  1. You can make it as big as you want, but loading times may suffer as it gets bigger.
  2. So if I kill off a character in a storyline, are their death settings (IE permanent or not) taken into account or is that just for what would happen in an episode?
  3. And your sales pitch .... The date is sometime around 2020ish. Earth is in dire straits at the moment. The news is filled with constant reports of battles between super powered villains and heroes. It all started with the return of magic around 15 years ago, soon after a few people started showing mutant powers. The real downward spiral started when one day, a freak accident in a Sony lab resulted in some nanites giving one of the scientists the ability to fly. Soon after, custom nanites were built and minor celebrities started showing enhanced physical traits. Greed soon exploded and nanites were for sale on shady websites, some worked as advertised, others far from it. Add in alien invaders, demonic portals randomly opening and any other type of cataclysmic event you can think of, and here we are. Corporate sponsored heroes (and villains) now seem to be the norm, and whoever can cause the most carnage seems to get richer from people just watching it all go downhill on the internet. This mod contains mostly characters you've never heard of, but thanks to IP licensing, Sony and Microsoft have custom made a few that you have heard of. 642 characters, 13 locations, including exotic locations including... Atlantis, yes it exists! Cincinatti, nearly destroyed by an alien Marmoset invasion, now almost rebuilt to it's former, uh, glory? Sydney Australia, with Ancient Rome embedded into it! Traveling back in time is a bad idea, especially when a crazed Roman emperor catches you and starts using your time travel equipment despite warnings of universal annihilation. Reykjavík, swapped from a steampunkish dimension by the same cosmic rift that blasted Rome forward about 2000 years. Memphis (Egypt, not Tennessee), the new home of demonic portals. And Tokyo, with bigger threats than Godzilla to worry about now! 3 or 4 missions in, you'll absolutely be asking yourself What Were You Thinking when you downloaded this nonsense!
  4. What? No plunging headfirst into the unknown? While the intro panels should explain everything and are a welcome upgrade from readme files from CBH, I did notice I didn't upload them, and for that matter they no longer exist. I hate Windows more than ever now, but I'll update the readme and drop it in soon, and maybe go through and redo the intro panels eventually.
  5. And here is the mod no one is asking for! For anyone who was foolish enough to try my CBH mod, all of your (least) favorite characters have returned, along with about 80 new characters and 1 new location. Not a lot has changed, other than Cincinnati has been mostly rebuilt by now. TBH i haven't really done a lot of testing, so any feedback about who's star levels are too high/low would be appreciated. As well as any 3 star characters with insta-dodge. One thing i will say, unlike the default database (I'm looking at you Lady America!), an 8 star character will take out a swath of lower levels without problems. Like maybe all of them. Try it out if you're looking for something ridiculous (because it is). 6. So first is entwined with a question, but for reactive events, does a targeted civilian count as 'took part in issue'? If not that would be cool to have. Second, would it be possible to remove the numbers after clones when targeting? This one is touchy as it at times seems to just have little effect as you can just focus fire the original and the rest poof, but can get overwhelming otherwise. With enough planning the editor can make it not silly OP, so I think it would make sense to not specifically know if you're trying to blast a clone or the original.
  7. I do like the idea of costume changes, although as looking at how long a save will probably run compared to how long you could keep a CBH save running, I'm putting far less of them in. Pretty much now a costume change for me is just character progression. Although I've yet to actually play the game till finish, so if it does last longer than I think i may look back into 16 costumes per character
  8. Just an idea to add a bit of immersion, but when a character dies in combat, it would add a bit if everyone on the team had like a random shot at getting the effects of avenging fury or changing to stunned \ exposed. Would make it more of a big deal imo.
  9. So just as a silly question, about the hero corruption schemes. Will this just convert anyone to a villain without needing a proper alter ego?
  10. Faction logos? Well sorry in advance to subjecting everyone to the horrible logos I come up with in Gimp. A 3 year old with a crayon could do better.
  11. Yeah, I'm probably skipping ahead, but any chance for a quick fight option like in WMMA, would be handy for mod testing purposes
  12. For the 4 people actually playing the WTRemix, here is the brand spanking new 1985 version. I did have to change some of the starting dates on some of the companies, as well playing for several years with only 1 existing gets boring imo. Some of the products have been changed a bit as well, since there are a few more to choose from since the WTRemix release, but they're in most cases closer to what they were for the 2016 version of the mod. It features quite a few new workers, many from the 80s, some from requests, and some you'll still wonder who in the world they are. Now get to some model on actress violence! I'll also suggest you leave the extra avatars in game and disable regeneration, but that's all up to you, enjoy. Or facepalm, whichever. 13. TY ). Just uploaded a few updates, nothing worth re-downloading unless you're ocd like me
  14. Enjoy, I'll probably actually try to finish up the bios and add some dialogues in along the way. That's probably what needs the work put in. And just updated it a bit more.
