1. I'm not sure about the specific number, but I have to set the companies maximum size (popularity) to high level national. I hate having to do that but I haven't figured out another way to prevent the AI from closing divisions.

Just look for the "getting tired" lines and finetune the settings until you're satistied with the output numbers, if that's so important.

I hope this helps.

Thanks BM. Funny thing is I don't know why I care about fight metrics all of a sudden. I rarely "watch" a fight anyway. I appreciate your feedback.

 3. Unfortunately I can't get the fight metrics to resemble a boxing match. There aren't enough punches thrown to feel realistic. I'm seeing 8 round fights with less than 25 punches thrown at times. Two power punches. It was fun giving it a shot.

The default database starts in January 2002. You can edit the database info to change it, but remember to adjust birthdates and debut dates accordingly.

 5. Thank you so much for the feedback. I will give it a shot.
 6. I would like some advice. I would like to turn the default universe into a boxing mod. My thoughts would be to reduce each non boxing stat to very low or zero. I like to do this with WMMA 3. I'm having difficulty trying to determine how I should tweak the fight engine in WMMA 5. What would you recommend? Is there anything that I may be missing?
 7. Unable to open the file I downloaded the mod but, I'm unable to open it. When I go into the data folder, the file listed as WMMA5 says that it's a Microsoft access db file. I do have access on my laptop, but I haven't had this issue with any other files. I can open the picture file without a problem. Does anyone have ideas on how I can try to solve this problem?
 8. Preventing the closing of weight classes Is there a way to prevent companies from shutting down weight classes? I feel like no matter how few companies or how many more fighters that I have companies continue to shut down weight classes. I love simming 5-10 years in the future but rarely have more than one company that has not shut down multiple weight classes. I feel like this didn't happen in WMMA 3 but I could be wrong. Thanks.
 9.
One weight class

Has anyone had success with creating a mod with only one weight class per company? If so what is your (and AI's) sweet spot for roster size? How do you ensure that companies sign fighters? I've tried several times without success.

There is no setting that you can adjust as it is to do with the state and vitality of the game world, not a single value. Increasing the number of available fighters is the only thing you can really do to affect it.

Thanks Adam. That's helpful. I thought by combining the three databases, I wouldn't have a problem with a lack of fighters. I might try populating fighters after each year I sim.

I simmed 10 years into the future and six of the eight companies have dropped or made inactive at least three of the divisions. I imported this dataabse from WMMA 3 than to WMMA 4. Is there a setting I can implement to stop companies from dropping divisions?

Admittedly, this will vary a bit on the exact nature of your company and the sort of product you want.

Once you've made your selections, you can hit "analysis" and the first line should tell you if your product is performance > pop, performance < pop, or performance = pop. Additionally, this might also influence the requirements when booking shows, like needing a Story Telling or a High Spots match (please not for the former, that doesn't necessarily mean you need to run storylines; it refers to telling a story in the ring).

Thank you
