  1. <p>So I have a couple of questions about how developmental/child companies work.</p><p> </p><p>

    If I send someone down to a developmental company to train others, will worker's skills still improve if the trainer is a retired worker? Also should I hire some people with decent skills to work in the developmental company or will worker's skills improve even they aren't wrestling matches with skilled workers?</p><p> </p><p>
