  2. Quick question for anyone in the UK, but how do you watch AEW when it airs in the US? I've kept up purely from their 11pm slot on ITV 4 and by the time it comes to Saturday I already know or have an inkling on a few major things that have already went down on Dynamite. Same for Rampage, how on earth do I even watch that?
  3. Will Ospreay has always been know to be dumbass. Him and Bea trying to blackball a rape victim was in addition to that and not the sole contributor to his reputation. And that specific case has also been known for years prior to the recent speaking out stuff.

If one wrestler does a shoot interview and calls someone a idiot, then it is whatever. If entire wrestling rosters call someone a idiot and refuse to work cards where that worker is booked...then that worker likely is the idiot. Ospreay has people that worked with him call him a idiot and Elgin went from upcoming main eventer in several promotions, to having to go to Japan to be booked in bigger promotions. Ofcourse we can't ever 100% know the personalities of these wrestlers, but for the game's context we can say that certain workers should get the "Mercenary" or "Selfish" personalities, so that the same types of stories are generated by the game. And that can only be based on the stories that we've heard

Well I didn't know it went that deep.....

I never had any problems with the personalities on the mod, I think they're quite fair in full. I was kinda fearing bias beforehand like for example the Cornette v Russo arguments, a few mods before have done stuff like that in the past in some form. To be honest in reality the only person who can think of that comes under the scumbag personality is Ian Rotten (or Grizzly Adams for other mods ofc) defo more but thats all I can think of.

  4. Stone Cold Steve Austin gets defended regulary and he's the most WWE guy there is. Same with everybody in the WWE that has ever done time in prison.

Generally those that apologize, show effort to better themselves and admit to wrongdoings, are forgiven in the eyes of the public. People still (rightfully) s--- on Will Ospreay, Michael Elgin & co.

I don't think what Ospreay did made him a terrible person (if I'm correct he got some girl barred from working multiple UK indies over something to save his mate over something in speaking out, if that's what we're talking about) I think he's a bit caught in the middle in that situation aswell it's not a first in pro wrestling, I guarantee there's tons of people who've done this who are considered absolute sweethearts by the majority. Absolutely no clue if the Elgin stuff is true or not, problem with these stories is its all very vague most of the time or stuff gets deleted etc. I wouldn't be too surprised if it was true though, guy seems unpleasant and his version of things was way too "polite" to be 100% true considering his personality.

  7. Looking for a Stable name for Johnny Bloodstone, Jared Johnson, and Shooter Sean Deeley. The gimmick is basically they are just ruthless heels, all with amateur wrestling backgrounds who just punish people with submission holds.

    I got some ideas

    The Submission Coalition

    REAL Wrestling

    Can-Am Wrestling Front

    Top Team Canada

    The North American Wrestler's Guild

    North American Grappler's Coalition

    The Punishment Collective

    Tap Out

  8. A tag team I started a year ago in my game has really taken off and I've been toying with the idea of putting them into a stable to join my other ones (XDW-Immortal and The True Patriots Army). The tag team is called The Suffering and consists of Original Sinner and Dreadnought, their whole gimmick is they're both huge monsters who destroy tag teams for the pleasure of their sadist manager DeAnna Desire. I'm currently struggling to find a name for them that isn't their current name and a leader for their group. I'm thinking of an occult Ministry of Darkness type stable any ideas for names and/or a leader for them?
  9. Let's say you have a promotion that has a current product of Classic Sports Entertainment. In this case, fans will expect TV shows to be 65% matches and 35% angles, won't want controversial endings. If your core product is Deathmatch Lucha Libre then the fans will expect TV shows to be 85% matches and 15% angles, will expect dangerous matches.

So in this case, over time as you shift from your current product towards the core product, fans would expect your TV shows to contain more wrestling and less angles, so as booker you'll need to shift your booking, as well as start to add more dangerous matches and balance how much of the card should be dangerous and extreme matches during the transition as not to put off fans of the current product.

For the sake of simplicity, we could also set WWE's core product as Classic Sports Entertainment. If you played a historical mod, you might change their current product during the late 90's to Attitude Era, knowing you will be presenting a more edgy product, but it can't last forever and eventually, you'll shift back to your core product.

    I hope that helps!

That makes everything 10x more clear cheers for that, I now have to prepare for a shift in my product.
