker in any company. You're absolutely right, broadcasters is something I've been wanting to rework for a while and I did some tweaks for the new Beta but not enough as it's been hard to find enough information about them, especially those outside America (especially Mexico for some reason, I really struggled to find out who was showing WWE's PPVs in 2005) so I appreciate anyone that tries to help me with that. I won't give an expectation on when I'll release this because I can never seem to stick to deadlines but I'm just about finished with re-doing US-based companies and workers and then I'll move on to Japan.

So this is taking longer than I expected but I'm happy with the progress made to the mod so far, popularity and stats have gone under a big overhaul as I felt a lot of stats were inflated and didn't fit the 2005 time period. Unfortunately, I don't feel like this version is ready yet for release as I feel it requires more testing since I went through every company that's currently active and changed their popularity and tweaked products, owners and bookers and their respective business skills and since a lot of these companies employ 40+ workers, I need to make sure the workers pop matches the company. Here's the changelog of everything that's been changed so far: I've uploaded albums with images of WWE, TNA and ROH and their respective biggest stars for comparison if you want to check them out: Please note that the stars that are compared are the biggest stars in Beta 3 (updated) vs. their stats and popularity in version 2 as a lot of biggest stars for TNA and ROH in Beta 2 weren't actually contracted to the companies anymore so that's been fixed for Beta 3. Hey everyone! Hope you and yours are all doing as well as you can during this troubled time all around the world and keeping safe. It's been a long, long, long time since I last posted an update on this mod, unfortunately due to a lot of circumstances (including me falling out of love with wrestling and the game amongst others) I haven't worked on the mod at all. But I plan to change that, I recently gone back to it as the mod was not where I wanted it to be yet. So far all that's been done have been stats and popularity retweaks to a lot of indie guys and the respective companies they had contracts with. I've been going through these companies as well re-tweaking their products, popularity, announcers (and the experience between the announcers) and have also created "The Wrestling Channel" broadcaster which was a broadcaster in the UK & Ireland that aired a lot of shows during this time and for some reason wasn't in the Data yet. As for the picture pack, that's going to be on the backburner for now as I want to concentrate on tweaking the data to have a more balanced world. As always, any feedback is appreciated and I'll soon edit this post to show off some of the tweaks I've made to gather your opinions on them.

Flair is set as Horndog in the new update. Thanks, I'll add these for the next update. YTD Workers is something that hasn't been properly looked at yet apart from a few exceptions as I wanted to concentrate on the workers that are available from the get-go.

Thank you both, I updated the personalities based on this feedback and also went through a few more workers to make sure they weren't listed as Negative when there's no evidence that they're disliked in real life. Eddie is listed as a former user of Hard Drugs and Steroids as is Edge(as well as having Neck Problems) and Lance Cade (his father had an interview when he died where he said Lance did steroids back when he was at OVW) and both Edge and Lita have Unfaithful as Personality traits. Does Ric Flair have an history of cheating? I know back in the day, they all kind of got around and he's been divorced a bunch of times but I dunno if the divorces were because of him cheating.

Yeah, Umaga (Ekmo) was in Japan at the time so he might be missing a pic like a lot of Japan workers, I'm surprised he doesn't have a KyKy under a different name though so I'll give him one in the next update. Thanks a lot! I'll change OVW and look into the personality types, I've changed a few of them and added some traits myself but obviously going through 2000+ workers takes its time TEW did a good job of converting the personality types from the workers I saw but some might have had a few negative traits in TEW16 that tipped them off to bad influences this year. What do you suggest for Heyman? I think I changed it myself but maybe 'Driven' suits him more for 2005. From what I read, Experience is factored in when converting but it does need tweaking by the modders. I'll have a look and change them and hopefully get all (or most) workers done by the time the game releases. Once again, thanks a lot for your help!