  15. <p>Notes</p><p> </p><p> Things worth hardly mentioning......</p><p> In the pictures folder, 000 through 008 are unused, just in case you want to be a demon, or a redshirt, or whatever.</p><p> </p><p> The readme files should go in a folder you'll likely have to make. In the CBH folder make a folder and name it FUMdox, extract them there.</p><p> </p><p> And finally, starting as a level 1 hero may be a bit tough in some places, but that's part of the fun right?</p><p> </p><p> Suggestions are always welcome but may be ignored, as i'm not sure how much more work I'll really be putting into it, unless there's a CBH2 on the horizon <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Edit : just to prove myself a liar, the DB has just been updated, twice now even!</p>
  16. Really it's not new, but it wasn't really ever totally finished either. but seeing the flurry of activity on the board the last couple days, i figured someone may actually try it. It is a full mod on it's own, 500 or so characters, but you can combine it with the default data or others as you see fit. Missing a few(lot) bios here and there, but I'm lazy. Drive links for data, pictures, and even a few readme files below. 17. Yes i think you are correct, that looks to be what is happening
  18. It looks like to me these are giving my workers a global popularity boost. Just started a new game as a medium company in the US, and after 2 house shows all my workers have gone from 0 pop outside the US to around 10 or 11. maybe this should have gone in bugs, but I'll do more testing and see.
  19. K, calling it good as of now. Converted from the 2016 version and a few additions. 29 companies and almost 1650 workers, this thing starts in 1994. If you're looking for a historical mod from that era, this ain't it. No Ric Flair, no HHH, no Rock. It's full of female celebs that would realistically never set foot in a wrestling ring. So yeah, that Jennifer Love Hewitt - Lacey Chabert feud, you can do that here. I may add some more bios here and there, and maybe anything needed for balance down the road, but as of right now it seems to be fine for the couple of years I've simmed into it. Most of the product settings aren't really what i had in mind from the 2016 version, but at least now you have products that aren't ridiculous, so there's a good side to look at it from. Lastly, if you find anything worth stealing from this to put in an actually good mod, go for it. And let me know if you see anyone debut at 9 years old ( or 50) mod (with awful intros) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G85y4B_CKB4dpY75E88SZJBp-2vFW3zl/view?usp=sharing pictures (some of these are ok at least) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1t_T1ofHBAMi-1gltGt3CDSuJ0jN0L1DS/view?usp=sharing
  20. <p>Updated</p><p> </p><p> And it is now updated with more spectacularness. A few new companies, a new dojo, lots of new faces, and as far as i know nobody debuts at 9 years old anymore. Anyhow, new links are....</p><p> </p><p> Data</p><p> <a href="https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1jkSPOvKXIbeGRJX2tYZEVUWVU" rel="external nofollow">https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1jkSPOvKXIbeGRJX2tYZEVUWVU</a></p><p> </p><p> Pictures</p><p> <a href="https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1jkSPOvKXIbeXI5anRQRzcxUmc" rel="external nofollow">https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1jkSPOvKXIbeXI5anRQRzcxUmc</a></p>
  21. There should be an arrow at to top to download. It's set to anyone can view or download
  22. Enjoy. And ignore the horrible logos, graphics artist I am not.
  23. Yes yes roll your eyes and think how unimaginative of a name. Once you read the description you may detach your retina in the back of your head. **** History/Background (perhaps inane ramblings is a better description) **** (Please note this all happens in an alternate universe that exists only in my head) In April 1942, a wrestling show is going on in Monkey's Eyebrow Kentucky. Right before the main event starts, 143 lb Earl Monroe, drunk on moonshine and cough syrup, hops into the ring and proceeds to beat the snot out of the World Champion and the top contender for the belt. Wrestling becomes a worldwide joke, and eventually fades into complete obscurity. Sports Illustrated is having major sales problems. Once a year they roll out the swimsuit issue and get a few more subscriptions, but that had even been trailing off in recent years. For a couple of years they have been putting on a quasi athletic competition on TV between the models, with the winner going on the cover of the swimsuit issue. Late 1980, Stan Woznikzowskilinski , a SI writer, comes across some long abandoned archives of a forgotten art form called pro wrestling. An idea bulb flashes above his head and he starts calling the powers that be. In January, the show comes on TV and shocks the snot out of the 134 people watching. They see Carol Alt smack around Christie Brinkley for about 15 minutes and secure the cover shoot in the Swimsuit Issue. It soon becomes the most traded and copied BetaMax tape of the 80's. The mod starts in 1993, when some of your favorite (or least favorite) models, actresses and singers have abandoned the arts that brought you so much joy and entered the world of pro wrestling. A few men have tried to enter the sport to be met with "Earl Monroe" chants and booed out of the ring. Definitely a women's sport in this jack up alternate reality. The good : you can drop this in TEW 16 and play a game till you get bored The bad : the idea not many bios The neutral : holy cow this was a lot of work. Never again will i complain about some ridiculous little thing done by a mod maker. To the people making real mods, you have my eternal respect. And on that note.... Huge thanks to sockpuppet who's manly mod 16 was used, and i believe the broadcasters came from ngo, a 2013 version i hacked over to 16(probably not well mind you). Most other stuff (besides workers and companies) is C-verse. And of course, the download links (How else would you be able to flame me without seeing it in action?)
