  1. I am enjoying my WWE Ruthless Aggression game. Started Jan 2004 and am six months in at June 2004. I guess I will talk about this by brand to really describe what is going on. RAW World Heavyweight Champion - Eddie Guerrero One big thing I did in this game was I had Eddie win the Royal Rumble instead of Benoit but mostly followed the story of having the RR winner choose HHH. Since winning the Royal Rumble Eddie has feuded with HHH who wanted his rematches and is currently feuding with Kane where as Eddie just escaped Kane at the last PPV due to Eddie being Eddie and is currently trying to duck Kane as he is scared to face the Monster. IC Champ - Randy Orton Orton has been the champ since the game started having first been involved with starting slow just being involved with other Evolution storylines but since Wrestlemania has been in a feud between HBK and Y2J which matches have shot Randy up to a Major Star. Currently Randy is finishing up his feud with Jericho but the real fun is there is a slow underbelly feud building between Randy and HHH as Randy is the only current member of Evolution that still has his title and therefore Randy has kind of forced himself as the leader of the group. I think my current plan for Randy is HHH is going to “accidently” cost him the IC title only for Randy to win the World title in an Elimination Chamber match at Survivor Series featuring the members of Evolution among others. I am not sure who I will turn face as I could kick either HHH or Orton out of Evolution but I do plan on having Orton and HHH face off at Wrestlemania. World Tag - La Resistance (Rob Conway & Sylvain Grenier) Flair and Batista start as champs and after a feuds with Dudleys, Venis and Storm, and Superheroes before losing the titles to Rock n Sock connection at Backlash. I was planning a decent run for the Rock and Foley with their first feud being against La Resistance. The plan was for Rock and Sock to team up with Booker T and try to elevate Rene Dupree while giving the tag champs some wins before moving up the card to face others. But then Rene Dupree got hurt. Brought Regal in to back up La Resistance only for The Rock to announce he was going to leave soon to film a movie. It was the awkward time where I was in the middle of the feud so do I have La Resistance win or have another heel team surprise win right after the feud. I decided to have La Resistance win the titles at the PPV only for Sylvain Grenier to pick up a short injury that he couldn’t wrestle but could appear in angles. He was going to be back before the Rock left but after the PPV so instead I had Rock and Sock win against Conway and Regal at the PPV only for Conway and Regal and a “returning” Grenier injured the Rock after the match blaming him for Dupree’s injury. La Resistance then goaded Foley into putting the titles on the line on the next episode of Raw. “Injured” Rock came back and did his best but the injury proved to much and La Resistance won the titles. After the match they again targeted the Rock, writing him off for his movie. Women’s - Gail Kim Molly Holly starts the game as champ. Molly was pretty dominant until at Wrestlemania Lita dethroned her. Lita won the rematch against Molly at Backlash and was planning a decent reign with her but Gail Kim had been picking up steam and I decided to have Gail Kim go over at the next PPV. Since then she has been feuding with Lita and Jazz. To be honest I haven’t done much major stuff with the Women yet as I have been mainly focused on building them up from unimportant to recognisable and above. Elsewhere on Raw Christian has built himself up to a viable Major Star first having Trish align with him at Wrestlemania like real life against Chris Jericho. Currently Christian and Trish are feuding with a returning from injury undefeated Edge and Torrie Wilson. I also debuted Tye Dillinger after Wrestlemania, right now there isn’t much to his character other than being a generic cocky bluechip babyface. One of the biggest things of note I have done with Tye is I had him beat HHH at a PPV which is part of why Evolution is listening to Orton instead of HHH who can’t even beat a nobody rookie. SMACKDOWN WWE - Rey Mysterio CRUISERWEIGHT - Chavo Guerrero I have to mention both titles here as they have become temporarily interconnected. First let me talk about the WWE title. Brock starts the game as champ and I built up to a Brock-Goldberg-Benoit Wrestlemania match. I was between having Benoit or Lesnar winning but the game made the decision for me by Lesnar and Golberg both signing for NJPW for a ton of money. Benoit won and turned heel saying the fans never supported him and then had a quick feud with The Undertaker. Meanwhile… Rey started the game as Cruiserweight champ and after brief feuds with Tajiri and Nunzio he entered into the biggest blood feud of the game so far. At the start of the game Chavo and Eddie were teaming, feuding with the Bashams. Eddie had eyes on the Royal Rumble which Chavo was against but Eddie’s other friend Rey very much supported. After Eddie won the Rumble Chavo turned heel on him and after Eddie left for Raw Chavo turned his attention to Rey. Since then they have been feuding having incredible matches that have shot them both up the card to Major Star level. Chavo won the title from Rey and held onto it through cheating and even having his new body guard Mark Jindrak help Chavo