    I downloaded an old TEW 2013 mod. Then converted it and moved the appropriate photos. It's around 500 free pictures. It's cpt. charisma's mod. Go here. Download the last cpt. charisma mod and workers pic pack. Extract in appropriate place. Convert the mod. Import it to the RWC. Move the appropriate photos over to the RWC mod folder. Voila. Then once the new workers show up for this game, you'll have more.

    For everyone complaining, they have something very unique...called an editor.
