[TEW2020 Product Suggestion Thread]

I feel like three ring circus is great for kinda fantasy play which I like, and so is no style style and a couple others which are similar I think, but the one thing is I really would like maybe it being more favorable to more angles for tv shows rather than matches.

So basically I’m asking for three ring circus but with 60% angles, 40% matches, perhaps.

I know ruthless aggression kinda gives that but there’s a small drawback of ruthless aggression in that I can’t seem to have things like thumbtacks in matches or it’s too dangerous for the fan base. I guess it’s nit picky but just some food for thought.

Yeah I still enjoy tew 2020 and I couldn’t personally go back to tew 2016. But the popularity stuff with workers is broken. But I choose to ignore that part now.

I do find myself booking *wrestler A attacks wrestler B* over and over again.. which can get somewhat tedious

I have over 950 million and I own, NJPW, AJPW, CMLL and IWCCW

[Who is your favourite character to book and why?]

I am enjoying having al snow as a main eventer and I think I may make him my main champion for a bit. Actually, he is part of the stable ‘Ravens nest’ in my world. Raven & Al snow to dominate for a while I think. Actually Shawn Michaels vs al snow makes a pretty good match to my mind. I think it should have happened for real.

[How long did you play a save game?]

The most I managed in TEW 2016 was a 8 year long save.

I’ve just begun my 4th year in tew 2020. I really want to try and continue the save right up till 2020 or 2021 which would be 20 years long save.

[Things I dislike and like in this game]

I haven’t touched another game since this game came out, there’s positives and negative, just like any other game, but nothing game breaking. On the whole it is good.

My current game is the most nuts game I ever played financially, start as wwf in 91, inside a year I’ve made enough money to build a developmental centre, invest in my own tv network. Then inside 2 years NJPW and ajpw both were about to go bust so I bought them both, and then cmll... so they are all my dec companies on my ever growing tv network. Now I’m only a few years in the game and I’ve got all this plus about 200 million in the bank..... yes it’s competely unrealistic but I like the fantasy element and I feel I’ve got so much control. So I’m just gonna continue enjoying the fun. I’ve got Guerrero, Benoit, Jericho and more in developmental in NJPW. I could one day do a NJPW vs wwf invasion. It would be mint. Who cares for realism eh

Edit : I started the game early on in the game release so I don’t know if the game finances was just a tad broken or what but I’m happy with it whatever the case

I only don’t do open match when I am doing a squash match with domination added in too.

It is true. It’s a bit like how on football manager you can just edit all your players to be the best in the world and win every game without a worry.

Mm I am confused by all this cos you can just go in editor and fiddle with someone’s stats to make it more likely that they can go through the roof. It’s a real easy thing to do. If you had no pop cap at all you would end up with like everyone at like 100 and make for a real boring stale game.

I’m pretty happy with how it all works. I think it’s quite realistic and helps keep rosters appropriately ordered and even if a worker does cap out in the 70s or 80s. Does not mean he can’t be a main eventer, in your eyes. I have Shawn And he’s capping at 80 but he puts on the best matches in the company every event. I could easily run with him as my main eventer in my eyes if I wanted to and get great main events outta him.

[General Gameplay Questions Thread]

You know how when you took over a company and they become your child company but in tew 2016 you could go into relationships and let them go back to being their own company not owned by you. Is there a way to do this in tew 2020? I really just wanted to a clear a company’s debts cos I noted IRL they keep going a bit longer.

[Getting Frustrated w/ Momentum & Popularity...]

I think it all has a lot to do with their destiny roll which I think is re rolled constantly and changes on their skill increase. I feel it works a lot more realistically now. That being said I’d like to see extra rare random occurrences where someone can have a let’s say ‘Becky lynch’ moment And get massively over after one tv show for something you book, maybe linked to an angle turn or something. But it’d have to be extra rare thing to happen. I would hate it if it always happened

I just installed the Diablo X mod last night and it is really awesome. I am gonna have some fun with this. really good job on it. Is the purple man/kill grave not in it though? Couldn’t find him