retain in a Ladder match. I was going to move on from this feud but then need a temporary feud for Chris Benoit as I want to end they year with Benoit vs. Kurt Angle but needed something in between so enter Benoit vs. Rey vs. Chavo headlining The Great American Bash in which Rey picked up a shocking win. Future plans is for Benoit to pick the title back up as I do want Cena to win the title for Benoit at Wrestlemania. Meanwhile I have been slowly building up Billy Kidman and will have him shock win from Chavo as Chavo is now way to good for the Cruiserweight title. US Title - John Cena Big Show starts the game as champ and was in an immediate feud with John Cena where Big Show would do his best to avoid matches with Cena and whenever Cena did get a title shot Big Show would get himself DQed resulting in Cena winning a I Quit match at Wrestlemania. Since then Cena has mainly been accepting all challengers bouncing between Rhyno, Matt Hardy and Hardcore Holly. His latest challenger is a newly heel John Bradshaw Layfield. WWE Tag - World’s Greatest Tag Team Basham’s start the game as champs and were in a feud with Los Guerreros but mainly thanks to Los Guerreros eventual breakup stayed as champs. This built up to a Fatal Four Way at Wrestlemania where WGTT beat Bashams, Rikishi and Scotty 2 Hotty and the APA to become the new champs. WGTT then feuded with the APA where the constantly beat the APA which resulted in the APA getting one last chance at the title but if they lost then they would have to break up as a tag team forever. At the PPV Bradshaw turned on Ron Simmons thus letting the WGTT escape with the titles. Next challengers for WGTT is the Dudleys. Other things going on with Smackdown is I have pushed Maven up the card to being a solid midcarder having just beat Rhyno in a No DQ match at the last PPV. Since getting drafted to Smackdown Maven has been undefeated. I have also been trying to push Matt Morgan but he hasn’t really caught on despite me enjoying his storyline. Jamie Noble became Matt Morgan’s mouthpiece and with Goldberg leaving decided to feed him to Morgan hoping to make him a star. Ever week Jamie Noble and Matt Morgan come out and talk about how Morgan ended Golberg and how he beat the Dudley’s, RVD and most recently The Undertaker (Technically The Undertaker won via Intentional DQ where Matt Morgan beat him down afterwards), Jamie Noble has gotten himself more over but Matt Morgan has not yet shot up the card as much as I would like. One fun thing it has lead to is RVD started to team with the Undertaker against them and I just really like the odd paring of RVD and The Undertaker. Not much else to report other than maybe the GM of Smackdown is Dawn Marie but she hasn’t done much yet as I have never been great at Weekly GM appearances.
  2. Quick question. How bad would it be to turn someone who turned recently? It does say it would affect them negatively but how so? Loss of Pop, Loss of Momentum?
  3. Quick Question. So I am trying to boost Batista's psychology and he is wrestling people with good psych but does he gain more from calling it in the ring as opposed to scripted or does that not matter when it comes to raising psych?
  4. <p>WWE May 2004 (Started Jan 2004)</p><p> </p><p> RAW</p><p> </p><p> World Heavyweight - Eddie Guerrero (Eddie won the Rumble and than beat HHH at Wrestlemania. Next Challenge is Kane at Bad Blood)</p><p> </p><p> Intercontinental - Randy Orton (Held it since the begining of the game, currently feuding with Chris Jericho and HBK)</p><p> </p><p> World Tag Team - Rock and Sock Connection (Won titles at Backlash, won't be holding for long as Rock is leaving soon to film a movie)</p><p> </p><p> WWE Womens - Lita (Won at Wrestlemania from Molly Holly, currently feuding with Gail Kim)</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> SMACKDOWN</p><p> </p><p> WWE Heavyweight - Chris Benoit (Won title at Wrestlemania and the promptly turned heel. Just got past Undertaker at Judgement Day)</p><p> </p><p> WWE United States - John Cena (Beat the Big Show and Wrestlemania and just got past a cunning Matt Hardy)</p><p> </p><p> WWE Tag Team - World's Greatest Tag Team (Won at Wrestlemania, just got past the APA which they were having a friendly who better than who feud)</p><p> </p><p> WWE Cruiserweight - Chavo Guerrero (Beat Rey Mysterio at Wrestlemania and succesfully defended it against Rey at Judgement Day in a Ladder Match when his new lackey Mark Jindrak interfered to help him out. By far Chavo is the biggest surprise so far in the game being one of the top wrestlers on SD)</p>
  5. I am playing 2004 Ruthless Agression and Goldberg is leaving me for NJPW. What should I do with him on his way out? 1) Lose to Matt Morgan. Matt Morgan is currently an unimportant rated heel that I eventually want up to borderline well known so this could do it. 2) Lose to Jamie Noble. Jamie is on the low end of recognizable. I also would.love to push Jamie up the card but I cant see him physically taking out Goldberg. 3) Lose to Nunzio. Been trying to establish someone from the FBI so this could be it. Don't really see him as anything but a mid card heel at best so might be a waste of the Gildberg pop. 4) Have an Angle of someone destroying Goldberg. Wouldn't really give much in a pop rub but give some momentum and would be nice to Goldberg. 5) Let Goldberg just disappear. Gross. Why would I do this?
