[Impossible to change the time of a segment]

Man I don't understand, just got the game. Trying to book matches/angles and there is no options to modify the time? I been looking around everywhere I can't see what I did wrong. Tried different skins too. Can anyone help me out? Same happening if I want to modify let's say a company prestige/momentum. All things that use this particular thing to adjust numbers, it is not showing up.

I went back on TEW 2016 and it does the exact same thing so it must be something with my computer? Not sure why because this is a better PC then I had before (Huawei Matebook now). I played games on it before and had never had problems with it.

 

Been stuck on this for hours now, i literally have no clue what is going on... I hope someone will be able to help, thank you