  6. I recently started a all female promotion named FEMME and could use some help coming up with names for the titles and Events. For the titles so far I just have a World Title and a Tag Title although I do plan to eventually have a World Title match end in controversy which with split the World Title into two which one will eventually become my secondary title. I don't have any good names yet so anything would help even though I do want some feminine centered names. I do plan on having a Queen of the Ring tournament eventually (I am a WWE offshoot so figured I could steal that but if you have a better name for a tourney I wouldn't be opposed to stealing it). Also I came up with a bunch of Events name but not in love with most of them. Let me know what you think and if have any suggestions. Jan - FEMME Paradise Euphoria (Not happy with this one) Feb - FEMME Hell Hath No Fury Mar - FEMME One Night Stand (Don't like stealing the ECW name) Apr - FEMME Fall of the Queen May - FEMME Flirting With Disaster Jun - FEMME Beach Blast (Trying to get a summer themed name) Jul - FEMME Eve of Destruction Aug - FEMME School in Session Sep - FEMME Temptation (A little plain) Oct - FEMME Code Pink (Breast Cancer Awareness Month so I like this one) Nov - FEMME Thanksgiving Thrashings Dec - FEMME Year End Review I could also use a name for Scarlett Bordeaux and Priscilla Kelly tag team. Meanwhile a couple team names I came up with that I like is BlissCross for Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. Sounds like CrissCross. I mean doesn't add much but I like the sound of it and short to write. I also did Liv & Lovelace for Liv Morgan and Heidi Lovelace. Live & Love feels like one of those things written on an inspirational poster. Doesn't really fit the feel I would have from them but again, like the way it sounds. Anyway, thank you for your help in this matter.
  7. Recent came back to TEW and wanted to fire up a real world save. Quickly realized I didn't have a stamina to book all of WWE so decided instead to start my own Women's Federation called FEMME. I made WWE and NXT stop doing Women Wrestling and released all of their female talent and signed the ones that I wanted. I am currently 2 months in and here is what is going on in my game. Asuka (face) won the World title on my first show in a battle royal only to be laid out by Nia Jax immediately afterwards setting up a match at my first PPV. Asuka easily beat Nia Jax. Meanwhile Zelina was found interviewers backstage and interupting tv to complain because management was not giving her matches or featuring her at all. Zelina finally complained to Asuka who told her that if she is upset about not being featured do something about it. Zelina acted like she was going to attack Asuka but didn't only to attack Asuka later that night after a rematch with Nia Jax. Asuka upset with the attack challenged Zelina to a match at the PPV which Zelina accepted. At the PPV Asuka won in a close match. On my second show Bayley (Heel) and Sasha (Heel) appeared on a Moment of Bliss with your host Alexa Bliss (Face) and her best friend Nikki Cross (face). The Golden Role Models were making fun of Alexa saying her show stink when Alexa reminded them that she elimanated then from the Battle Royal the week before. This pissed off Sasha and Bayley to where they started to attack BlissCross (My tag team name for Alexa and Nikki). So far they have been attacking each other and talking stuff about each other to where they faced eachother at the 2 PPV where they have traded wins so far. An announcer on the first show mentioned that Mandy Rose (face) was the greatest thing since sliced bread and needed to be the face of FEMME which Mrs. Macey Evans (heel) heard and took major offense to claiming that instead Mandy was a NASTY. Things eventually build up to where they faced eachother at the first PPV which Mrs. Macey Evans won by cheating. This resulted in Mandy calling Mrs. Macey Evans a cheat and goading her into a rematch at the next PPV which Mandy Rose picked up her win back. Also at the first show Rhea Ripley (face) did a promo in which she declared that she was the future of FEMME which Mickie James (heel) to offense to. After all Mickie James has been around for years and seen plenty of young women declare they were the future of the business only for Mickie James to take them out. Mickie James said she would do this to Rhea and a match was made at the PPV only for Rhea to pick up the win in convincing fashion. Mickie James came out on tv the next night and wanted another piece of Rhea but instead Toni Storm (face) came out and told Mickie to just shut up and retire already. This resulted in Mickie attacking Toni and a match made at the PPV in which Toni picked up the win. (The reason I switched from Rhea to Toni is because Mickie announced that she was retiring and I wanted Toni to eat some of the Overness from Mickie, at the next PPV I plan on Mickie putting her career on the line only for Toni to pick up the win and retiring the legend.) In the tag division I had the Iconics (Heels) win a tournament beating Liv & Lovelace (Liv Morgan and Heidi Lovelace[Ruby Riott](faces) in the finals. Liv & Lovelace won a #1 contenders match earning a rematch in which Iconics won again. The feud has been mainly civil as compared to every other feud. In the final storyline comes down to the first match in FEMME history in which Dakota Kai (face) earned a shocking roll up on heavy favorite Carmella (heel). [They had poor chemisty fighting each other but I carried on as I was looking forward to this feud] The tension slowly ramped up from staredowns to slaping to a wild brawl on the go home show before the first PPV. At the PPV Carmella ended up attacking Dakota with a chair during Dakota's entrance leading to Dakota not being able to compete and Dakota's best friend Tegan Nox took her place but sadly Tegan Nox lost. During the next month Dakota started to chase Carmella around with the chair that Carmella used on Dakota to where the first special stipulation match in FEMME history was made where Dakota would face against Carmella in a No DQ match. At the PPV Dakota won the match proving that Dakota was a player on the FEMME roster.
  8. Currently I am playing MAW and I am using Sam Keith a lot like WWF used Jack Tunney back in the day. His appearance is rare but when you see him you know things are going down. Him having Ice Cold Momentum hurts my ratings more then at the very start of the game when he defaulted with neutral momentum. My guess is that this is occurring because whenever someone isn't used they lose some momentum but surely not being used shouldn't impact momentum or possibly move them back to neutral? In real life when a wrestler or someone goes away for a while then makes a triumphant return they usually get a huge pop. Think HHH when he returned from his quad or Edge's return at Royal Rumble or numerous other times of wrestler or authority figure return after not being used for a while. Heck, while she has made sparse apperances since if next month it was announces that the new GM of Raw was Vickie Guerrero she would come back with great momentum despite the last time she was seen in a more active role she was fired in a pudding match. The solution to this is they should be reset to Neutral after say three or six months or maybe 20 shows of none use like they were redebuting.

  10. I've had two people hand in their notices. The first was Ernest Forthdyke-Hume who handed in his notice in the first week of the game. I replaced him with Honest Frank but hated losing him with his great chemistry with Marvin. The second was Sean Noggin of the Wolf Pack. The Wolf Pack started with awful chemistry when tagging with each other but I said f that I would just get them to the 40 Tag Experience mark so that they would ignore the bad note. Just before I got him to the 40 Sean handed in his noticed. Made all of my hard work of getting them experience for not. So upset. In other MAW news I have just finished Where It All Begins Again and some of my biggest surprises has been Deuce Deadline and Trix Triumph. Both just have been solid for me. Ended up tagging them randomly in the Sam Keith Classic and they did solid again. Used that to give them a tag title shot at Where It All Begins Again and they won that since I wanted a transition champs for a few months before I let the Heartbreak Express pick up the titles. Of course at the same time as Deuce and Trix title victory Heartbreak lose the feud against The Scheme and that hurt their pop for some reason so now I have to build up Heartbreak Express again so Deuce and Trix might have a longer title run then I first thought. Meanwhile I am trying to fully build up The Architect to win the next RCI. He has been putting on good performances but he seems to be stuck between Well Known and Star. If I can't solidify The Architect in the next couple of months I might give the RCI to Miller Fforde instead. Forgot to mention that Cheetah Boy is the current COTT World Champ. American Flash won the title from Pablo but the next month put in his notice to leave CZCW. I had a match already plan between Cheetah and American Flash that Cheetah was scheduled to lose but seeing that American Flash was moving on I instead hot shoted the title to Cheetah. He hasn't done much with it yet so I saw see how that goes.
  11. What a "great" thread. "Thank you" Mods for "everything" you do. You make this "place" a "wonderful" place. Especially thank that "one" mod for that "special time". That thing with the gerbil, vacuum cleaner, and the Tom Brady mask was truly "amazing". Wait, which board am I on?
  12. VCW: THE RISE OF KEITH Card: * Jay Silver w/ Allison Addison Vs. Jerry Pepper w/ Mya Catalan * Jules Night Vs. Wild Red Stallion * Sgt. Bubba Lee West Vs. Texas Hangman * Tsuki Kawamata Vs. Candy Floss (Title Vs. Career Bout) * Prime Time Dread Vs. The Winning Team * Keith Vegas will FINALLY make an Announcement! Here is hoping Keith doesn't make the announcement! Save us Hangman.
  13. I plan on buying. I understand the issues a lot of people are having and do think some of the design choices weren't as well thought out as I would have liked. With that said I am still intrigued by several new features and improvements and feel like I will get enough out of the new version to warrant a buy.

If you hadn't even had a show yet I doubt you could make him mad enough to quit. People can just quit like that? Very interesting.</p>
  15. Thank god for Texas Hangman saving us for that horrible Keith Vegas. I physically let out a cheer when Texas Hangman didn't even let him finish his name. What a glorious man that Hangman is. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
